I loved this location, this experience, and consistently have a tasty and enjoyable time at Shake Shack. If you have never eaten here, I would highly recommend it. They use a potato bun on their burgers which makes the flavor enhanced and just dramatically yummy. They also have fantastically well-made shakes that will send your taste buds on an adventure that you have never been on. This place rivals other burger joints and scales of taste, no doubt. Would highly recommend to anyone who has never tried it, and I would bet that most people who have tried it will return – as I plan to do.

First, I must say something about the pretty landscaping. They did a lovely job around the perimeter of the building. Now to the part people care about, the food. Juicy burgers that tastes like the burgers your Uncle grills up for you (the one who seems to be able to do everything just right) when he visits. Juicy, flavourful and perfectly cooked. We ordered our fries well done and they were. A simple meal. Good experience.

The staff, service, shakes, burgers, and fries are solid. Specifically, the shroom burger is amazing. My family and I enjoyed our dinner. I will definitely be returning here!

I love coming here for lunch whenever I am in the area. It is much better quality than other burger places and the same price as a fast food restaurant. Never disappoints, the staff is friendly, bathrooms are always in pristine condition, and there is plenty of room for dining in or parking for anyone picking up a to-go order.

I actually paid $2 extra to add avocado to my burger and they gave me only two incredibly thin slices. Absolute rip off. To shake shack’s response to this: Y’all can do all of that and still can’t give more than two thin slices of avocado?

Smash-burger thin patty style, very fresh and flavorful!! Buns are super soft! Tablet kiosks for quick ordering (in-person register as well) Awesome service, food came out quick. Chicken nuggets were similar to Chick Fil A’s albeit less seasoning but def more crunchy Spacious seating inside.

It is with unusual disdain I must express my disappointment in expectations. Hardly should I express anything Less then perfect so let Me describe. The portions of the food for what you pay for are less then complentary. You shall buy fries and drinks separately. Shakes are at levels of fast food quality. Two people with a the entire package listed expect to pay 50$+ . Thank you for the experience however I must kindly decline another visit best regards. Also when dinning in no plates a small flimsy paper holder

I absolutely love Shake shack not only does it have delicious ice cream/custard amazing burgers it also has the most tasty cheese fries you’ll ever have. The customer service here is exceptional and they make you feel at home, shout out to D. Adam’s for making sure my visit to shake shack today was exceptional. Above and beyond.

We came here for first time after texans game Sunday and service and food was great it was our first time trying shake shack I don't know why I've slept on them and never tried them will definitely be coming back. They always have military 10% discount which is nice.

Absolutely amazing and most polite waiters and waitresses that I've delt with in a while. First time here and the burgers are amazing. If you're looking for something new and delicious, this is the place.

After we volunteered at the Houston Food Bank this morning I wanted to treat my son to a thank you meal. This was his first choice and as always it was delicious, quick and great staff. Keep up the good work!

We hadn't had Shake Shack for a while and wanted to check out this location. Got two shack burgers, regular fries, spicy ranch fries, chicken bites, and vanilla shake. Food was all good especially burgers and fries. Burgers were a bit smaller than some other gourmet burgers, though. Chicken was good but a little oily (maybe they could have shaken a little more oil off). Shake tasted great but was a little runny for my taste. Interior was nice and there was neat Halloween deco. Service was very good.

I’m not really thrilled with this experience. I ordered my burger without cheese and the shake sauce on the side. The avocado, bacon burger came out with cheese & sauce on it. No big deal…I ask them to fix it. Over 20 minutes after my original order came through they bring out a cold burger with undercooked bacon as a replacement. This was almost a total waste of a cheat meal. The one saving grace was the fantastic dairy-free chocolate shake. It tasted so good, I was worried they screwed that up too 😅. Perhaps they were super busy with online orders & I’m just unaware….but it was 5pm on a Tuesday night, and it was almost empty inside when I got there. Bottom line…order things as they come on the menu or maybe just don’t come here.

Very greasy and the burger had a sour taste. Also the burger was missing onions despite requesting it. Chicken bites were dripping in oil.

Very small burgers, very expensive for what you get. Both the burger and spicy chicken sandwich were on a bland side. The burger could of use some seasoning. The spicy chicken sandwich had zero spice. Service however was good.

I ordered online a burger to go, hoping to pick up at the window outside. That window is disabled and you still have to walk in and ask the cashier for your order. They have a wall where you should be able to pick up online orders but it’s walled off with bags. I don’t know why they offered the option online if they don’t actually provide that service. The cheeseburger was quite small for the price.

Very friendly people, and very fresh food! I came after the lunch rush and they were slow. The fries were super crispy and the burger was hot.

Shake shack.. FINALLY, I’ve heard of this legendary restaurant that has existed for quite some time now, and my food journey has finally brought me to its steps. Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!! Not only is their food aesthetically pleasing, but it tastes just as great! Not many burger restaurants are as clean, and chic as this location is, Props to the owners & design team!

First time visiting, but, well worth it. The patty was very juicy and flavorful. Definitely would come back for more. Ordering was simple on their tablet and they got my order out within 12 minutes

The service was friendly and food came out in a timely manner; however, the burgers were okay. The flavors and ingredients were nothing special. There are way better burger places on Houston.
