Went
on
line
to
make
a
reservation
but
unfortunately
something
was
going
on
with
IHG
website
so
I
had
to
call
directly
to
the
hotel
to
make
my
reservations.
Spoke
to
Jordon
who
definitely
needs
to
re
trained.
Jordan
never
ask
me
if
I
was
a
loyal
member
or
my
membership
number
to
be
able
to
honor
the
$97
for
a
1
bedroom
king
suite.
She
said
she
had
to
honor
whatever
the
price
was
at
the
hotel
and
that
I
can
not
make
my
reservations
through
the
reservations
department
once
she
completes
my
reservation.
As
a
lawyer
I
found
that
not
to
be
true.
I
called
the
reservations
department
back
made
my
reservations
and
cancelled
the
one
with
the
hotel.
Thank
you
"Britney"
for
being
a
professional
with
rebooking
my
reservations.
Called
to
speak
to
a
manager
regarding
my
unprofessional
experience
with
Jordon.
I
was
hung
up
on
by
a
manager
and
was
never
called
back.
I'm
now
on
hold
with
a
manager
from
Guest
relations
name
Mike
for
about
35
minutes
thus
far.
Mike
says
he
tried
to
call
the
hotel
directly
himself
but
know
one
answered
the
phone.
Wow
if
this
is
the
treatment
you
get
for
being
a
loyal
member
I
can't
imagine
how
I
would
be
treated
if
I
was
not
a
loyal
member.
