    I didn't like it. I ordered a phily steak, he said ok and cut the bread in half, then he told me let me ask if we have any. He came back and said sorry, no one put steaks out of the freezer last night. It was 4 pm and he knew before. But didn't say anything untill cut the bread. I orderes chicken because he already had cut the bread. The sandwich was cold even after he put it in the oven for cheese to melt. Somethong in my sandwich was too salty. He asked if we wanted chips. I said yes. But i saw no chips. Update: I tried the one in Webster, it was perfect. Tasty and rich. But i will never go to the other branch.

    Despite using the app to order ahead, our order wasn't ready when we arrived. What's worse, when we arrived, the employee thought we may have entered the wrong store in the app and were trying to pick up an order that didn't exist at that store. When he went over and looked at their screen, he realized that our order had been there for several minutes. He apologized, and we waited at a table (several of them were unclean) for him to complete our water. He apologize to several times, but ended up making my order incorrectly, including an item that I specifically asked to be excluded. Maybe next time?

    No tomatoes, ouch! Almost cancelled my order but I was hungry of course. Not bad but didn't seem like enough otherwise. Place was clean at least and the employees were friendly.

    The guy with all the tattoos here does not know how to do his job. I kept having to remind him what goes on our sandwiches, and he didn’t toast them long enough, so they were cold when we got to our table. He also kept arguing about which side items go with the kid’s meal. He wouldn’t let us get the applesauce that comes with it without trying to charge us extra. He needs better training.

    Today I had a great experience grabbing some lunch from this subway. I visited 8-12-22 at around noon. Both of the young men working were extremely nice and took care to make sure the people in front of me and my sandwiches were all exactly how we wanted them even offering suggestions to make it taste better per bite. I got some cookies as well which were perfect and taste great. One of the guys even knew 2 regulars sandwiches by heart and got them started as soon as he saw them. I've gone to subways before and gotten burnt hard cookies, soggy sandwiches with days old ingredients, and bad service. This was a breath of fresh air. Great food, great staff, no dissapointments. These guys are doing an awesome job and deserve recognition. Keep up the good work.

    Today was my first time ever coming to this location and sadly, I’ll never return. Staff is very unprofessional and slow. I asked for name and he said he was the manager, Cortlin; I’d hate to see how unprofessional the regular staff is.

    Ordered online, they lost the order, found the order and were going to make me wait in a 15 minute line despite placing my order 30 minutes prior. I refused to wait, never received a refund despite starting a complaint online. Second time this happened, will never go back.

    Worst staff ever, extremely rude every time we go they are out of multiple items but simply because the fastest thing they are doing is trying to get the heck out of there. Not baking bread or taking meat out ect. We went in at 8 they already had most what was left put away. To top it off there was a big piece of hard plastic in his sandwhich. We will not be back and after reading the rest of the reviews I don’t think many of those would return.

    I was harassed at this subway, don’t eat here ladies. There was one white male who kept telling me “No.” When I asked for Anything. I asked him to repeat himself one time and he said “no you didn’t here me the first time.” Then he said he had a right to withhold service and that he would, with an added “jk” like that changes anything. White slanky male with blue eyes. Almost looks like Sid the sloth 🦥 from Ice age. He was rude and what he did was uncalled for. Plus the sandwich was Very bland.

    Easily worst subway I’ve ever been to. For a few months now it is consistently a bad experience. Staff are generally rude, untrained, and very slow. I rarely see anyone wear a mask, hairnet, etc… when I went today there was a long line and one very slow moving employee who seemed to be arguing with another employee who was on the phone in the back. They are often out of things. I went one day like 2 hours before they closed and they were out of bread. I asked if they were making more they said no it takes too long. The flavored tea containers are often unlabeled and filthy. Once I went and it appeared one was in The wrong container as the color was different, when I asked the person about it they said. “I don’t know that’s not my job.” Finally, they often forget to turn on the open sign and I’ve been there at least twice during business hours and the door was locked with no sign of why.
