Love that this Starbucks is unionized! Great coffee and lovable baristas. Union Strong!

Ordered a Trente Vanilla Cold Brew custom made to my liking via app.Took a little while to have my order ready though. I ordered ahead and still had to wait. Otherwise the drink was good. And I don't like anyone looking over my shoulder to see what the hell I'm doing especially not employees. Whether I'm looking at my phone or doing anything else. Not cool.

Great drink with fast service. This location is usually pretty busy!

Nice coffee shop on the eastbound Northwest Fwy service about 500 feet east of W. 43rd St. A long coffee bar on the left when you walk in runs the length of the building. They have a nice contemporary seating area with tables, chairs and stools. You can connect to Wi-Fi if you like. The baristas are friendly and service is prompt.

Love the pumpkin spice latte, I understand the hype now for this drink and this coffee shop was so peaceful, highly recommend and will be back again

The barista was wonderful. Let me sample a new fall drink before ordering. The pumpkin bread didn't taste like usual or it might have been the blend of the apple espresso drink and pumpkin bread that made it taste weird.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Coffee are good and lots of selection. Service is pretty fast but not all Starbucks are the same (consistent) with their coffee making. The cheese danish and an iced double shot caramel latte is my to go to.

Customer service was decent; no complaints. My main reason for going was to complete an assignment, however, the WiFi was a bit spotty.. I headed over to the Starbucks on 34th.

Trash! Poor customer service along with the worst coffee I've have in a while from here. Ordered a WCM and had it remade after the first one wasn't up to par. As someone mentioned previously, no apology or offer for a different option; only a combative loser who insisted on remaking the same thing as if it was my fault. No worries going forward, I'm done with the company as a whole.

Place looks inviting with all the wall ages. Coffee very good. Like the breakfast options, especially the turkey bacon sandwiches. Friendly employees.
