I've been coming to Springhill many many times and everytime I've had a great stay Comfy beds, spacious room, big bathroom, and the staff are great. Come stay. You won't be disappointed 12/10

Super clean and good quiet location! Rooms are updated and modern. The representatives in the lobby are very friendly. I don’t have any complaints about this hotel.

Everything about this hotel just stands out. It's in a great central area, it's quiet, clean, organized and the staffs are highly professional. I will definitely revisit this location whenever I'm in town.

This property is convenient to many offices in the area. The critique I offer is based upon multiple stays. The hotel property is not fenced with a gated entry like others in the area, and crime is an issue in this location.

Place is horrible. There is mold and water leaks when it rains. On top of that you get a front desk agent with a bullring in her nose that works the evening shift. Sofas in the room are very outdated and not West Elm.

I believe the names were kizzy and will they both were amazing! Great fast check in Great bar with screens and clean rooms big beds will definitely be my go to place when I’m passing through!

Poor service. No water refill service in the lobby. Hotel Clark is hiding somewhere but watching through the camera if customers take drinks from the vending machine. Lol. I feel not comfortable staying here.

There is a decent breakfast. The room was nice. I appreciated the separation of the seating area. There is a fitness room and a pool.

The rooms were amazing and clean. They always cleaned my room really good and made it smell so clean and fresh. They were very respectful when it came to my ESA and the fact that they were pet friendly made it that much better.

Manager in duty and front desk was always welcoming and pleasant. Never figured out the bar situation. But, that is on me. Room was clean and did what it is supposed to. Only tip for viewrs is that shower. Mine went counter clockwise. Do NOT go past 1200 on the shower dial... it will be hot. I kept it at 1:00 and it was perfect. That bad boy will go to 9:00 if you need it.

Room was clean, staff was very nice, and helpful. I do like this location, close to China Town and Little Saigon but still a bit away from Bellaire sine I don’t like the crazy traffic there. Very easy access to tollways. Only 1 draw back is beside the lobby, the facility is a bit outdated, the staff told me it will be updated which would make this place awesome place to stay. My first room, the sofa were ripped, I reported to front desk and they changed a new room for me immediately, second room not much better lol but …not a big deal at all. I enjoyed my stay, staff is nice and polite. The rooms are outdated but most important is it is CLEAN, that’s all I care. I would recommend this place to my friends. Complimentary breakfast are good, not a lot of choices but food are yummy. I am glad I booked this place since my friends booked one closer to Bellaire and they got bedbugs ☹️ Price: good Location: good Cleanliness: good

Apr 20-23, 2023 - My wife and I really like SpringHill Suites. Our room was large and clean. There was a nice desk with a partition. The bathroom was huge. The complimentary breakfast was good but standard fare. The large lobby area has plenty of seating and a small bar (it wasn't staffed all the time). My only complaint is that the front desk was not staffed on two occasions (during the day) when I walked over with a question.

Do not go here! I stayed one night and left a bridesmaid dress and a flower girl dress in the closet and called about a hour after we left and they told us to come pick it up the next day! The manager kevin gave my husband the run around and told to come pick up the next day. My husband went and tried to pick it up and the lady at the front desk said it was locked up in the mangers office with no key. They called Kevin and Kevin told them he would ship it out house. I waited two weeks and still no dress. I called up there and talked to Kevin again and he said that the dresses ended up being missing. All he could give me was a room refund which did not even barely cover the cost of my dresses. There are thieves working there so if you stay there make sure you don’t leave your belongings behind.

Amazing and friendly staff.. our stay was awesome clean rooms, clean bathrooms.. free parking. No complaints at all..close to downtown & uptown... overall 100%

Came to Houston for a weekend for my birthday. The Hotel is Beautiful and friendly. My room was exactly how I request clean and bright facing the highway per request. My bed was so soft. Breakfast was okay. Not a Big fan of buffet however I highly recommend.

I called to inquire about doing my sons party here, and was between this and Hilton and I had a few questions, let me clarify this is a small party for a teenager with parents supervision not a wild college kegger party. Pizza, movies swimming and a couple (3 or 4) friends. I asked if they had adjoining rooms Available , so hey could have their space but I could still supervise .Irene the lady at the desk was very rude and abrasive screaming “we don’t allow pary at hotel! This not party place! I have guest to help! And kept trying to hang up on me, asked if there was any one else speak with . She claimed she as the only one. I hung up and called the Hilton who was more than happy to assist me.
