I drove by a week ago and saw there was a new nail salon in the area. I was excited to see what it was about as i feel service and quality has gone down hill at another salon i had been using. From the time I walked in today I felt welcome. Super friendly. My nails are flawless. Quality is exceptional. This will be my new spot. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience at Kim nails and spa. Oscar the manager was very sweet he was going around getting drinks and taking refills for clients. Vanessa was my nail tech and she was absolutely wonderful. Made sure I got the color I wanted, and checked to make sure the shape was what I liked (square). Great quality and service given! I have struggle to find a nail tech that will give me that perfect square shape pedicure and Vanessa did an awesome job. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing experience! Was offered a beverage within minutes of arriving and Kim was really nice. My nails came out better than I expected! I absolutely love them!

Nice and new nail salon in Spring branch. I got a full set and a pedicure at this location. I would like to first off emphasize the care and meticulous detail I received during the process of getting my full set by Vanesa. I am also happy about the customer service I received after a small complaint I made regarding my pedicure. Overall I am super satisfied and will be coming back in the future.

Found this place on Google and decided to try it since it had great reviews. The place is new and very clean. The staff is very nice and responsive. They wear name tags which is good. You're greeted immediately and there was no wait when I arrived. They offer complimentary drinks. I had a gel manicure and was very happy with the results. The technician took her time and did a great job with my cuticles and performed as I requested. Will definitely go back.

Great new place! Very clean and modern inside. Felt elegant and comfortable. Kim did a fantastic job on my nails. She took her time and put a lot of care into making everything perfect. Brought my 10yo daughter with me. They were great with her as well. We’ll be back for sure!

Great experience. I had a gel manicure and pedicure and it was perfect. The ladies are super welcoming and kind and speak English and Spanish so every person that walks in is accommodated. Super clean, professional and love what they do.

I had an excellent experience in this place , they have pretty good customer service. I did my nails with Stefania , she is amazing is very careful, detailed , an artist !! . I recommend 100% .
