I am almost 7 months pregnant. I went in and ordered a kid's burger to go. That was it. The staff was nice. I waited maybe 5-7 minutes. No problem. But when I bit into my cheeseburger, it was practically raw on the inside. Keep in mind, I am typically a medium rare steak type of girl, so a little pink wouldn't bother me. But I am CLEARLY pregnant and this is a CHILDREN'S burger. How are you going to serve me something this undercooked? I was able to eat the edges, but I did not feel comfortable eating the middle. I was so disappointed.

I tried Smash Burger for the first time today I went in around 1:00pm ... it wasn't very busy ... the young lady at the counter was very helpful explaining the menu choices. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. I had a double meat burger with tater tots & a drink . I paid $16.53.

If you order wings make sure you ask them to make them fresh! If you see a cashier look back and ask a cook if they have wings and they say yes do not eat those they were probably made hours ago and have been sitting under a heat lamp🤮. The haystack onions that go on your bbq burger have been sitting there all day as well make sure u ask for them to be made fresh. There is grease all under the grill and most people do not change out there gloves as often as they should just be aware of who cooks your food and the new gm sonja doesn't care about anything but cleaning her computer station if u can go to another smashburger then do so!

Smash Burger??!!! I hardly knew her! <insert cricket sounds here> 😜 Talk about some good eating. A “Smash Burger” differs from other burger joint burgers due to the fact that they literally smash the 100% Certified Angus Beef burgers down on a hot seasoned cast-iron grill. This seals in the taste that stands alone. I had the pleasure of ordering the Classic Single Smash Burger with a side of delicately fried to perfection Haystack Onions. Your boy was no good after that!!! It was a Monday night, so the restaurant was fairly low key. I had just enough time to jump in my car and head out before gluttony kicked in and rocked me to a sweet slumber. FYI…Breakfast is served all day, and there’s an impressive selection of side orders, vegan burgers, chicken sandwiches, and regular/dairy-free milkshakes to choose from. I would have blessed them with five stars, but the Men’s restroom was all kinds of tore up, and there was no soap or hand towels!! Sweet dreams…

They told me 10 minutes when I called and ordered on the phone and it only took three. My burgers were hot and fresh and they smell delicious. I got a double cheeseburger and a single I paid $16 good? Very good environment was clean and it was comfortable temperature inside.

Everyone there was extremely friendly. We had a large order with our big family so I was so happy to find that everything was correct and turned out perfect. My husband loved the Brussels sprouts and he hasn’t had very many that he loves like this. Another thing we did was mix the black unsweet tea and the strawberry dragonfruit. He really liked it and surprisingly I did too. They also offer military/veterans discount. You definitely have to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered the double avo bacon burger, the meat was delicious! Triple A+, guac on the burger was tasty, but the bacon was limp, I'm a crispy bacon girl. I will go again, just not ordering their bacon. Sweet pot fries were good
