The food is pretty good. The restaurant is nice but also has a chill vibe (especially outside). I had the shrimp and grits. It was supposed be spicy but it wasn't spicy at all to me. My fiancé had some type of breakfast skillet but unfortunately he did not like it too much. The potatoes did appear slightly overcooked and they seemed like they could've come from a frozen food isle. Please see the photo to compare the regular and large orange juice. Also, they have a small area with toys for children to play on the outside.

I came to this restaurant with a group of 8 people. Half of the group thoroughly enjoyed the food. The other half thought it was okay. There is nothing negative to say. It is more on the healthier side and some of the group is not used to this type of food option lol. If you're wanting a light, healthy dish, this is a great spot for you 😋

Spent the weekend in Houston and tried this place for brunch. Love the walk in and order/seat yourself concept. Our food came out timely. I got the pancake and fried chicken. Nothing special but it did the trick. My husband tried the shrimp & grits and it was AMAZING! The sauce was so good although they were a little stingy with the sauce quantity. He added the smoked sausage and it was cooked to perfection. We got the top shelf mimosa carafe w/prickly pear juice, It was Top Notch! Our friends tried the breakfast hash & breakfast tacos (bacon/sausage&cheese) initially they said the tacos were small so 4 were ordered but you could definitely get full with 1 or 2! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Great vibe and decor with a modern take on American cuisine. The deconstructed Chicken Pot pie is nicely balanced, with soft and flaky pastries. Amazing place for breakfast and lunch!

I didn't think I would have the worst dining experience at this restaurant. Please save your money. It looks good and poses cool, but it's trash. Dry fried potatoes, old bun, pancake with almost invisible slices of fruit, service bad. It's the first time I've been to a restaurant in Houston and both the food and the service are the worst. Please avoid!

We've visited this place twice and it has not disappointed. We've had the mimosa carafe, once the grapefruit (a little too sour for me) and the orange juice one (completely loved it), you can take about 6 glasses out of it for about $17 which is a win-win. In regards to the food, We've had the spicy chicken sandwich (really spicy, but soooo good, the chicken was super crispy and delicious), the Nutella toast which was amazing. And during our last visit we had the Avocado toast (portion is a little small) and the smoked salmon Avocado toast, both were awesome. Everyone is very nice and the whole atmosphere is really enjoyable, perfect for brunch!

Yallllll !!! 10/10 I would highly recommend this location. The Brisket n’ eggs was really good. My favorite part was the smoked gouda grits. Came around 3 pm on a Sunday and there was no line and no wait.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I was so glad I did! The look of this place is so chic and cool yet very comfortable. The food was so tasty. I had the Salmon Avocado Toast and loved it. I would definitely recommend this place and will be happy to go back and try other dishes!

It was our first time visiting, and it was super yum! I liked the drinks too; I just had to water them down because I personally don’t how sweet they were. I will say, though, the children’s buttered pasta with chicken lacked flavor completely.

Sunday Brunch Day! Visited Dish Society for brunch with the family. The restaurant was not too crowded and we were able to order at the counter and find a table. We tried multiple options from the menu. The stand out items were the brisket, eggs and grits and the Apple Pecan Salad. The grits were creamy and complemented the eggs and brisket well. The salad was also delicious. The lettuce, apples and pecans made the perfect bit. The service was really good and the waiters were very helpful. We really enjoyed our visit.

Perfect place for breakfast/brunch eat out with friends. This place has a beautiful ambience. Food is also amazing 🤩 I just took out 1 star as servers aren’t friendly, in fact one of the lady servers had an offensive glare, not just once but a couple of times,at one point i was bothered and my husband and co-worker noticed it too. They also just take away your dishes without asking permission or saying anything prior, was interrupting our conversation. But overall,it was a great day to eat brunch with my coworkers,if it wasn’t for the unfriendliness,i would have given a 5-star 💛

This place has plenty of seating inside and outside, you have to order your food first and they will bring it to you. The food and drinks did not take long at all to come out. My chicken biscuits were delicious, the biscuits wasn't my favorite because it fell apart too much but it did taste delicious. We enjoyed our time here.

Food was very good. Service was slow based on the crowd. My companions and I were at the bar. I arrived after my friend ordered. 2 people sat after me and were greeted before anyone said a word to me even as I was obviously trying to make eye contact. It got better once I got a menu. However these are the details I remember when I'm choosing where to dine. If I'm in the neighborhood I may give them another try.

Very good high quality food. Only thing that drags this restaurant down is the high prices. The brisket and grits is highly recommended it is delicious.

A nice everyday restaurant with a bar. It suits for all age groups. It opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We like to come here on weekends for a brunch or lunch. My favourite from here is the Beef Brisket with Baked whole Sweet Potato. It’s delicious and available only after 3pm. My husband’s all time favourite is the Hot Chicken Sandwich. Their restroom is always clean and one of the cubicles fitted with a baby changing table. There is a valet parking available just outside the restaurant if you need one.

Food and staff are great and aside from the parking issues we would be coming here more often. It is a shame the building developer did such a poor job for parking. I really enjoy their Cobb salad and my wife likes their Kale salads. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a great patio on nice days also.

You have to order when you first walk in, and it tends to get a bit crowded in that area since that is also where the soda machine is. There is no wait staff per table like other places, but they do have random employees, including managers, coming by every so often to check on you. Food and drinks were good and came out quickly. I don't know if I would be back, but it is def worth trying at least once.

Dish Society is always a great place for a casual brunch. Their counter service is usually pretty easy and the food is brought out quickly. Their honey cinnamon latte is my favorite coffee to order and their avocado toast is a good combination of sweet and savory. Their chicken & biscuits and shrimp & grits plates are delicious as well.

We had the Shrimp and Grits, avocado toast and the Nutella toast. Food was ok but it was somewhat of a healthy version of the typical version of those dishes. The flavors of the avocado toast was different which I assume it's possibly a multi grain bread used and it was sweet but overall bland. The shrimp and grits was a bit salty to my taste, and the flavors were very distracting. Not what I was expecting. The Nutella toast was just multi grain bread drizzled with Nutella and a few fruit pieces. My daughter didn't like it. Atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing though

I went here for brunch to try out some drinks and their brunch items. I had their fancy mimosa flight and a coffee martini. Most of the mimosas had an okay taste except for the one of the left. Having them marked would have been a nice touch as well. The coffee martini was a pretty standard taste so if you like them usually, you'll like this one as well. The Avocado toast was okay, I would recommend adding some salt on to it. The chicken and biscuits is something that I would skip. The chicken was dry and tasted bland. The gravy- was standard gravy. Choose a different entree.

Tried them out on a whim for a late lunch since kids eat free all December. Food was average at best really a 3 star. The baked sweet potato was a little bland and could use a condiment like bbq sauce. My daughter got the farmers plate and I would advise against getting the macaroni and cheese unless you like soupy garlicky sauce. Gave 4 stars for the ambiance and service and the happy hour was pretty decent, 50% off all drinks I would go back just for that. Another plus was the organic soft drinks.

I like this place. I've tried the grain bowl, few salads, and so. Tonight I had brussel sprout salad and brisket stuffed sweet potatoes. So yummy. The staff has been always professional, sweet and nice. I go there with my husband time to time, especially when we want to have some quality time.
