Renah and Ken are very knowledgeable about gem stones and jewelries. They helped me with my custom designed ring, which is very beautiful crafted. They have the jewelry designer and lab onsite, which limited the waiting time. Highly recommended.

I came in to get a bracelet repaired and I ended up purchasing earrings and an additional bracelet. The staff spent several rounds of loose stones to find exactly what I was looking for. Each time I came in they were warm and welcoming. Renah gave me the information so I could find a few bracelets I liked on my own time - I thought this was very nice and there was no pressure. All in all a great experience and will be returning!

My husband and I wanted to redesign my wedding ring to include my original engagement diamond. Renah and Ken were incredibly helpful in showing us multiple options and helping us with the design. They were a lot of fun to work with and both have long, successful careers in the jewelry world. Their jewelry designer created a wax mold on a 3D printer, so we were able to see the exact prototype before the final mold was cast. The ring is stunning, and we couldn’t be more pleased! Their showroom is filled with amazing jewelry, and I look forward to going back just to visit and browse. I definitely will be referring them to friends and family!

I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to write a review! My friend and I wandered into this place over 5 years ago (when it was at its previous location), and since then I’ve had the following pieces of jewelry made: engagement ring, wedding band, two rings (set with stones I brought in), and a bracelet. All custom made, exactly to the specifications I requested and such beautiful craftsmanship. Their work is perfection! Renah is the epitome of helpful and knowledgeable, and Tam does impeccable work! I trust them with all my jewelry, I’ve also brought in a few pieces for repair. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place.

Great experience here! Tam and Rene were so helpful and patient. My fiance built my engagement ring and Tam was very considerate of what our goal was and how to attain it with the best while saving money. We found them through a friend who raved about them, and here I am, and I can only say kind words. Can't wait to go back to build our wedding bands!
