I planned a two night stay at $162 each night. The result was the room had stains on the box sping mattress and red juice spots on the lamp shade. I overlooked it so not to disturb my wife, but as the night proceeded the roaches came out. I then checked out that morning. I was told a follow-up call would be made bye the property and it wasn't. I then called myself to only receive a $40 discount. The reviews do not truly reflect the property rating.

My stay was for 5/1/2022 - 5/6/2022. (nice rooms) On our first night, our Tundra had its catalytic converter stolen while parked under a security camera, and parking lot light. (Hotel staff offered no help, and mentioned that corporate took away their security guard) On our 3rd day, one of my 7 reservations was canceled without a reason. We were instructed to simply share a room. (points were offered, but never sent) On the 4th day, both elevators went out on a 5 story hotel. Some guests visiting the medical center for cancer services did not have the strength to reach their rooms via stairs. One of our group had a great deal of difficulty due to recent knee replacements. Staff was friendly, but the front desk had a consistent attitude.

I’m so embarrassed to write about this…. but when you allow a guest to sleep in another persons URINE!!!! I think a 1star is well deserved to be called out on. You read correctly. I’ll keep the details/photos to myself. Do Better!!! -I will say thank you to the gentlemen who help me after I figured out what that smell was the hard way.

Had a horrible experience with my stay room was roach infested roaches crawled in food, roaches were everywhere tv stand, picture frame kitchen area very badly. I used my points to book room points were awarded then taken back for an additional stay had to stay in the same room until next day due to no availability Pictures and video were taken. I was not accommodated properly I felt because why would I be awarded points then have to be taken back for something that the hotel was supposed to provide. The couch had blood stains on it to where it looked badly stained pictures were also taken.

I needed a place near the Med Center, with shuttle service. This place fit the bill. Warm full breakfast, which I had for brunch, due to fasting. Courteous shuttle driver got me there on time and pickup was less than 10 mins. I will stay again.

It was the 1st time I got disappointed by Staybridge. The room had a very strong odor of paint solvent. I noticed it right after I checked in. But I ignored it partly because I had flown in from Atlanta and wanted to dose off, and partly because I de-sensitized to pain smell because of ongoing renovation projects at my place. 1st night went fine. The morning after the 2nd night one of companions started to complain of burning eyes and itchy throat. I told the reception and asked to meet the manager. Meeting with manager was not possible because it was a Sunday. I called the manager 2 days later and was told that I was not pro-active enough to inform them right away. They have not offered me any resolution yet, but the room was definitely not worth the $$$ I paid for a 2 night stay. They can offer better service.

Everything was nice, great breakfast many items to choose, My only concern was our room was warm all night 74° degrees there is a small plastic plate that reads they are being conservative with the use of electricity and I feel that at the rate I'm being charged I should be able to control the thermostat. We had a long hot night of tossing and turning. May want to bring a small fan. Comfortable beds and clean

Stayed here because my son was having heart surgery at TCH. The room was spotless and the pool area was clean and not too crowded.

We stayed here for a Taylor Swift concert! The hotel was great, rooms/suites were spacious, love kitchen in rooms, clean hotel, friendly staff, had breakfast, nice pool area, comfortable sitting area.. it is about 15-20min walk to the front of NRG Stadium. Free parking.

Nice hotel. Mostly clean. Solid breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff aren’t friendly or helpful at all. Front desk staff is unapproachable and rude. The woman who oversees the dining area almost makes it not worth it to grab breakfast in the morning because she is so unpleasant. Nice room but nothing special.

Hotel was great for my kids and I. Very spacious the only thing was that my room phone and dish washer did not work.

The staff was incredible every one of them was very welcoming and very friendly! Now for the rooms, they need a major upgrade we had tiny ants which I was like whatever it happens no biggie but everything was very jank! Nothing to do with the employees I know that but the owner/management needs to step it up and redo their rooms. Just some food for thought! The grounds were nice just need a lot of updates in the rooms for the price you pay. Hopefully, they can give them some love and care and put a little love into them and not have such cheap junk! Spend a little of that money and put it into your rooms. Again we appreciate all the friendly employees that were just amazing thank you y'all 💜

Roach Infested. Do not stay here! Dropped my things off in my room and left to a concert. Came back to my room with my 10 year old daughter to find a roach infestation. Had to check out at 1:30 am because I was not going to let my daughter sleep in a roach infested room. There was roaches of all sizes in the room, especially very small ones on the mattress. The front desk person Debonea Nzeh said I would get a full refund because of my troubles. I call in Sunday, the manager is not available, Call in Monday and the manager Chantal Kelly said they can only offer me a 50% refund on my $300 a night room because I stayed longer than half an hour in the room. I will never be staying in this or any of the IHG properties again if your policy is to give me 50% of my money back if the room I am staying in is roach infested. It makes no difference how much time was spent there, if you find roaches you should not be responsible for paying for the room you are staying it. It is not acceptable to have to stay in a room that is full of cockroaches, period.

The hotel is very nice inside. The staff is friendly. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with the little living room area and kitchen. It was very spacious. The room were clean and we had enough towels to last us the 2 days we were there. Check in and out was a breeze. There is alot of different stores and bars located in the area. If I'm ever in Houston again I will definitely book with this hotel.

Not the typical branded hotel. Bed was uncomfortable and light around the door kept us up. Said it was a 4 person room actually barely a 3 person provided that the third person is very small. The breakfast was more than a let down compared to other staybridges.

I left items in the hotel room. I called days before my actual check out date. Came to pick them up and the items could not be found. Was told I would be reimbursed. Over a month later and still have heard nothing from them

I stayed here for nearly three months. Most of the staff are so incredibly nice, and their shuttle driver was the highlight of my mornings! The studio apartment style of the rooms made it easy for my long-term stay (the full-sized fridge is a godsend) and the amenities were new. The hotel is very conveniently located near the medical center and activities in Houston so share ride services like Uber were not expensive.

I cannot say enough about this hotel and the very pleasant experience we my son needed a place to stay this past week due to a very unpleasant experience with off campus housing at U of H. Everyone there is professional, helpful and kind. The room was clean, the food was wonderful and the price point is extremely reasonable for everything they offer. It was the perfect room for my son for the week he was there. Thank you!

Great location! Close to great shopping, food and downtown. Comfortable stay! Free self-service breakfast and social hour (Mon-Wed) offering refreshments and complimentary alcoholic beverages. Drake said it best “Fresh sheets and towels so you gotta love it!” 😉
