An absolute terrible experience, I would rather sear my flesh with molten lava before giving this business my money again. I purchased an engagement ring from Tego Jewelers in Spring 2019. Anthony was incredibly helpful every step of the way. They gave me the full run down on the important characteristics of diamonds and the settings to help me make an educated decision. Next, they were incredibly helpful in sourcing the perfect diamond for the engagement ring and at a great price. Once the design was settled and diamond chosen, they crafted a beautiful ring and setting for the diamond and sent me updates and videos along the way. It was great to be included in the process and not just have it be a black box of how the ring was made. After everything was done, Anthony dropped off the ring and walked me through all of the certifications and paperwork. I was very happy to have chosen Tego for this major purchase and they made a very happy fiancee and soon to be bride!
