Called and set up a tour because they aren’t open weekends and I work during the week ( like most people ) showed up to my tour a few minutes early and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and nothing… no one ever showed. Tried to call a few times and nothing, had to give up and go back to work. Guess I dodged a bullet? If this is how they treat future residents I can’t imagine how they treat the current.

I moved to Houston from Washington, DC on July 2022. Although I never got a chance to tour in person before signing my lease, Chris was absolutely amazing in sharing every detail I needed about co-op (even went and measured walls for me so I could size my furniture). I’ve enjoyed each day here since moving in thanks to the amazing staff and friendly community. The location is also perfect with all my favorite spots less than 10 minutes away.

This has been the most peaceful and secure complex I have lived in since I moved to Houston! The Coop team is amazing ,so attentive! From noticing property doors being left open and asking folks to be vigilant in keeping the property secure to updating us on property maintenance to keeping the property clean and always being responsive, and the events!! Kudos to the Coop Team for going above and beyond always with a smile and professionalism!!

Really enjoyed living at this apartment complex this last year (2022-2023). Staff offers excellent customer service. They are all very attentive to the residents' needs and will take care of any issues at a fast pace. All service requests were take care of pretty quickly! :) COOP Property Manager Chris is passionate about his work which reflects on the property and his residents. Apartments were also affordable and property is well maintained.

The co/op apartment is the best apartment complex ever. They host dog parties for our furry friends and make everyone feel included. Absolutely love it here !

I work as an apartment locator and have toured the property a few times for my clients needing different floor-plans. The office staff Chris and Ms. Cindy have both been so helpful each time. They answer all questions and go through every possible option for my clients. I have enjoyed sending clients as referrals to them thus far. The property is beautiful and so well maintained. Great location, amenities, quality, and price point. It's a smaller community so you are sure to feel connected with you neighbors and the leasing staff!

I love Co-Op at summer street. This was my first apartment on my own and they have showed me nothing less of comfort and generosity. I’m on my 3rd year in the apartments and thinking about moving to their town homes. The staff is great, the location is great, and the maintenance is always on it. The community here is friendly and look out for one another. Chris and Shaniesha are my favorite ppl here. 10/10 would recommend. :) And the dog park is super friendly

Overall Okay Place To Live. There's Always Going To Be Something, You Just Have To Decide On What Matters To You Most And If The Price Is Right. Pros: - Small Community And Quiet Area. I Barely Saw Neighbors, But Any Time I Did They Were Always Friendly. - City View If You Get The Right Unit! The Construction Is An Eye Sore, But If You Can Get Past That It's Really Nice At Night. - Leasing Was Mostly Nice Throughout Our Stay. I Don't Judge On That Since People Just Have Bad Days Sometimes. - Although We Didn't Have A Pet Of Our Own Here, I Did Enjoy Watching Others Go To The Dog Park And Hang Out. It's A Cool Spot With A Sitting Area. - Maintenance Was On Point And Things Got Done Quickly. We Didn't Have Many Requests, But The Ones We Did Were Handled Fast. Cons: - Hard Water In The Bathroom Sink, Toilet, And Shower. It Was So Hard To Keep Clean And Was A Pain To Deal With. - Smoke Alarm Went Off Everytime I Cooked! Soon As The Stove Opened Or The Stovetop Got Hot It Went Off. I Complained Once And Nothing Was Done And Couldn't Figure Out How To Change Settings. We Settled On Placing A Fan Blowing Up To It Everytime We Cooked And That Usually Did The Trick. - Parking. Although The Small Community Aspect Is Nice, There Is Only One Parking Per Resident. Do Not Park Your Car There If You Don't Have A Parking Tag. In Daylight My Boyfriends Car Got Towed While We Were Moving In Due To A Resident Calling On Tow For No Tag. It's For Safety, But Inconvenient If You Have Multiple Cars Or Gatherings Often. Side Notes: - Gates Were Open/Broken Alot, But Isn't The Fault Of Employees. They Usually Got Things Fixed Fast In Between. - You Will Most Likely Not Get Your Deposit Back. Pay Whatever Fees They Offer To Charge You Upon Move Out If It's Cheaper. This Is The First Place I've Gotten Charged $140 For Paint. It Is What It Is, Just Be Aware Of The Space When You Leave And Take Pictures. - The Walls Are Thin. My Upstairs Neighbors Were On A Tap Dancing Team And Took Turns Practicing All Day And ALL Night. I Never Complained Because I Never Wanted To Be A Bother.

Horrible experience doing a tour of this complex. The self-guided tour was difficult to understand and took us to "tour" a unit someone was living in already. I can't imagine how annoying that must be for that person. Community was not very impressive for the price
