This place is truly unbelievable. I have never seen so many families living under such conditions. The security guard lied and said that I had cussed him out, not. I just advised him that I never heard of a motel with a curfew for visitors, 9 P.M., I never cussed at all. Children were running everywhere. Many of them looked neglected. Lord help us all. Truly trashy.

Staff is great and room has everything we needed. Me and my children moved here from FL and this hotel has great prices with no deposit hold on card you can also pay with cash. They also offer weekly rates at a low price and convenient location for anything you need. Comfortable beds and cable and wifi 😜.

I got room for my daughter For one night. Had to argue to get receipt for my cash deposit. Room smelled Like weed. People hanging around outside high and drunk. No bed spread. No place for a decent family And surely no place for children. I've never seen anything like this place. You best get directions to this place and just drive up to it and I bet you won't consider staying here.

This is a straight up slum. Every metal surface on every fixture was rusted. The cabinets were literally crumbling. The grout in the shower had mold. I sat on the bed to book a different hotel and the bed springs were noticable. There was a fight between two meth heads in the parking lot and the entire place reeked of marijuana. I travel for a living. I can tolerate a lot in a hotel. But this one was walk in the door, walk back out. You've been warned.

First off let me start by saying! Few of the staffs are very rude an not caring at all! I came to the hotel with my husband an 4 kids an I don’t recommend this place at all! The cleaning crew don’t even know how to properly clean or sanitize, for the company to be having the hotel booked at least upgrade your covers and sheets they were worn an cigarette burns , the security don’t do anything but talk to women at the front desk they don’t care who enter the hotel they don’t check anything. It’s a Money hungry hotel , but what took the cake is being put out with out after asking if anything can be resolved they said NO & walked off they just don’t care an I just recently moved here for a fresh start , with my 4 kids an they was so embarrassing an just unkind, it needs a new management definitely

These people asked us to leave and didn't tell us why. When I asked why we were being kicked out the manager said she could not tell me but if we don't leave the premises they would call the police. Now we paid in full and we were treated unfairly and shamed by the people watching. We ended up sitting on the curb for 5 hrs for our deposit being we were already tight on our budget plus we needed our deposit to book another hotel. No ice machine anywhere and questionable guests, perhaps we weren't thuggish enough for them

Soon as I walked in the room it had a strong mildew smell almost threw up. The bed had cigarette burnt marks all through the covers, they had turned over dead roaches in the bed, as I was walking to my room I seen turned over dead roaches in the other rooms window as well and they had the audacity to offer me another room & would not approve my refund after pressing my uncomfortable issues with them.

Roaches everywhere in the room in multiple rooms. Trash all over parking lot and stairs. And staff are rude and inconsiderate Overall wouldn’t stay again Also people selling themselves and drugs out of rooms.

Reading from the reviews deposit doubt I was kind of unsure so I took a chance and made reservations I can truly say it's about my experience and not always about the reviews my expectation is very satisfying.Cleaningness of the room the hardwood floors I was able to rest so well. the professionalism of the staff they are very courteous and helpful. I've decided to extend my stay.

Sparkling clean bedding. No roaches. No bed bags. Lowest price was very attractive. Staff was great. Especially cleaning. Because it's a lowest price place to stay, public is very ...( I don't know how to say it politely..) uneducated. This hotel reminded me a similarities between conditions of car parking areas at supermarkets in rich and poor area. In rich area no one ever throws trash on the ground. In poor area trash is thrown out of almost all cars. People ( or is it a people?) are exhibiting behavior of an animals. So every morning cleaning staff was collecting HUGE amounts of trash infront of this hotel. Sad.

No problems that the incredibly handsome front desk guy Fernando can't fix. Property is chill I've been here 2 weeks no issues personally but will update when I check out in Jan

Rooms mediocre dusty and had a weird smell not cigarettes but as if some one was doing drugs. A family of lations worked the front desk they weren't helpful at all. Prices are high if you don't book for more than a week. They have a trash problem. Loud noisy kids you can't even sleep. Washers and dryers breaking down stealing your money and the front office say they're not responsible. I stayed for almost a month.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. They don't have am ice machine though. So take some ice trays. Lol other than that really nice place to stay on a budget.

Good location there's nothing extra in room. Like toilet paper or shampoo. The location was the good part. But there is also no amenities at all.

I love the treatment that ms. Annie Reed treats us and the is the best worker here I really think she a 10 she's the best

This hotel does just what you need…The staff is very nice and understanding…The accomated my need for handicap access…The people that stay there are quiet and stay to themself..I recommend this location if you need a place to call home for a while… Thanks Ms.Selena and office staff for everything!!!!

They let you have dogs and the rooms are $41 a night on hotels.com. There are kitchenette s in the room and the shower is decent with a small seat BUT super shady folks hanging out there in the parking lot, in the bushes, in the field AND if you aren’t down with the homeless community there is a homeless encampment next to the parking lot. It’s getting 3 stars because even though we didn’t see any bed bugs it felt like this place WOULD have bed bugs.

The Staff here is Awesome. Very Friendly & Professional. ------- There is always at least one person, in the Office, working the "11p-7a" Overnight shift, Every evening. ------- Plus their normal office hours are 7am-11pm -> EVERYDAY (7 Days a week, 365 Days a Year)

The front staff is amazing!!! Selena, Celeste and the manager always made sure what we needed they took care of. Very polite and understanding!

Couldn't even stay here with my children. This place was so unsafe. way too much "traffic" going on in this place. I wanted a refund but they said I couldn't get one. I wouldn't recommend staying here with children.

The staff here is great Celeste was a great help to me! She was friendly and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable in the room I was in.

We booked this hotel for 2 weeks and on the first night there was a few bugs and the hotel wasn’t very clean. We cleaned it and thought maybe it just wasn’t cleaned well. After a few nights we found more and more bugs and cockroaches in the room. Room is just filthy and don’t feel comfortable staying at. Please do not go to this hotel and find somewhere else to stay.
