Ms Gloria was fantastic and she knew her job very well and her customer service was great! She took her time to explain all the in's and outs of the property. The property is kept clean and maintenance is notified as soon as there is a problem. Great place to live!

Lived here for a year already and I must say, I love living here. Don't listen to anyone who calls these apartments "horrible". They are anything of the sort. Banyan Tree at Memorial has a very Nice environment, location is great , affordable, price per square footage is unbeatable, nice neighbors , friendly office staff, and speedy maintenance. I would definitely recommend you to stop in and apply. Gloria does everything in her power to make the residents here happy.

Apartment complex is very recommended, I was having so much trouble finding an apartment that would help with me with my credit. And Gloria the office manager was so helpful.Se helped me step by step. And I was approved and able to move in. Thank you so much Gloria your awesome!

Gloria in the office is AWSOME!!! She always has smile on her face, cheerful attitude and genuine in her interaction with residents, which always her to deliver an exceptional customer service. She will go above and beyond to assist/resolve issues that arise and if she is unable to she will try to find out who can help! Overall, I always have a GREAT experience when I walk in the office and see Gloria and talk to her!!

Hello everyone, my couple and I have been staying here for about 4 months now and this place is wonderful. The front desk clerk Gloria was very helpful with the application process and to this day we hadn't had any problems with her nor the maintenance guys.

An amazing complex. As far as apartment living it is a beautiful place to call home. The spaciousness is the same of a small single family home. The floorplans are well thought out. They are also extremely economical, affordable, and the location makes it easy to get to anything. The grounds are impeccable. The maintenance crew is responsive and fast. You feel that you are a priority here. The staff is a sheer delight. Gloria is the nicest and most resident friendly personnel I have seen. Which is also a reflection of the management. If you are looking please stop by you will not be disappointed.
