This place was a lot of fun. My husband and I went in one night to have a quick drink and see what it was all about, and it was a very fun atmosphere and the drinks were at a decent price. We left to go meet friends for dinner, and actually brought them back with us after to enjoy the rest of the evening. We will definitely be going back! (Just be aware that there's a $10 cover per person to get in and you will get stamped. The Good News is that if you need to leave, you can get back in without paying the cover again, so long as you still have the stamp on your arm.)

Love piano bars, and this one is the most fun dueling piano bar I've ever been to! Walked in early without reservations on a Saturday evening and sat at the high top stools in the back, which was perfectly fine. Cover was about $12 and drink prices are hidden until you close out your tab. It would have been nice to have someone come take drink orders, but I guess without reserving the center tables you have to go to the bar yourself. They should really offer food or snacks to offset the alcohol as well.

This place is perfect if you have a business or looking for space to lease for your business. Sits right in the middle of Downtown Houston, surrounded by restaurants, bars, apartments, hotels, parks and bowling. I had a event selling candles, books and t-shirts. I'm a local artist who loves her City.

We loved this place! Parking: I parked across the street for $20 Atmosphere: very nice, awesome sound system Music: above and beyond (they take requests all night). Cover charge: yes, $10 + tax Arriving after 12am could mean that you’re gonna stand, seating is first come first served.

I’ve been coming to Pete’s doing piano bar for years! It’s always a fantastic time! What is better then having drinks with friends and singing at the top of your lungs with 100+ new friends?

I took my wife and friends to Pete’s for her birthday. I had a great experience from the start, when reserving a table for a large group. Dexter was very easy to work with and he got us on the front row of tables! The four entertainers were excellent, very talented and funny. They played several instruments, not just the piano. Overall, the show was a lot of fun, with songs that everyone knows. I highly recommend Pete’s, especially if you are looking for something different than the normal bar setting.

We had a great time for my girlfriend’s birthday. Dexter was wonderful! He did a great job from beginning to end. Dexter was very responsive with email communications (even if this was very short notice), he explained us the process very well and because of that we were able to find good spots in the bar and ultimately he also got us a table! At the end of the show he also reached out to make sure we had a great time (which we did). Overall the show and service are awesome.

Best piano show in Texas. Just dont waste your cash on a request. The entertainers will play plenty of great songs anyway. Dropped $60 on two songs at 8:00pm and come 12:30 when we left they still hadn’t played either. Go for drinks and music just don’t expect to hear what you ask and pay for or you’ll be disappointed. There is no food service but close restaurants will deliver.

I recently visited the piano bar while on travel with some new friends and this place made it seem like we'd all been friends forever. Great crowd, amazing vibe and the drinks were perfectly mixed. The musicians were incredibly talented and kept the energy going. I love that they were rotating through the instruments as a team.

This place is definitely a good time, however, they played A LOT of older country songs during my visit. There was a lack of variety with the song choices. I understand the performers play requested songs, but there was numerous suggestions skipped over or crumbled and tossed to the side. One of the performers did play Empire State of Mind, but it felt very forced. The drinks and the service from the bar was great. The bartenders were quick and polite.

Super fun place to go. Don't be shy. Order some drinks and sing like you were in the shower. The energy is high and everyone is belting out lyrics all night long. Get there early if you want seats, but you'll be having so much fun you won't necessarily need seats. Sometimes the piano artists won't play your requests even with the a cash tip. I totally understand. They can only play what they know. It's not their fault if they don't know your request. This is definitely a place worth checking out though.

This place is absolutely electric. Some important notes tho. One you must go with a good group because you need to feed off the energy of others and if you are in a boring group it won't be as fun. Second try the big drinks they have, (lucky duck) you may like them but I won't be getting again. It is a fantastic experience overall and I recommend everyone goes if they like music, having fun and drinks.

It's a very lively atmosphere with everyone engaging and singing and you'll have fun singing to the classic tunes. Tip the performers for a song recommendation. Great time

Boy where do I start! We came in on a whim due to canceled plans celebrating my bachelor weekend. We arrive around 8 pm mild lone paid our door charge (definitely make sure to book a reservation unless you don't mind standing) We got lucky and found a spot to sit down where open seating is on a first come first serve basis. On a Saturday night this place gets PACKED! However I'll tell you we had the BEST table and bartenders service I've ever had from an establishment as busy as they were. Their staff were friendly and very attentive. The drinks are PRICEY but not quote concert venue prices. Again be reminded you're at a downtown bar. Expect downtown prices. This didn't deter me as they were quality in pour and not stingy. Be aware they don't serve food here so if you're planning on getting a bite you can order delivery from Frank's Pizza ( a houston downtown classic must have! NY style) The singers are amazing some of the best I've seen when it comes to piano bars. They're interactive, hilarious and really know how to get the place up off their feet. We were originally only planning on being there for a few hours and we ended up staying all night. Parking is tough but you're downtown. I recommend either taking an uver or park at a garage nearby and walk/uber. It's in a well lit area (across from House of Blues) Literally everything you could ask for in a business. I can't wait to revisit this place and trust me when I'm telling you this place is worth every penny. Will definitely reserve a table next time!

We had space reserved for a birthday party and the service was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great evening.

Rock solid on every regard. We really enjoyed the local band and the traveling one that showed up. Met some friends here and was able to hold a good conversation though apparently was pretty slow because it was the day after Thanksgiving.

Very nice place to go and have fun. First time here and did not disappoint. Very good piano players, great interaction with the crowd. Staff is very pleasant and we had a blast. We had a few drinks but never felt pressure to consume so non drinkers could easily feel at home. Tried a few different drinks, all very testy. Plenty of space on a Saturday night. I do not think they offer food.

The place has a great vibe, if you get in right as it opens you can get a table in the front. The music is great, the drinks are great and the people are amazing.

We have been there many times and love it every time! It was my husbands 50th and had about 25 people with us and Dexter is always great with reservations. He was there at the door waiting for us and seated us as soon as we walked in. The performers are always great! Wish you would get a girl up there though…jus saying🥰

Great atmosphere, staff was fast with drinks. The pianists played well and very good songs!! I have to say, the michelada I ordered was the best one I have ever had!!! Better than anywhere in Houston!!!

It's more fun than just a typical bar. Not all nights have a cover charge; we went on a night when there was no cover. After a while it started to feel like every song sounded the same, but it was still a good time regardless.

So full of people and passion and singing and laughter and music and wittiness and togetherness and fun songs and memories (new & old). The performers were so talented and it was non-stop entertainment. They really seemed to have fun as they played and sang. They were truly like a well oiled machine. There was not a solitary moment that one of them was not playing an instrument of some kind. They fed off of the audience as much as the audience got charged by them. Thanks guys for the amazing memories!

Went to celebrate the birthday of one of my favorite people of all time & had a great time! Their cast & crew is definitely entertaining & the staff works hard to make sure everyone has a cold drink at all times... y'all, it's a lotta fun if you enjoy singing along to some oldies & kickin it with some crazies 😊 Bring your fat wallet though it's gonna cost close to $50 before you even get in, between parking & cover costs, then once inside you're invited to fill out a song request & of course it should include a $20 tip to encourage them to play it for ya... all in all, if you have the $ to get out & enjoy a good time, this is definitely a great place to do that. Ya gotta love the showing out & straight-up fun you can have at this place! Oh & I'm not really a gambler, but I'd bet if you go check it out, you're gonna have a great time!!! Enjoy & let them entertain you for a bit, you won't be disappointed 😉
