The glasses are fine, but this store does not honor returns even if the glasses are in perfect condition. Don’t believe them. They’re like used car salesmen.

Went to this location to look around and i needed nee Oakleys. My wife gave me the okay since my birthday is coming up and the staff helped me find great frames and informed me of the new lenses. After i was set on the Flak Jackets i went to see some backpacks and each member near me had information and opinions of the packs. Great products, great staff and great shopping experience.

I went into the Baybrook store in Houston Texas to get some new lenses for my glasses. The manager was awesome and the staff were great. They let me know that I had a warranty on a broken pair of my old glasses and help me get the information so I can submit a claim, I go back to the store every time.

The manager was awesome. He worked with me to get the prescription sunglasses the way I wanted them.

All good as always, But they don't have really fitted cuts. The majority are classic fit, not good for skinny people

The staff at the Oakley store at Baybrook mall is awesome! The guys there tonight were very friendly and helpful. I tried on several pairs of glasses and had a lot of questions. The young man helping me was very knowledgeable. I was offered the online military discount in store, which made me want to make a purchase even more. I ended up with two pairs of glasses, plus a new backpack. I will definitely be back.

Buyer Beware Oakley Disappointing, Do not buy in to the warranty replacement BS, bought two pair of Oakley 1 in 2015 & 2nd 2016, went to order replacement lenses and they said no longer stock or carry, transferred me to another warranty dept. They told me the same after a 3hr callback that they were out of stock and to call back sometime. In August September. wow $350 down the drain, all they offer is 25% off trade in per pair of sunglasses. Hell that's the same % off offered by sunglass hut and other sunglass shops. OAKLEY MIGHT WANT TO START BEING A LOT MORE LOYAL TO YOUR DEDICATED CUSTOMERS BEFORE YOU LOSE THEM FOR GOOD.

I went in because my old glasses lenses were messed up. I was able to get 25% off by trading them in. They didn't have exactly what I wanted in store, but helped me customize a pair online. They will be shipped to my house. The whole process was super quick and easy.
