Lovely little spot. The owner was so nice and kind. The food comes in nice size portions and quite flavorful

Came here for the first time and had the charred chicken with rice bowl and it was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly and had a really great charred flavor, that when paired with the side dipping spice, was soooo good! The milk tea with boba was also very good and not too sweet. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for great food!

Bahn mi was very flavorful and not dry. Fresh vegetables for sure and their milk green tea is the perfect amount of sweetness, I wish I’d gotten the large! Food did take about 10 minutes but it was truly delicious. It’s a small cafe i’ll be returning to

If you are looking for a quick and cheap on lunch, this place is for you. They have food and tapioca drink. Other drinks like sodas are only available in can. They do take credit card. The portion was small but enough for lunch. The place is small and have few tables seating.

Love the atmosphere, the soft piano plays in the background, clean floor and surfaces. Great place to come and sit with your computer and study. They have high chairs and normal tables which you can either be with someone or sit alone . I had a beef roast viet sandwhich, it was delicious and I was surprise that the sandwich was bigger than at other restaurants.The milk tea with coffee jelly was so good, bad thing is they don't have a wide variety.The employees are friendly, greet with a smile, and very attentive to their costumers. Love how they provide your food in unique plate wear. Pictures and decor to capture the Vietnamese culture, to make the place stand out more.

This is a small eatery with limited menu. They have the typical Vietnamese food such as banh mi, rice, and vermicelli. The interior is clean and inviting. This place is great for small groups. I had the char-grilled pork banh mi, and a regular mango smoothie with tapioca. The banh mi portion was big. Baguette was lightly toasted. The pork portion was generous, however the pork was slightly bland. Seasoning was very light. The mango smoothie was good. A refreshing drink for a hot day. Food came out pretty slow. I was first in line but last to receive my food out of three people. There are designated parking spaces for customers of Simply Viet, which is nice. Overall I am on the fence whether to visit again.

Food was cool. They have the limit menu with only few items on the menu. I Oder the vermicelli with the BBQ pork and it was gross. The vermicelli was cool and the pork just like the old food. First time also the last time. The lady maybe the manager or owner so mean

Food was not good. The coke given was expired. The lady in the front was not too friendly. They don't even serve the rice plates with fish sauce, that's the best part of the dish. Overall terrible experience.
