We booked this without looking at reviews. That was a mistake. The elevator wasn’t working when we stayed and some of the other guests made it hard to sleep with loud music and yelling. I don’t think we would have been able to tolerate anything more than a one night stay.

I am a Redi card member so I usually pick Red Roof because they are affordable and clean. This particular hotel was infested by roaches. My room 345 was making me and my 3 year old sneeze every time we entered the room and all thru the night. My daughter and I got sick throwing up on the sheets. The second time my daughter threw up the housekeeper witnessed it and was very kind and changed all the bedding and asked if we needed anything. The housekeepers were the only reason for the 1 star. The front desk tried to charge me more for checking in an hour early but I have never had any Red Rood Inn charge for early entry its just called hospitality knowing we are travelers and tired. I would not recommend. Some people think its not a big deal about roaches but it is. Nasty!

The location is great. The hotel morning staff is rude. They don't exterminate for roaches and other insects like other hotels do. They only have orange juice for breakfast and most of the time the machine is not even cut on. They allow pets all over the place. Staff needs to be more attentive to it's tenants.

Full of illegals full of roaches Was there 3 months. Got kicked out because I had a 5 lb dog yet the manager has a 10lb dog. Full of illegals from Honduras that works for Frontline cable out of North Carolina The management allows the illegals to reserve there parking spots with cones so no one parks there. Don't we all pay the same price for a room but they get to reserve their parking spots ? Full of Crack heads and meth users . One died here from overdose The parking lot for guest is full of wrecked vehicles in the back are. The front area by the office is a beer bottle dump where the illegals drink all night and keep other guest up late at night. This is not a good managed red roof and something needs to be done......

This place is kinda old and creepy beyond the front desk area- from the elevator beyond is a totally different vibe- the rooms are decent tho, comfy beds and cold air. One of the ladies at the front desk is a little less then friendly but I guess considering the area(decent to iffy outta any direction in the whole general vicinity) u get what you get.

The staff discriminate against African Americans and are beyond rude . The lady at the front seems to not like her job much because the 4 days I was here she had an attitude every time . I believe her name was Maria. They have mouse by the trash cans here and roaches in all their rooms. Creepy men that say they work there walks around stalking your room doors daily. (Scary). No breakfast and it’s in the Ghetto so you will smell weed and cigarettes throughly the whole hotel . Save your time and go somewhere else . I couldn’t even enjoy my stay it was loud in the hallways and dogs roaming everywhere ,NEVER AGAIN!

Do not waste your time or money at this place. Whatever you do do not use a debit or credit card with these people because they will steal from you if you're not paying attention. They charged my card 3 extra times and then proceeded to act like they had no idea how it happened. Mind you this was my very first time staying at a RED ROOF INN ever and it will most assuredly be my last. The property manager Elida is straight up trash. After bringing the issue to her she practically did nothing to resolve these charges and then kicked myself and my disabled mother out after I made a complaint to corporate about the charges. That was the last of my funds I had at the time and we went almost 2 days without any food because they took almost $170 out of my account. Don't stay here no matter what you do. PS. Stay in your lane lady. I don't know who you think you're going to steal from have them not be upset. Obviously from your flippant response only further underscores the problem you theif.

The girls at the front were lovely and polite. I stayed in one of their superior king kitchenette suites and it was Devine! They were remodeled. Price was fair. I will definitely be staying their when I’m back in town. Thank you!

Never give them your deposit. They charged me $70 for room $50 for deposit never got the deposit back after calling for a few times. It’s a whole scam run though.

Red Roof inn is one of my favorites hotels, and I recommended to my mom, but unfortunately this one was NASTY. The room my mom stayed was a smoking room and he didn’t even ask her if she smokes or no, and the smell was HORRIBLE, the bed cover and sheets were dirty, they had big stains of what it looked like oil and permanent marker all over. The outside looks so trashed, big piles of metal and stuff all around the place, grills and beach chairs. The front desk man looks like he didn’t want to be there ! So disappointing.

Stayed here for a week for work. Location was perfect. Every day after work my room was picked up, trash was taken out and the bed was made.

My husband and I stop through this area once every year to visit family in the area. We always have a pleasant stay. I always bring my blue heeler pup Daisy and she is always welcomed and greeted by the front desk staff. The only issue we had during our most recent stay was the wifi, but we worked with the General Manager Elida to fix the issue right away. She was great. 10/10

Had beetles and other bugs in the room but no bed bugs. Had a musty smell throughout and the elevator was out of order. Convenient location with a lot of good food in walking distance

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the old Red Roof Inn. The room was quite spacious and I heard nothing through the walls. It was quiet and the staff was helpful and courteous. The snack machine was out of order but fortunately it located directly behind a Taqueria and there’s a convenience store within walking distance.
