Constant car break ins, unlocked gates so homeless people bathe in the dog park area, horrible groundskeeping and disgusting trash handling. Trash is constantly overflowing and the smell is horrific on warm days.

First of all I been trying to contact them for days and they never answer the phone , after 5 days of calling they finally answered , when I asked if it was possible if they could have a unit ready a day or 2 prior to the availability, they set they couldn’t, I never hear of a company not trying to go above or beyond to gain someone’s business, but clearly they aren’t interested in gaining new residents or making a good first impression… very disappointed since they unit seem to be nice , however with that kind of management leaves a lot to desire .

We relocated my daughter to Houston from the East Coast and were delighted to find Pearl Marketplace at Midtown. The staff was very helpful, and the apartments were exactly what we were looking for. During move in day Emily Gaal was extremely resourceful in providing a resolution for furniture delivery when the freight elevator was unavailable. Additionally, at a later date when an issue arose in the apartment, Emily was again resourceful in assisting with getting the right people connected. I wish these apartments had been available to me when I relocated to Houston.

I have LOVED living here! The entire leasing staff is really professional but still very friendly! They make a point to get to know their residents! The maintenance team always reacts quickly to any issues, and the concierge is extremely helpful! Highly recommend this place!

Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, demonstrating the team's commitment to the community's well-being. Mackenzie Bullock, a member of the leasing team, stands out for her professionalism and helpfulness, making every interaction a pleasure. Additionally, the complex prioritizes safety and cleanliness, creating a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

I had a great tour with the leasing agent Mackenzie! Such a pleasure to work with and very informative. I highly recommend this property. Superb to say the least.

I just want to say Melanie, McKenzie, and Amelia on staff are literally the most beautiful gorgeous, friendly, and helpful women. Melanie especially is just the biggest kindest sweetheart and she is also hilarious and always makes me laugh. Since moving here with my son, I feel right at home. The apartment is amazing. Pool party today was LIT with an amazing DJ and drinks. But mostly the staff are amazing and neighbors are friendly and cool. Made lots of new friends and I'm new to Houston. No Regrets! Melanie is the BEST!

I love these apartments so much! The units have a cozy/home-like vibe. Amelia gave me the best tour and has been so helpful throughout the process. I can't wait to move-in soon! First impressions: -Hallways smell great! -Walls are well insulated. -Shopping and food walking distance. -Beautiful skyline views. -Staff go above and beyond for the residents. I love living here!! Benefits: * The staff is amazing and very helpful, not just before you sign the lease but after you move in too! (Shout out to Mackenzie who is always there to help) * The garage and building seem very safe/secure. * The public/common areas are georgeous, practical, and well-maintained. * Maintenance requests are completed quickly (Thanks Jaime and your team!). * Appliances and overall apartment build are high quality (esp for an apartment!). * There's valet trash AND REYCLING. * Whole foods is downstairs with its fresh food, groceries, and Amaxon return hub. * The location is convenient for getting to the med center or several highways. (I could go on...) No place is perfect, but this place is very close to it. My only major qualms: * I wish there was more guest parking. (But I forgot to mention above that you can ask for a spare key for a guest who's staying!) * I did choose to live in Midtown, but I still wish Saturday night drivers didn't have obnoxiously loud engines and music (thank you earplugs!).
