I've only visited this eatery for lunch since it's across the street from the hospital. It's quite busy at lunchtime and on the weekend during peak museum hours. The menu has a little bit for everyone. The pasta dishes are yummy and the pizza is pretty good. They bring your meal to you if you dine in. It's not the largest restaurant, but people spend about 25 minutes here. Most folks take the meal to go or do pick up. They also offer a nice variety of wine and local beers. So for those who wish the meal can be enhanced. I definitely recommend enjoying lunch here at least once.

Is there anything as delicious as a hot-out-of-the-oven pizza? And is there any better pizza than the ones made by small independents rather than franchise monsters? My personal pizza at Fia's Pizzeria was amazing. It's the perfect size fir lunch + a couple of take-home slices. The crust was flawless, the toppings were fresh and savory, and the atmosphere was great.

If you can deal with the parking situation, Fia's Pizzeria has fantastic food! They have a great menu with a lot to choose from. My friend ordered the Montrose Spicy Pickle pizza and I ordered a cheese pizza with pineapple. We both really loved what we ordered. The crust was perfect and the ingredients were delicious. I also have to give them a shout out for their delicious fountain Dr Pepper!!! It was right up there with the very best that I have ever tasted out of a fountain! We ate inside, but there's also a small patio area with tables in front of the restaurant if you prefer to eat outside. They no longer take phone orders, but you are able to order online. We had to park in the garage that's shared by the other businesses in the building. It's a very tight parking garage with tight spaces. It cost $7 to park for a little under an hour. They are very close, however, to the McGovern Centennial Gardens, Miller Outdoor Theater, and Hermann Park, so you could walk right over and skip the garage altogether. The parking was a bit of a challenge, but the food… the food AND THE DR. PEPPER were excellent!

The food was AMAZING, pizza on point and wings were on point as well! They are very quick with the service as well and the restaurant is super clean. This is somewhere that I’ll recommend and be going to more often for sure! My whole team loved it too

Small portion sizes I thought it would be something like MOD pizza I was wrong customer service was poor my order was not fixed correctly from the pictures online I thought it would be great but not so great the cashier/ cook was not very outgoing to me I noticed he was smiling and blushing and given extra cheese to some of the customers that ordered before me. Anyway I don't think I'll ever go back

Forget the folded cardboard triangles, Fia's Pizzeria serves up New York slices the way they were meant to be: giant, foldable, and bursting with flavor. Their pepperoni is a masterpiece - crispy on the bottom, pillowy in the middle, and generously adorned with spicy cups of cured meat. Every bite is an explosion of salty, savory goodness. But Fia's ain't just about the pies. Their chicken fettuccine Alfredo is a creamy, cheesy dream come true, with perfectly cooked pasta and tender chunks of chicken swimming in a sauce so good you'll wanna lick the bowl. The atmosphere is pure old-school New York cool, with red and white checkered tablecloths and dim lighting that sets the mood for a cozy, carb-loading feast. 🇮🇹 Overall, Fia's is a 9/10, and the only thing that could make it better is trying one of their dessert next time. Can't wait to be back!

I don't usually like pizza, however this place makes the BEST pizza I have EVER consumed! It is freshly fired and you can watch the whole process take place in the spacious oven behind the counter. Employees are extremely kind, patient, and friendly 🙂 Also, the toilet paper in their restrooms is a great grade!

I had the margarita pizza and I have had better. The food was not terrible, but not great either.
