The process to book them for my wedding was pretty transactional in comparison to other vendors (not including a phone call or personalization), but they were organized, responsive and flexible. I used Lovelykind for hair and makeup for my wedding day as a bride, and also for my attendants. I had a very positive experience! The natural makeup was the exact look I was going for, and Dee was flexible during my trial to get the hair look I wanted, and honest about what would require hair extensions. A minor place for improvement would be around communication, there is a delay in hearing back when you reach out via the portal, and when planning a big event overcommunication is helpful. That being said, the team was perfectly on time and professional and kind day-of and everyone was very pleased with their looks, so it ended up being a non-issue.

Had the best experience with Erica and her team! Our wedding was in Colorado and it was important to us to have a great hair and makeup team, so we flew them out for our wedding weekend. Not only did Erica and the girls do the best job, but she kept me touched up throughout the night, took really fun behind the scenes photos and videos throughout the weekend to share with us, and was just an incredibly positive person to have around. By the end of it, it felt like she was an old friend!!
