This clinic is truly for people who are not concerned with the quality of care they will get. Almost as if they have no choice, but to go here. I can't say much for the MA's or docs because I've never made it that far. However, the front desk personnel are the worst!! There hasn't been anyone at the check in desk all three times I've went. They tell you to wait for someone yet do not notify anyone to actually go check people in who are waiting well over 10 minutes. Finally decide to go to the front desk personnel as they are not busy and talking amongst each other if they can check me in, because I am just standing there with no help offered. Finally am told that they can check in as well. Would have been great to know that since all of them watching me stand there waiting for assistance could have actually offered it. Anyone who works a front desk should know that if there are people waiting and you can offer help, to offer it. Not here. Finally, my insurance information was not pulling up on their computer so all it would take is to make a phone call as ALL clinics do to verify. This lady told me it would take too long so we will just have to reschedule. I am 10 weeks pregnant, and have been waiting for this appointment for a while and I am desperate to check on the well being of my baby. This lady did not care!!! She was too lazy to do her job. I decided to leave clinic and never return again. I advise to not go unless you really have to. They are very unorganized, uninformed, and do not care about their patients. I would give zero stars if I could.

The gynecologist are not good in explaining your treatment and the medical assistant take for ever to return your call back for result . They at first end up throwing away my urine culture the fist time and then with no result back then they said that the lab throw then away with no result I had to go two time back to them so that they were able to sent my culture to the lab . I will never recommend this place

First and second time I came here was the best.. I recently went back for a tb screeening. Have yet to receive any results.I've called numerous times only to be told "someone" would call me back.I guess that someone never made in. Then I was told I had been called numerous times.yet no such calls appear on my call log and no voice messages whatsoever. This is not the place to go if results are time sensitive.

This has to be by far the worst clinic ive been to. There is one young lady who works at the front desk has the worst attitude. When they made my ultra sound appointment they gave me a day and never gave me a time. I called for about a week and kept getting my nurses answering machine and never got a call back. I do NOT recommend.

I came in here a month ago and asked the lady if I could get a pregnancy test done for free here ( I am a patient) and she told me yes it is absolutely free. Yesterday I received a bill in the mail. What Kind of Joke is that? I can easily could have gone to another actual clinic that gives me that service for free. Not coming here anymore. That is for sure.

I have always have a great experience here they are the best!!! Dr. 👨‍⚕️ is amazing just sometimes when checking in the front the staff can be rude

Lack of communication! If you get tests they won't call you to let you know if something is wrong! Also I waited for almost 2 months for my ob to send my referral which was very important due to health issues during pregnancy so I switched to new ob

The most incompetent company I’ve ever been to. My first encounter with the provider, she rushed me out my visit. I kept complaining to her I needed a therapist and she just overlooked it. She finally called back after hours and apologized about overlooking my question. Every time I call for my prescription no one ever answers and the mail box is always full. Don’t even waste your time going here.

I have been going here and their other locations for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. I take me 3 children for health and dental. They are far more faster than any other clinics I tried before I found this one. Very nice and friendly staff from my experience.

Very rude OBGYN’s especially Natasha and terrible service DONT recommend coming here
