The room and space were overall nice. However upon arrival, I noticed a hole in the door and multiple spots and stains on the furniture. Additionally, the entrance and access to the building were inefficient. I could not get in and out of the building without struggle and this made my stay uncomfortable and ultimately dangerous as patrons of the facility viewed me as a threat (one with a dog). I made a last-minute travel plan and I thank God that I did. Have a 6 month old daughter. Could not imagine being locked out with her. Waiting on a resident of the complex to let me in. This was an issue for most of my stay.

Beautiful and clean BUT the elevator broke before we arrived to our 4th floor rental. We weren't even notified so, here we are with all of our stuff and children in tow, climbing to the 4th floor. It wasn't fixed until the next day. Otherwise, parking was easy and everything seemed safe. The beds were comfy too.

Great location and apartment! Decided to not stay at a hotel and was well worth it. Brand new, clean, the staff was available via text for all my questions and needs. Very responsive. And definitely beats even a nice hotel room. Galleria is also a fantastic area for food, shopping, absolutely gorgeous and close to everything I needed.

We stayed here at the Locale at Galleria for my boyfriend's birthday trip (visiting from Dallas). We loved the interior of the apartment and had a lot of fun walking to nearby restaurants and bars! Our favorite places to visit were only a couple minutes away (Galleria, nice coffee shops like Agora and Refuge, bars etc...). The staff were also very helpful via text with the whole process. Will for sure stay again at this location!

I just checked out of my 4 day 3 night stay in our 1 bedroom apartment at the Locale. Where do I even start, this place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Booking our reservation was extremely easy and communication was consistently clear, prompt and easy to follow. We had everything we needed in our unit to make a meal at home and were located in the perfect location for first time visitors to Houston. We loved all of the amenities from the pool and jacuzzi to the full gym and complimentary tea station. The end was so comfortable and we were well rested to explore all Houston had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Minor annoyance was the internet/wifi loading so I could get in and out of the complex. Also the blinds being so thin that the light shines in bright at 7 am. But otherwise great, enjoyed the spot and will book again.

Great experience from start to finish. Super easy to check-in with very detailed instructions on where to park and how to get access to the rooms. I was travelling with a work colleague who had apparently "never experienced heat" like the day we were in Houston (granted, he is a little soft...), so walking into our cool, crisp, clean Locale rooms at the end of a hot long day was just what we needed. We had stayed at a chain hotel by the airport the prior night where we did not have a good experience, so staying at Locale for our final night in town was a game changer -- I don't know if my work colleague would have survived another night in the previous hotel. Thank you, Locale -- you might have literally saved his life!

The accommodations were beyond my expectations. The apartment was kept very clean in a nice luxury building. Checking in was super easy as was finding the within the building. It was very close walking distance to a nice shopping center, restaurants, and bars. Also, parking on-site was a plus. I look forward to staying in more Locale's in the future!
