There was a party on second floor from 11 to 3am noone came to stop it. There was a group of people slamming doors and hitting each other and screaming . I was unable to sleep all night long. Never going back to this hotel.

Gotta be honest... I only stayed one night but the place is super super nice. Friendly staff.... great location... only stayed one night passing through town but I couldn't find one issue even if I look hard enough. Very reasonable prices as well.

Went on line to make a reservation but unfortunately something was going on with IHG website so I had to call directly to the hotel to make my reservations. Spoke to Jordon who definitely needs to re trained. Jordan never ask me if I was a loyal member or my membership number to be able to honor the $97 for a 1 bedroom king suite. She said she had to honor whatever the price was at the hotel and that I can not make my reservations through the reservations department once she completes my reservation. As a lawyer I found that not to be true. I called the reservations department back made my reservations and cancelled the one with the hotel. Thank you "Britney" for being a professional with rebooking my reservations. Called to speak to a manager regarding my unprofessional experience with Jordon. I was hung up on by a manager and was never called back. I'm now on hold with a manager from Guest relations name Mike for about 35 minutes thus far. Mike says he tried to call the hotel directly himself but know one answered the phone. Wow if this is the treatment you get for being a loyal member I can't imagine how I would be treated if I was not a loyal member. This is my first time staying at a Staybridge Suites hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay. This place had everything I needed for business travel including washers/dryers, dinner, and a fitness facility available downstairs, all included with the cost of my stay. I travel often and will definitely move them to the top of my list as one of my preferred hotels.

My favorite favorite favorite hotel yet. Not because of the room, which was still very nice but because of the front desk. I love the details and all the extra attention to make sure the guest enjoys their stay. In my opinion, this is a true 5 * hotel. I loved it here.

Awesome clean place to stay. Breakfast is awesome. Security patrols the parking lot ensuring your car is safe. Customer Service is awesome.

Decent hotel for what you pay, got upgraded to a suite based on my IHG membership for two people and the room was spacious enough for both. The beds were comfy and the service was quick, and the only complaint is they had only one elevator which did sometimes take time with multiple people. But good breakfast in the morning though, so gotta take my wins.

Great hotel and amenities! We loved our stay and we will definitely be back. I love that this hotel is pet friendly and has a pet section outside specifically for them. Harmony was working the front desk and checked us in and she was absolutely amazing.

Ive been to 5 stars and this is honestly the best Hotel we have stayed at im definitely keeping track were i go and will try to stay with them Good Job on the operation and the rooms are amazing

Best stay ever!!! We have stayed at a lot of nice hotels and Staybridge in Humble, Tx is at the very top of the AWESOME scale! It was a very easy quick check in! The hotel clerks are so nice and respectful! In our 2 bedroom suite, it was CLEAN, GORGEOUS ( the pics online give it no justice) it was stocked with DOVE products! The hot breakfast is UNBELIEVABLE! So many options of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits etc! They even had an omelette station one morning. We actually stayed the weekdays so we were able to attend “ the social” they have on Mondays thru Wednesday… complimentary beer, wine and food from 530 to 700 pm and one night they had a full taco station! I can go on and on, but you get the picture! Oh the pool and fire pit is GORGEOUS too!! I can’t wait until we can stay there again!

This is our go-to place to stay when visiting Houston. It's convenient for our purposes and is in what seems to be an overall decent area. Plenty of local dining options. The rooms are always clean and the place is typically quiet. The staff is always very attentive to details. Be smart as in any big city, but I feel good about returning to it for our future stays.

Great service and awesome and welcoming staff who will tend to your needs. I frequented this hotel for work on many occasions and not once had they fell short of providing an outstanding job. The breakfast staff is also clean and always walking with a smile. It's the little things that really make it stand out. I would also me tion that the rooms were clean and new (the ac works like a charm❤️) Thank you for setting the bar for other staybridge hotels!!!! Always love staying at Staybridge, fantastic rooms that make you want to stay, love using the Dove products, I went out and bought some for home, I liked it so much. And I love the full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, pots &pans, china plates/bowls, glasses, wine glass and juice/high ball glasses, silverware, knives, can opener, dishwashing liquid and kitchen towels, you've thought of everything.
