I’ll try to keep this sorta short. I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here: - They respond slowly to maintenance issues - Gate was broken, so a lot security concerns - They do not clean the ground often, there was broken glass in the parking area for 6+ months - High turn over with the front office - Elevator breaks often - Gym isn’t maintained or cleaned regularly. I lived here for 16 months. I couldn’t wait to leave. I had a real issue with leak for 9 months, they waited until it got really bad and possible mold to do a half job before I left. I’m sure only to get ready for the next tenant. Cut a hole in the living room and left it there for 3-4 weeks. Then did a half cover attempt with dry wall. I had told them about leaks for 9 months and it was never properly addressed. I moved out, did walk through and was told I should receive my deposit minus last utilities. I feel I shouldn’t owe anything and somehow they are saying my utilities were higher than my deposit. I didn’t even cook so my gas shouldn’t be high and water bill was never high. So it upset me, but I never got a final bill from them but from a collection agency. Which is ridiculous, I was very upset. I’ll pay it just because of the small amount. I tried just letting it go but this was the absolute last straw. So here’s my honest review of my stay and I’ll attach photos of the leak issues. Only positive was one rep Steve and location to medical center. But there are plenty other Apts in the area. Also I believe they pay for fake reviews. Not way this should be rated any higher than 2.5 stars.

-Not a safe place to live: I've lived here for over two years now. This place is plagued with frequent car break ins, car vandalism and thefts (atleast 6 plus such incidents in just one floor of one parking garage, see pictures attached). The front community gates are always open, and the parking areas do not have security cameras. My car has been broken into twice now and no real action has been taken by the management to make this place secure. -Dirty facility: This place has a high turnover and many managements have changed in just 2 years time. The building hallways are dirty and spider webbed, with no real scheduled cleaning/maintenance. -Not very family friendly: (some people smoke weed in the hallways, in the swimming pools and in the parking garage, and bring their dogs unleashed into swimming pool areas). We do not feel safe living here, and for this reason, we're leaving this place. It's a shame because the location is nice with good proximity to the Medical Center. -Poor maintenance and communication: Minor maintenance request used to be taken care of within Forty-Eight hours in the past, now it takes months! The management keeps changing the VA maintenance tickets are entered, without informing the residents. Hence many issues/tickets falls through the cracks and never get resolved. - Fleas and roaches: We had fleas in our apartment and we don't have any pets. For months, even over a year, we (we have 3 kids) suffered multiple insect bites every day (mostly at night time) and we had to survive by buying our own insect and flea spray. After multiple requests and desperate pleas, they finally brought in a pest control person to spray our apartment. New staff/management, again!: The staff in the leasing office is new, and are relatively nice (atleast they answer the phone, the prior management seldom took our calls.. their motto was: phones are meant for ringing, let them ring 😞). Hope this new management/staff can bring some change to this place. My recommendation: The rent is reasonable, nonetheless, do yourself and your family a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I Do Not recommend leasing here.

I had a great experience with MRS V who helped my international student move in. However this management company does not pay the Realtors their finders fee. If you’re a realtor do not expect to get paid. Thank you for your response. I have emailed you 5 times and have not heard back.

Amber was absolutely incredible helping us tour the apartment complex at Weston. She is so friendly and knows EVERYONE on the team and the residents living there. We are excited to potentially sign for the unit after the remainder of our apartment hunt. Thanks Amber!!!

If you are looking to move into Weston Apts …. I totally recommend you do so and also be sure to have Ms.V to help you with all of your needs!!! She was so helpful, sweet, & caring. She made sure I got the keys to the apartment I wanted and it was all done in a short time frame! It’s really quiet around here and feels like home❤️

I am currently a resident in this place. Where do begin? The property EVELYN is an absolute joke. She smiles in your face then gets everyone else to do her dirty work. She is very much a snake and not to be trusted. You can tell her a grievance and she says it will be taken care of but it doesn’t. I am by far nasty but have small roaches creeping in from other units. We pay for best control but the sugar water they are spraying does nothing. We pay for Valet trash and that stopped but because it’s in our lease we are still charged. The grass is literally to my knees and dog poop everywhere. Elevators are stretchy so I take the stairs to my unit. The break ins of cars and rims stolen is crazy. Trash dumpster consistently overflowing and trash on the side because there is no where to put it. This property has the potential to be good but definitely needs new management starting at the head because everything falls down from there. I don’t want to make it sound all terrible because there are good people in the office but those gems will not be mentioned. Ohhhhhhh if you love to be inconvenienced with no water then this is definitely the place for you

I would give zero stars if possible , but it is not an option. CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS IF YOU CAN, BEFORE RENTING IN THESE APARTMENTS. Since the beginning it was the worst experience, we lived there for one year and the only positive thing I can say was the agent Steve (although I believe he's no longer there). When we arrived there was no A/C in our apartment, making it unbearably hot, fortunately Steve fix the problem and sent someone to repair it, AFTER 3 DAYS, we had a little portable A/C for the whole department. I must say it is the most dirty apartments I have seen, we were told they were changing the carpets for tiles but it never happened. I had to literally remind every several weeks for they to clean the stairs and halls, and their “cleaning” was just passing the broom a little with no noticeable improvement. Additionally, be aware you will not pay what they tell you in the beginning because you need to add valet trash, building fee, package delivery fee, water, gas… imagine all the money they get for building fee ($15 per apartment) and they can’t even clean the place, took them more than 4 months to change one mirror of the gym, it is just incredible. And when I thought this torture had finished they told us we had a balance and never received our deposit, we had to pay 90 extra dollars for the worst service ever. After sending more than 6 emails to follow up with the deposit, and they answer none of them. Feel free to contact me for more details because I wouldn’t finish if I mentioned them here.

Hey everyone, I absolutely love living in Weston apartments I’ve worked with Mrs. V at my first apartments and she’s become like family to me. She helped me get what ever I asked for in apartment and every time I fall in love with a new place. She is so kind and amazing person. I’m originally from New York and she has become like a second mom to me. If you need help getting a new apartment I highly recommend this apartments and going to Mrs.V or Mrs. Nikki for help! 😊😊

Staff are super nice, it's in a great location, and prices are reasonable! I've really enjoyed how friendly and diverse the other tenants are. Many cultures and life stages, all in one complex! I also greatly appreciate Ruben, one of the maintenance guys. He is so helpful and always asks about my day when he sees me walking my dogs! He even helped get my phone out of a storm drain after an unfortunate falling-out-of-my-pocket incedent. My only issues are that the dog park is escapable, which is not great. Also roaches are gross, but as long as I've kept my apartment clean, it hasn't been too bad. Espescially considering we are by the bayou. Fire alarms go off randomly. All things considered, I've had an overall great experience living here! I even renewed my lease in a new unit on the other side of the complex for more space.

Well. At first kinda rocky but over time has gotten better and my apartment is ok.. The service is great thanks to Amber and V. My issues are always handled in a timely manner!! Thanks again
