Closed 15 mins prior to the mentioned closing time. Employes working inside locked the door from inside and never responded, there was a lady trying to hide in the kitchen. I mean if you are closed atleast turn your light off!! Never giving them my business again.

I always order through the app then do in store pickup. My order is always ready early. Good food. Overpriced in my opinion so I always use coupons. This location usually is not busy so pickups are easy. The sub sizes are usually consistent and I've never had quality issues here.

Never use the app, they'll ignore all your requests and give you the most bare bones they can- I assume as a cost saving measure? Extra olives? 6? Extra pickles? 3 OK? Ranch? how about a quarter tsp? Genuinely such a bad job that somehow they made my standard sandwich of a simple turkey sandwich inedible.

TLDR; BROKEN AC, QUESTIONABLE INGREDIENTS, SUB PAR SERVICE, NOT OPEN ACCORDING TO LISTED OPERATION HOURS Looked up the hours for this location because I wanted good vegan options near me and it said they open at 8am. I arrived at 9:30am and the doors were locked. The employees just looked at me through the glass. I waited about 5-10 minutes and then they unlocked the doors without a word to me. When I asked what happened because the hours say open at 8am she said “we opened late today because the AC is broken” I was assembling my sandwich and noticed one of the tubs of lettuce looked rotten as well as both tubs of spinach. I avoided any questionable ingredients and I will not be returning to this location. Clearly lack of care from the owner.

I go here all the time. Went in today and these ladies are trying to do their job in the heat. Please fix the air conditions. Its 100 degree's. Not happy had to takeout

They had more veggies then meat I couldn't find the meat on both subs ask for them to remake they wouldnt

The young man was nice but the older lady was bit and very rude. She shouldn't be working at job she don't like. And it very hot in there too.

Manager is extremely rude. And on multiple occasions I've gone here only to realize I've been overcharged for my food because they feel they can make it different from what it's supposed to be and make it the customers falut. I've also seen them pull their cash drawer from the walk in fridge when opening so there's no telling how gross it is back their.

Had a gift card that was used 2 days ago. It still had a balance on it. The cashier failed to activate it and said the card was empty. Do not recommend.

Went there for weeks while I worked nearby. Service is rude, they will mess up your sandwich. And they don't communicate with the customer. Considering the work environment I doubt the food is properly stored or cleaned.
