I am booked for 2 nights and seriously considering going home early to avoid a second night. The rooms are very old and dated. The whole place actually is as well. But the killer is the bed and pillows. I’ve never had a worse night sleep at a hotel and woken up so sore. 2 Aleeve to deal with the pain this morning. I am afraid to look closely at anything, here. I am shocked this is a Marriott to be honest. ** Update. I spoke with Anna, the manager and she was AWESOME! She did all she could to make the best of this situation. She is 5-Stars.

Room was clean but that's about all the good I can say about it. The hotel is very outdated and looks and feels very dated, grungy, and worn. There was no mini fridge or microwave in our room, and when we asked to have one sent to the room they said they didn't have any available. Our bathroom door didn't close properly and the fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The AC worked, but it was really loud and repeatedly woke me up at night when it turned on. The continental breakfast wasn't complimentary and meals at the restaurant were very overpriced for what they were. Very disappointed with the quality and service provided for the cost - I've stayed in nicer places that cost less.

Coming from Atlanta me and my family stayed for Labor Day weekend. I purchased a separate room from my family. I went to my friends house only for a couple hours, just to get a call from my sister saying a strange man walked into their room. Not once but twice. I called the front desk asking if someone can check on them and the lady stated she would but never did. I made my way back to the hotel and my family requested a refund for the sake of their safety. We left the same night we got in to get back on the road mind you 11 to 13 hour drive back to Atlanta. And I missed out on an event that was taking place the next day! I feel like nothing was done to ensure our safety or fix the problem but a refund. I never write reviews but I had to do this one because I don’t want anyone else to experience this.

The hotel is nice. There is a restaurant, but we didn't get a chance to eat there. Our room was comfortable. Housekeeping was nice and freshened our room each day. The gym and pool area are nice. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay.

This place is nice! It's very classy and has got a nice vibe to it. I do have my gripes, though. for starters the location. It's impossible to actually get into the hotel. Next is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms. So I would highly recommend bringing a cooler with you if you're staying there longer than a night. But besides those things, this hotel is nice!

We had high hopes for this hotel. While the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, this hotel is in desperate need of a facelift. Everything felt dated and grungy - it’s not just one thing but a combination of everything that summed up my below average experience. From our security lock box not working, bathroom door would not open or close properly, bathroom fan was not working, air conditioner was super loud and woke us up multiple times through the night, exterior doors are not soundproof or light proof, stains on the furniture, carpets were stained or bleached, baseboards in hallway were coming off. The bar on ground level emanated this putrid smell. Decent value for the price but I would not stay again.

So this hotel is stinky and it made my stuffed animals dirty when I dropped it. I have to wear sock and bathroom is small and the toilet does not work/flush well. The carpet was dirty and the bed made me and my stuffed animals itchy. The phone looked like it from ww2 and it looked like it was not clean for years and there are stains. My brother said there was a spider behind bed and there was a strain of hair on his pillow. I heard something crawling when I was sleeping and the dust made my nose runny and itchy. The gift shop didn’t have that much good stuff- it looked dusty. The rating is poor.

It's not an old hotel, it's a disgusting hotel on top. I never expected such condition from the name Sheraton. Please do not stay here. The price is ridiculous for this outdated hotel and this room. Front desk was nice and friendly, but I had to early check out the same day and didn't stay the night. Very bad hotel. 05/31/2022 Update: They also refused to refund me. They have no refund policy for a reason. I will stay away from Sheraton all-together.

Worst hotel and very unfriendly receptionists. The breakfast was terrible and they said it was complimentary when we asked but we got billed $20 for a terrible breakfast. The plates have dead mosquitoes on it. When asked if they could waive the breakfast fee since i am a member they declined saying i am a standard member and need to be a platinum member to get the worst breakfast they provide - no wonder there is not a single person eating your terrible breakfast. The rooms were very average and the hotel environment is bad. Avoid this if possible.

A nice hotel managed by Marriott with great location to restaurants and shopping. It has a concierge club lounge with free water, orange juice, bananas, oranges, apples and granola bars. There is a pool outside and jacuzzi. There is available free parking with security on site. If you are a Platinum or higher, you recieve a free cocktail each night as well as free breakfast. Nice for family, couples and solo to get away for a quick weekend.

Our family stayed 5 nights for the NCAA Final Four tournament. Staff was great from check-in to check-out, always friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to have free parking at this type of hotel. We were able to use the club lounge and enjoyed the juice, pop and water as well as fresh fruit and granola bars. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning and it was complimentary with Marriott Titanium Elite. Our room furnishings were somewhat vintage, we enjoyed the 6th floor view and it was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool one evening. It was clean and the towel crate was well-stocked. Overall a great experience!

Sad to say but this hotel is a trash. There was no refrigerator in the room. All rooms’ carpets are worn and smell bad.The bath was full of hair. The chair of the room was damaged. The cleaning lady used the cleaning pad and with the same hand was holding the new towels. The food was terrific. It is a shame for Marriot group to keep such awful places under its umbrella. Would never like to stay in a place like this.

The location is convenient to the highway. The price was decent, and at first glance, everything seemed fine. Upon closer inspection, the table in the room had something white spilled on it. The duvet was dirty. We requested another one, and that one was dirty as well. You could see it in the TV light as well as with the lights on. All in all, cleanliness needs work.

Good thing first: The reception desk was very nice. The lady (I forgot her name) in the Gift Shop was sooo friendly and sweet. Now the bad: when my son called to book our room after looking online at the rates, he was told differently by Brian who said he was a manager. Not true. Later on Brian retracted and said he was a supervisor. He and my son had a discussion. Upon arriving and walking in, the hotel was stuffy and not even a little cool. The lobby smelled like boiled tea. Next, were the elevators. One rattled like something was loose, one squealed like a belt/s needed to be replaced and the third one smelled of urine and shook a little. Had a little of a hard time getting the luggage carrier in the room due to a metal plate in the middle of the outdated/worn carpet. The luggage carrier was almost to wide to pass the beds due to space being small. I don't think two slim people could pass at the same time due to the rooms being small. The bathroom was small also. Plus you have to watch your step when entering the bathroom because the slippery tile floor isn't flushed with the carpet. There was a vent in the bathroom, but no switch for the exhaust fan. The bathroom is duable. I was looking for the refrigerator to put my diabetic A1C in. There wasn't one nor a microwave, oh but there was a safe and iron and ironing board. Gee!! So, my A1C was ruined. My son left for a meeting. I looked out at the little pool, disappointment, too. Therefore, I turned on the tv. It started storming. You guessed it. The cable went out. There are hardly any electrical outlets. My bedding had burn places on it. Next day a little before 12 noon my card wouldn't work. Mind you our checkout time wasn't till 3pm. I go to the desk and was told "doors are locked at 12 noon. Your checkout time is 2pm." She refreshed my card and I left the smelly lobby. Upon my son's return I told him what had transpired. He went to the front desk and showed alll his correspondence had with Sheraton. One more thing, breakfast isn't free. It's $20.00 a person.

Staff was great! Location is off the expressway and plenty of places to eat close by. About 18 minutes from Downtown. When we got to hotel we asked for two joined rooms and they quick found something to accommodate us. Hotel was clean and house keeping did an amazing job. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made our stay great. Will definitely come back

Worst Sheraton I ever stayed at. Room is small and Bathroom is particularly small. The bathroom doesn’t even have a fan for air circulation. We asked for toothpaste from front desk and they said they will send to our room. They never did. We called again and they still didn’t.

Regretfully spent one night there with horrible experience, room carpet was flooded mildew and odor issues, woke up next morning with rash all over my body.. room was not clean at all! After leaving messages everyday to speak to the front desk manager Anna regarding the issue, she finally called back screaming at my ears that the rashes on my body are probably the result of other issues.. not professional at all , the opertation at this location is a theater, Ana has no business to be at a management position!! I would not advise anyone to stay at this location.. check their horrible reviews! Reviews are not good! POOR MANAGEMENT

Front desk staff are great!!! However, the rooms are too small, the beds are extremely uncomfortable (not to mention tiny), and the bathtub in our room filled up with backflow/dirty water from poor draining. As a result, we had to switch rooms near the end of our stay due to issues with the tub and our inability to use the shower. If I wasn't attending an event, I would have booked another hotel. This hotel is very dated, and the old school charm has worn off. Please continue with said renovations, as they are seriously needed.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it. The hotel is nice. There is a restaurant, but we didn't get a chance to eat there. Our room was comfortable. Housekeeping was nice and freshened our room each day. The gym and pool area are nice. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay.

We were supposed to have a 2 night stay and we decided to head home a day early because we could not fathom staying another night. Like the other reviews, this place is dirty, smelly and extremely outdated. However the worst part of all was the restaurant in the lobby Consider yourself warned: DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING FROM ELLA’S TABLE!! We weren’t able to get dinner until late Friday so we decided to go to the restaurant. The food was okay but I remember taking a sip of my water and telling my friends that this water tasted absolutely disgusting and not to drink it. I’m beyond glad that I did because I was sick throwing up with horrible stomach pain/cramps from 1 AM until 4 AM. I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat or drink anything the next day because of a sip of water… I’ve never felt so terrible or disgusted by a hotel.

Bad experience. Pretty old property. Old and rusty bathroom fittings. Poor service. Lounge had nothing except coffee and waterbottles. Very slow service for laundry. They delivered my clothes after 3 days. Only good thing is the food at Ella’s table.

Needed a quick hotel getaway after our AC broke and this offered the best value for us. We came in and Scott treated us exceptionally well, he was very accommodating with our situation. We only stayed for a night, but after a day being in no AC, we slept so well. It was very quiet throughout the hotel as well. We also had a great albeit partial view of the skyline.

The stay deserves 5 stars for the remarkable staff at the front office, the engineer, the serving staff at the resturaunt and breakfast. Chefs for all my meals, cannot be called a chef. I give them 1 star. Breakfast specially was substandard. leaky eggs and over ripe bananas. Same cheese and cold cuts were put back the next day. It did not matter if they looked fresh or not. The building is quite lovely. My room did not look fresh. The club house had stale oranges and 2 apples lying. Real old gram crackers and peanuts. After I complained they were emptied and there was nothing to replace before I left. I did get the shot of the oranges after they were removed and left in the kitchen. No follow up by emails for feedback or my receipt that I had asked to be sent by email. All in all a disappointing stay.

Rooms are nice & clean but somewhat outdated. Clear signs of wear & tear in most areas of the room especially the bathroom. Service is excellent. Location is accessible to the interstate & free of foot traffic. Parking area seems very safe. Visible security on-site.

Upon arrival the "group" rates were not being applied as specified. Multiple different rates were being charged to people's cards. It took calling in an off duty manager to fix it (or so we thought). The hotel is very dated. Furnishings in the lobby do not reflect what you see in the rooms. The carpet throughout the upstairs and rooms is stained and very worn. The furniture is brown throughout the room and bathroom. The double was 2 full size beds. No microwave or mini fridge in the rooms & only 2 sets of towels for 4 people. The room did not get cleaned at all. I had to call to have wet towels removed, trash removed and the bare coffee essentials they provided replenished. The meals in the restaurant were severely over priced for the quality and quantity. Don't drink the bottled water provided in the room as you may get charged for it. To follow up on the manager (Ana) who was called in to fix the problem with the rates and overcharging.....well upon returning back to the hotel we find ourselves locked out of our room because she did not correctly book the room. The pool and whirlpool were the best thing that had going.

We stayed here for the weekend from Dallas. It was a nice place to sleep. Room was pretty clean, but looked much larger online. Got a double bed and the beds were full size not queen. Called front desk for more towels and plasticware and they brought it quickly. Parking was also nice.

Great service, and a professional staff. Upon check in we were greated and given a great, very cool room which can be difficult during this heat wave. The bed was amazing. They are a pet friendly hotel, and have an area outside near the pool area for pets to relieve themselves. The pool itself is a nice size, and we'll maintained. I loved the dolphin statue by the pool too. They have a lounge for platinum and above as well as guests on the top two floors. The lounge is large and beautiful. There is a nice coffee machine I am yet to use as well as a decent selection of drinks. There is not much of a selection of snacks however. Breakfast is served in the restaurant not the lounge. An extra thank you to Johna behind the bar. He was friendly, engaging, and professional. He makes awesome drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike. He made great food and drink suggestions. My husband and I both enjoyed everything we got.
