Good
thing
first:
The
reception
desk
was
very
nice.
The
lady
(I
forgot
her
name)
in
the
Gift
Shop
was
sooo
friendly
and
sweet.
Now
the
bad:
when
my
son
called
to
book
our
room
after
looking
online
at
the
rates,
he
was
told
differently
by
Brian
who
said
he
was
a
manager.
Not
true.
Later
on
Brian
retracted
and
said
he
was
a
supervisor.
He
and
my
son
had
a
discussion.
Upon
arriving
and
walking
in,
the
hotel
was
stuffy
and
not
even
a
little
cool.
The
lobby
smelled
like
boiled
tea.
Next,
were
the
elevators.
One
rattled
like
something
was
loose,
one
squealed
like
a
belt/s
needed
to
be
replaced
and
the
third
one
smelled
of
urine
and
shook
a
little.
Had
a
little
of
a
hard
time
getting
the
luggage
carrier
in
the
room
due
to
a
metal
plate
in
the
middle
of
the
outdated/worn
carpet.
The
luggage
carrier
was
almost
to
wide
to
pass
the
beds
due
to
space
being
small.
I
don't
think
two
slim
people
could
pass
at
the
same
time
due
to
the
rooms
being
small.
The
bathroom
was
small
also.
Plus
you
have
to
watch
your
step
when
entering
the
bathroom
because
the
slippery
tile
floor
isn't
flushed
with
the
carpet.
There
was
a
vent
in
the
bathroom,
but
no
switch
for
the
exhaust
fan.
The
bathroom
is
duable.
I
was
looking
for
the
refrigerator
to
put
my
diabetic
A1C
in.
There
wasn't
one
nor
a
microwave,
oh
but
there
was
a
safe
and
iron
and
ironing
board.
Gee!!
So,
my
A1C
was
ruined.
My
son
left
for
a
meeting.
I
looked
out
at
the
little
pool,
disappointment,
too.
Therefore,
I
turned
on
the
tv.
It
started
storming.
You
guessed
it.
The
cable
went
out.
There
are
hardly
any
electrical
outlets.
My
bedding
had
burn
places
on
it.
Next
day
a
little
before
12
noon
my
card
wouldn't
work.
Mind
you
our
checkout
time
wasn't
till
3pm.
I
go
to
the
desk
and
was
told
"doors
are
locked
at
12
noon.
Your
checkout
time
is
2pm."
She
refreshed
my
card
and
I
left
the
smelly
lobby.
Upon
my
son's
return
I
told
him
what
had
transpired.
He
went
to
the
front
desk
and
showed
alll
his
correspondence
had
with
Sheraton.
One
more
thing,
breakfast
isn't
free.
It's
$20.00
a
person.
