Really
Upsetting.
Whom
ever
was
working
the
cashier
on
Wednesday
11/22
at
about
8:45A.M
was
incredibly
rude.
I
love
Starbucks
and
have
never
encountered
an
experience
like
this
.
My
partner
and
I
went
in
this
morning
with
our
service
animal
(He’s
a
certified
service
animal,
my
husband
has
narcolepsy)
as
soon
as
we
walked
in
rather
then
being
greated
the
gentleman
at
the
front
screamed
across
the
room
“SERVICE
ANIMALS
ONLY”.
Shocked,
my
husband
responded
“He
is
a
service
animal”
the
gentleman
then
responded
by
saying
“I
need
to
see
your
paperwork”.
Keep
in
mind,
our
service
animal
was
wearing
his
vest
and
had
a
sweater
on
as
well
for
the
cold
weather.
While
my
husband
proceeded
to
pull
up
the
paperwork
I
began
to
order.
In
the
middle
of
me
saying
my
order
the
same
gentleman
cut
me
off
and
said
“It’s
going
to
be
a
20min
wait
you
know”..Which
ok,
totally
fine
but
again
the
way
he
said
it
was
extremely
rude.
At
that
point
my
husband
and
I
left
without
ordering
anything.
Really
turned
off
by
this
experience..
We
love
our
Starbucks
but
unfortunately
won’t
be
returning
to
this
location.
