Jack is absolutely amazing!! He made me the most gorgeous wedding band for half the price of other jewelers and was able to source very specific diamonds that others couldn’t. His knowledge and insight helped guide us through the process and made our ideas become reality. JVP officially has customers for life. We’re already excited for our next orders and projects from them!

Popped into the shop last Friday at the recommendation of a friend, and Jack was able to perform some stone resets and remove the butterfly out of another ring for me at a reasonable quote. I came back a week later and all of the work was complete, and the price came in under the original quote! Overall very satisfied and Jack is now my jeweler of choice. Definitely recommend and will be back!

This is a fantastic little jewelry and watch shop. Jack is great and has been in business for a long time here in Houston. Helped me with some minor watch adjustments. The shop is in a shared office building, park in the garage in the back and take the elevator to the second floor. I highly recommend this place!

I walked in needing a watch resized, and they were incredibly kind and attentive. Jack resized my watch right then and there perfectly. It took a couple adjustments, but he made sure it fit how I needed! 10/10 will recommend to anybody! It might be tricky to find, but it’s easy enough and well worth it.

Just like everyone else is saying…these folks are top notch!! They were the most cost effective and efficient jewelers I’ve ever dealt with. All while having a good laugh! True old school customer service, they treat you like family. Watch repair, jewelry, battery replacements, CALL these folks. FYI you park in a parking garage on the left right after turning at the light and once you walk into the big building it’s super easy to find on floor 2. Call them if you need help. Easier than I expected.
