This place was recommended by a friend. We were visiting from Cleveland. We were Sat at 3:32pm. I know that because I texted him when I was sat. 42 min later, we had yet to be greeted by a server. I then went to find a manager. I told the manager about the lack of service, and the manager Jamarkus asked, "Why would wait 40 min to ask for a manager...he would've left?" Yes, he said that. Not once did he apologize or display any type of empathy for the lack of service we received. Ultimately, he sent a temporary waitress over, and she took our order. He said he would "come over to take care of us." He never did. The food came out due to the food runner, but we still had no waitress! Which means no silverware, napkins, no one to take our beverage order! I had to flag down someone to get utensils. Alyssa took over our table once our food came. The fried catfish and shrimp were good, but the mac and cheese was extremely bland, and the philly cheese steak eggs rolls were doughy and mushy. Our bill came, and we were charged dinner prices when we should've been charged brunch prices. She went to get the manager once we were ready to check out, and he would not come. He relayed messages through the server repeatedly! He said we would need to combine our bills in order for him to adjust. Ultimately, she advised that he took $10 off each of our bills. $30 total! After being overcharged, not having a waitress for over an hour and having to flag down several workers for service. JaMarkus is 1000% the problem. His customer service and leadership are non-existent. The owner should look into finding someone else to manage his establishment.

We waited over 45 minutes for a server then the manager, Jamarcus, told us he would have walked out. Very rude and unprofessional!!! The server who eventually came was pleasant but the food we ordered came out cold even though you can tell if it was piping hot it would have been good. Don't get the macaroni and cheese, it was awful. Stick to the catfish and shrimp. I would not go back!

It's a cool spot for Sunday funday! That's when I showed up! I order the breakfast burger it was funny that it didn't have a bun but sandwich bread it was good though maybe the meat needed a little bit more seasoning but it wasn't bland. I got the mimosa coco nut the staff were so kind and made sure I was good and having a good time I went by myself so I was sitting in the bar and they were trying to make sure I was comfortable. The place is really fun it has cool pic spots and the music started really jamming about at 3pm Would like to come back with friends and get a section

Ree was absolutely amazing. She is so dang on sweet. Her customer service was top tier. The food was good and the vibe was chefs kiss... we went on a Thursday for a girls trip and it turned out to be thirsty Thursday. Will definitely go back on another visit.

I went for my bday with a group of 21. We got there early, so we beat the crowd. Service was quick & the food was good! It's definitely a vibe, sports bar/club/lounge/hookah atmosphere!

I came here with a friend for happy hour on Wing Wednesday where they have .50 wings and also $10 punch bowls. They bowls were definitely big enough to share, we had two of the blue shark drinks. I got the Prospect Park sauce, Hot Lemon Pepper, and Ranch dry rub wings - everything was great! The wings were a bit on the larger side but that’s ok with me. We also had a side of fries and ordered a hookah. The vibes were good, the music was great, service was great as well. Parking was free on the side and there was indoor and outdoor seating available. Definitely looking forward to going back!

Visited Prospect Parks on a girls trip and we really enjoyed the vibe. Our server was Sashei and she was super nice and gave us tips on what we should try! The food was really good, I got the friend shrimp and grits, and we enjoyed the hookah options also!! Definitely will recommend going here if you’re in town and ask for Sashei!

Honestly! Its a shame how the waitresses treat women compared to men ( who they be smiling hard @ with all their teeth out) like we are not paying customers and this is not the first time we have experienced this. Went on a Wednesday night to grab wings to-go & they couldn’t even let us sit at the bar to wait, we had to stand outside in the parking lot while its COLD outside like valet. It’s quite disappointing how Black owned businesses treat their customers. We are definitely not coming back again & them wings were DRY, couldn’t even taste the flavors. You’re better off going to Wingstop or getting the wings at Dominos. Not only that, we tried to get some Suya as well from the vendor outside & the waitress literally told us to pay $40 each just to go inside to order cause apparently we are going inside.

Everything was great! The food was amazing and it didn’t take long to get it. As well as the drinks and the vibe in there was all that. My server/host Jordyn was an amazing and in point with everything.

I love coming to prospect when I’m in Houston! The food is always good and the music and vibes are always on 10. I loved the seafood egg rolls and the nachos are always my favorite! Next time I will be trying the lamb chops! Can’t wait to come again and see my favorite waitress Jada
