Delivery driver did not follow my instructions. Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and took 40 to deliver. He left my pizza outside and there were bugs all over it. What I could salvage was cold. The Pizza Hut on gessner is better in quality and service.

Went with a friend to buy a large pizza,and my friend does not speak english when this asian lady got mad and told him speak english we in texas,plus she gave the wrong pizza and said some words to the hispanic community which im not going to write but it started with a F, than we called the manager and he didnt even cared gave a slap on the wrist and that was it i just stood quite recording the whole thing its sucks to be descriminated just bc you from a diff country but i will take the video to the news that way they will see which lady and which pizza hut

Been going here for years, pizza quality has been mostly good. This time was a bit underwhelming though. Got the dinner box, not only did it take over 30 minutes for it to be ready, the cheese sticks were a bit burnt, the cinna sticks were undercooked and the pizza, did not have enough cheese topping coverage.

A lot of 1* reviews for a totally normal Pizza Hut. Google Maps won't give you good directions for this place coming from Wirt north side. It's in the plaza with the Wells Fargo, but further in. The parking lot is awful - unmarked one-way single-car driving and steep slopes in and out. Ordered ahead for carry-out and no one was at the counter when I walked in. Small place, room for maybe six people maximum. I got my order promptly and with no issues at the requested time. Both thin crust pizzas were actually less greasy than other Pizza Huts and still crispy and hot. Overall, an average to above average Pizza Hut experience. Plenty of places out pizza the Hut, but this one provides a decent enough experience and the pizza meets expectations.

Inside seating area with a nice TV to watch while you wait however no menu to look up at. Menu is on a paper. Parking area is shared. Like the fact the guy behind the counter did not go to the back. In general pizza hut prices need to lower especially the hot wings like. Hot wings or extra hot but don't like the price. Fair service.

Didn't put my pizza on the ground, everything was great. It was amazing, thank you so much for delivering and prepare my food. Just the way I like it. Thank you again Long Point you rock.

I visit this location because it is the closest to me. My last visit was awful. They had to remake my pizza melt when I showed up to pick up my order. I was there long past the time it would be ready. I waited 15 minutes and brought my freshly made pizza melt but the pasta I had also ordered was cold. It had been waiting. They also forgot to include the bread sticks but I was so hungry and annoyed, I didn't even bring it up to them and left.

This is my local pizza hut. I love it! I usually order online and pick up at the drive by window. It's so simple. I haven't experienced any problems ordering or getting my order wrong/food late. One time I ordered delivery, and silly me had my phone on silent; They waited at the gate patiently and still delivered all the way to my door with a smile. I highly recommend this location! They are fast, friendly, and yeah it's a chain, but their pizzas are so good and that Detroit Style pizza - it's a must try!!!
