Their bicycle tire patch kits are behind locked security glass doors. They're $2. This makes zero sense. I've asked two people already to unlock the door so I can buy this patch kit. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess their strategy for keeping people from stealing these is to prevent them from being able to buy them at all.

Over multiple visits. It just gets worse everytime. Today, I called 3 times over a 30 minute period. Nobody ever answers the phones. Anything done in the customer service section takes 30 minutes or more every single time no matter what time of day you show up. And the one that really irritated me was there was a sale, I had got one item and it rang up full price, lady literally tried to refuse to change it to the sale price. I had a picture and everything. Then proceeded to tell me “well good thing you only got one because my manager said I can only change the price of the max one per transaction”. Maybe y’all’s system should work or actually be nice and change it to the sale price.

Yes 2 years ago, i had a lot of Issues with the staff. Since then it has gotten A lil bit better. The other day I went too the store and i couldn’t get anyone too me . I was struggling on getting my gigantic above ground pool in my cart. I found a very nice lady and she helped. Then i found the mangers and very nice guy. They went over and beyond too help me. I extremely grateful for how sweet and kind they were too help me. The gentleman that was helping me pull my pool too the front. He was also so funny and sweet.

This Wal Mart was clean and well organized. The last who helped me was super friendly. There was not a line and checkout was quick and painless. I would visit this super center again. The " Twinner" outfits are for me and my mom. She recently had her leg amputated and I was at Wash Mat getting hygiene for my hospital stay with her at Clear Lake HCA when I decided to do the outfit thing to brighten her day.

It's always what you want what you need they pretty much have it. Add a very good price. And a lot of it in stock. So always make Walmart your first choice save yourself some gas.

A lot of items are close to expiration so I couldn’t get a lot of the items on my grocery list. Check out was horrible. The cashiers seem very confused walking back and forth. Not sure if they are new or not properly trained or both. There were only 3 people ahead of me in line but I decided to go to self checkout and managed to get through with what I had quicker than the cashier. I won’t be coming back to this Walmart. There were spills in multiple isles as well and customers were trying to block off the spill from spreading and said the employee would be back he was going to notify someone so I waited by the women and nobody ever came back.

For just a few dollars more for my grocery trip, I can just go across the street to HEB where it's clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and checking out doesn't take forever, since they have more than one cashier. This Walmart is just unpleasant and I dread ever going inside there. The curbside pickup or delivery is their only saving grace

25 minutes for one item in curbside pickup. Unbelievable. Why does corporation allow hiring I incompetent workers???

This is a good place to find all you need in one visit. Reasonably priced merchandise and good quality.

Bought 4 items at self checkout paid for all items and bagged. Was stopped and asked for a receipt, then had to wait so they can check if I was “stealing” because the woman who worked there assumed since I was waiting for my partner in front the bathroom. Geez I know most of the things there are locked up and they have to do there job but if more cashiers were open they probably wouldn’t have this issue. Need to work more on their professionalism and not accuse random people for stealing.
