I recently visited the apartment for a potential lease, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the management. Despite having a scheduled appointment, they kept me waiting outside in the sun for nearly 40 minutes. During the apartment tour, the representative seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, giving us the impression that they didn't want us to rent the place. Surprisingly, after submitting my application, I received a rejection just two hours later, with a reason that didn't make sense at all. It's disheartening to feel that they were selective in their decision-making process. I hope the management takes steps to improve their professionalism and treat potential tenants with more fairness and respect

Great place! Love everything about it. Cleanliness, staff, and location! I love the Heights, but it’s like a mini NYC. Unless you’re wanting to pay an arm and a leg for 300sq ft, it’s rare to find a place worth SPACE and budget worthy. The staff is actually nice and attentive which is a plus! Loving this place and my home!

I love visiting this community with my client's because we receive a great experience every time and have a lot fun! The apartment homes offer great quality and the location is in a hot spot! I am so happy this community is open--we needed this!!!

Just moved in a couple of days ago and I’m so happy so far. The location is perfect. The entire complex is beautiful. Carsen and Grace are amazing. I had the smoothest application and move in process. They’re super informative, kind, and always answering all million of my questions!! LOL overall super happy :)

I love it here! This community is truly to good to be true (but very very true!) and the office staff is amazing and so responsive. the only thing is parking can be tricky for guests but as a resident, I have no complaints! Also big shout-out to Bree in the leasing office. She really goes above and beyond everyday!

This is a top notch community that Houston needed!!! Carsen is hands down, AMAZING but all of the staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. The are quick to respond to you and I absolutely loved my tour!! They offer spacious floorplans, modern/high quality finishes and it has great walkability to restaurants, shopping, etc-- this community is a no brainer!! You will love it here!

I LOVE the location with a ton of restaurants nearby! Carsen and his team are so easy to work with and super helpful! The interiors are so beautiful!
