    I had a coupon for a 50% off on a drink. So I went to pick up my drink through the drive-thru but the customer service was very rude and very rushing me so I wasn't able to even ask for it they just wanted me to pay and go. So when I did get my drink it was flavorless and super water down.

    I just visited this location and likely won't be back. I'm going to search for another Starbucks after this review and will drive to wherever that is. I saw another review about Hodge in particular and thought it beneficial to leave my comments as well. His demeanor is very off-putting. I ordered two items and only after paying was told "just so you know it will be 10 minutes before its ready" - then after I walked away I was called back to tell me that something specific I ordered wasn't even available. I just cancelled the whole thing and left.

    Really Upsetting. Whom ever was working the cashier on Wednesday 11/22 at about 8:45A.M was incredibly rude. I love Starbucks and have never encountered an experience like this . My partner and I went in this morning with our service animal (He’s a certified service animal, my husband has narcolepsy) as soon as we walked in rather then being greated the gentleman at the front screamed across the room “SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY”. Shocked, my husband responded “He is a service animal” the gentleman then responded by saying “I need to see your paperwork”. Keep in mind, our service animal was wearing his vest and had a sweater on as well for the cold weather. While my husband proceeded to pull up the paperwork I began to order. In the middle of me saying my order the same gentleman cut me off and said “It’s going to be a 20min wait you know”..Which ok, totally fine but again the way he said it was extremely rude. At that point my husband and I left without ordering anything. Really turned off by this experience.. We love our Starbucks but unfortunately won’t be returning to this location.

    Definitely one of the rudest Starbucks I’ve been to. Asked for spoons for the parfaits I ordered and they acted super inconvenienced. They also seem to struggle to fill the drinks fully if you read the rest of the reviews, which we experienced as well

    Don’t get me wrong, I love my Starbucks but this spot in particular never fills the cup up. So annoying when you’re paying close to $7 for a coffee. Every time.

    So I love this Starbucks! I messed up my order. No question about it. I completely typed in the wrong thing. Not sure what I was thinking. But they were so kind and fixed it for me. They are always so nice here!!!

    Terrible location! The lobby should be closed and they should just have the drive through open!! Waited 20 min in the lobby for a butter croissant and a dragon fruit refresher. Waited 10 minutes just to order everyone is just worried about the drive through, several times we were passed up. After our order was taken they made the drink wrong Waited another 10 min in righ in front of the register to speak with someone, but once again we were passed up several times. I got out of line to speak with someone by the espresso machine she told me wait, a white man stops in front of the register and he's being helped immediately...absolutely terrible. Worse Starbucks location ever.

    Tired of all the ice as fluff in their coffees. That’s the most expensive cup of ice I’ve paid for. We want coffee, not ice. Barista was rude and provided no help for ordering after I asked for light ice and light milk. She just stated she couldn’t do that combination together. Left without ordering.
