From my first day till now I have had a fabulous experience at Costa Maya. I love that they go beyond their way to help their residents even for the smallest thing. Management at Costa Maya does a fantastic job and never seems to fail.

Living made simple at Costa Maya, is a lie, it's very hard to find a parking spot that is not reserved, when you work late. most washing machine are broken. you pay for things they wanted, to add on to complex. You're paying for add on ike garbage removal from complex, city drainage, among other charges that they add to your rent. Things that fall on owner to pay, you make tenants pay.
