I am a resident here and last Tuesday my 14 yr old dog had a heat stroke and collapsed across the street. Omar and Santos of the maintenance staff came to his rescue and saved his life! I will be forever grateful for their help and kindness in that terrible situation!! They, and the rest of the staff here are always helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who would like a beautiful setting and a caring staff to call their home! I’ve been a resident here for nine years!

Couldn't recommend this place less. My mom moved in here and has dealt with countless issues, that have been reported consistently, from roaches to incidents with our pets. There have been so many roaches that don't seem to go away even with pest control from when she first moved in. We had an incident with our dog where a resident reported that she was bit. My mom was walking our dog when this happened and saw our dog lunge, but we did not see a bite take place. She repeatedly asked the woman if she was OK, if she was hurt etc, and the woman continued to say yes and she was OK. The next day we wake up to the police at the door and a note from the leasing office saying that my mom has 24 hours to get rid of our dog, she needs to be quarantined etc. This was a nightmare that we had no choice to deal with. We had different stories from the leasing office and animal control, that it was reported as a bite, as a scratch, etc. Zero facts, no copy of the police report, but the leasing office was QUICK to tell my mom to get rid of the dog. Fast forward a few months, my mom's neighbors dogs maul our small dog outside of her apartment door because their door apparently wasn't fully closed. They rush her to the emergency room and we were there for about 6 hours unsure of what the outcome would be. Thankfully our dog is OK. The neighbor was very kind and helpful, HOWEVER, we've heard NOTHING from the useless leasing office outside of them asking my mom "what happened" which was told two-three times now. Zero action, commentary, remorse, nothing. The dogs are now back on the property less than a week later with no response from the leasing office on the incident. This place is dingy, poorly run, and honestly we've just had pretty bad luck here. Greystar dropped the ball with this property and it's wildly disappointing.

I lost something in the parking garage. I asked Maintenance guys to help me find it. He found it and returned it to me. Those Maintenance guys are great!

I love our floor plan, neighbors, pool and manager. The office is generally very responsive. The things that could be improved: packages being delivered back to our apartments directly, the dog park- cleaned up and better signs and maintenance doesn’t always seem to know what they’re doing.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. First off they charge you an arm and a leg for safety features yet the first months living here there was a MURDER. The gate attendant depending on who it is there does not check and just lets people in probably why it’s not safe. When they came to fix my HVAC unit, they dropped the offices key IN my unit. The parking is decent if you don’t have brown skin…. They assign 2 spaces for specific units even if they only have one car and allow them to double park while I walk clear across the parking lot late. I could go in about the roaches that were here for the first few months or the constant police calls that I walk past coming home. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS NOT SAFE AND A WASTE OF MONEY. I PAY 1800$ a month for SAFETY

Josh and Esme (hope I am spelling her name correctly) are great! The grounds and community are beautiful and quiet. The location is A+. Highly recommend living here!

I'm not the type to call/demand for assistance! Hardly make those calls. But I needed to drop this comment here. So disappointed at whoever picked my call few minutes to EOD. Called in because I was terrified at seeing a lizard (very terrified of reptiles) in my 16 months old baby's playhouse in the house. The lady from the office picked my call and said "Let me talk to the maintainance guys cause it's almost time to round off our shift and call you back. Unfortunately, I didn't get a call back, atleast if you're unable to assist... All you could have done was give me a call back as infomed. People need to understand that communication is key. Too bad!

Lovely place to live in! Neighbors are friendly and you can have chats with those in the pool facility, nothing but good memories here! Utilities are kept nicely clean and security mesures are not a problem.
