I had a very terrible experience with the manager in this place . Anayeli was super rude with me when I came to ask for help . She made faces and even roll her eyes to me . I had a feeling she didn’t wanted to help me because I was a black person . She should be replace by someone who helps all type of people .

Manager Griselda is the best manager this property has ever had. 👍 gorge very kind, and 100% maintenance.

Parking is absolutely horrible even though you are supposed to have a sticker. I had a pipe break and leak water allover our things in the closet and they made it seem like it was our fault, they fixed the pipe but still have not fixed the sheet rock. Do not rent here, management is rude, they will blame everything on you just to get out of paying for repairs. Just get things fixed will take forever.

Manager nayeli has a bad attitude bad customer service, i don't recommend living here, theres rat and roach infestation, too much people drinking outside the apartments, loud music, manager will not do anything about maintenance when asked, and i had ti call police multiple times because drunk neighbors broke in and apartments charged me for the broken glass saying its my fault. Dont recommend this bad property, will be moving out soon.

I went to request information for an apartment, Leasing agent Dora was very polite, professional, and great customer service, gave me all information I needed. She made me feel welcome, I have visit other properties but they did not treated me like Dora did. Dora, thank you so much for all your help and also I want to thank her manager for making a good choice with Dora as her leasing agent both are so professionals and have great customers service. I wish on every office they will have employees like both of them.

staff is very polite, especially the manager Anayelli. Don’t have a single complaint, they’ve been a great help. The apartments are always kept clean and security is fantastic. Need a safe, clean environment? This is what your looking for!

Dora the leasing agent was exceptional and super helpful with paperwork. She took her time helping page by page in a change of the contract! I recommend her !!

Thank you for sending out the help we needed for our apartment. I retract the previous post I made and I’m ready to leave a good note! 📝 My husband and I have been here since 2021 and any time we needed help with rent or maintenance wise, they’ve been timely on their end. Jimmy and the other maintenance guys are always working hard to maintain this complex. We wish parking was a little roomier for the reserve parkings but at least we have some. Overall, they really are great people working here.

They were quick with getting application processed, apartment was very nice new carpet and tile fresh paint the smell was of new apartment I was impressed and proceeded to do my application they are really nice people in the office.

I am pleased at how nice and friendly my visit with ms. Anayelli and the lady Ms. Dora were while looking around. Nice attitude and a smiling face! My mom live here and is happy. That’s why i decided to move here. The Maintenance Jimmy always working also Mr. Wilfredo. keep up the good work!
