This hotel is perfect in almost every way! 1. The room is ample, with a really nice TV, and good cable. 2. The bed is absolutely the most comfortable I’ve ever had in any hotel and everything was spotlessly clean. 3. The maids are wonderful, friendly, and do an amazing job each day! 4. The room service is fast and they always get the order right! 5. The front desk staff is friendly and professional 6. The lobby is gorgeous! 7. The affiliation with MD Anderson is very organized there’s a person seated at a table when entering the hallway to the hospital, who gives you any information you need and there’s a nice tram that takes you from the hotel to the hospital all via beautiful inside hallways. 8. The restaurant is very nice but rather expensive and the breakfast buffet isn’t very tasty, but has plenty of food. That’s actually the only thing a little lacking, other than the fact that Starbucks doesn’t take gift cards. 9. The valet staff is wonderful - friendly and really fast. Your car is always ready within a minute! I would never stay anywhere else when visiting MD Anderson.

This place is practically perfect. The convenience of passage to and from the hospital by foot or golf cart via sky bridges, gives such peace of mind. We sure appreciate that! The staff is beyond exceptional in both hotel and restaurant which include all of the convenience shops/markets. I wouldn’t stay anyplace else while visiting MD Anderson. The respect shown to all of us patients and families is superior. Can’t thank them enough for always going above and beyond to cater our needs with smiles under those masks! Bryan and Amy H.

My husband and I have stayed at the Rotary House International for 20 years, and I feel so cared for and at home when we stay there. We are both cancer patients, and the comfort that they provide is so welcomed. Everyone is kind, considerate and friendly. The rooms are very clean and inviting. Fernando, who is the reservations manager goes out of his way to accommodate the patients, however, there are too many patients for too few rooms. Construction on a new building should alienate that problem. Kyle Aliza, the General Manager, makes sure that the hotel runs smoothly and models kindness as well as efficiency. We are indeed fortunate to receive the care that we do from M. D. Anderson Cancer Center and also fortunate to stay at the Rotary House Hotel. When we learn of a friend who has been diagnosed with cancer, we tell them, “Go to M. D. Anderson and stay at the Rotary House.” They always tell us how grateful they are to have been given this recommendation. With gratitude, Dian & Fraser Snowden

Room was well maintained and felt fresh. Staff is very friendly. Room service is convenient and delicious and we appreciated not having to leave the room for our meals since we were so exhausted from all the appointments. Location is amazing because it provides access to all of the MD Anderson clinics via skywalks. We didn't have to battle the Houston heat.

Very clean. Very friendly. The most convenient place to stay if you have appointments or treatments at MD Anderson cancer center. Free shuttle service within 2-3 mile radius. The beautiful garden area has a relaxing setting to enjoy the outdoors. I'd give it a 5 star but I wish the price could be a little more affordable. It's not easy keeping up with medical, transportation and hotel cost [review for a couple staying here]

Front desk staff is very professional and helpful - always friendly and eager to help with whatever you need. The lobby is so comfortable, and we appreciate the coffee and tea station. The outdoor spaces are so inviting, with the fountain, fire pit, and the comfy seating areas as well as the beautiful gardens. Housekeeping staff does a great job. We are so happy to be able to have blood drawn for lab work there at the hotel - so convenient. Parking is convenient and reasonable. If you have to be an MDA patient, the best place to stay is Rotary House.

If you are going to MD Anderson, staying at the on site hotel is essential. I was there for a Thursday night/Friday morning round of doctor’s appointments and imaging. I cannot imagine having to park, walk to and from my Thursday night MRI appointment (finished at 10 PM). The on site restaurants are overpriced however the kitchenette was convenient to bring my own food. Rooms were spotless, checking in and out was easy.

If you are a patient at MD Anderson in Houston or a family member of a patient this is the place to stay. It is run by Marriott but is part of MD Anderson. There are inside walkways and trams to the various buildings. The hotel is extremely clean and less expensive than others in downtown Houston. The employees are so nice and helpful. We would not stay anywhere else!

*This hotel is strictly for patients, their families, and the employees and their families.* They’re very sympathetic and accommodating, always stay here when I have to come here. Their pricing is competitive with the local hotels. Their buffet (not included) is always really good and a highlight of my stay.

My dad and I stayed here while he was visiting MDA for a second opinion. We were very pleased with the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The queen suite was well thought out and comfortable. The restaurant was very good and there are other options available. We took advantage of the shuttle service which was really nice since we did not rent a car. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. They work very hard for the clients. Makes trips to MDA a little softer with their exceptional care and effort. Very nice being connected to medical plaza via the sky bridge!!! Highly recommended for patients and caregivers!

If you have to visit the MD Anderson Medical Center, it is the most desirable location. Access to all locations without logistic problems. Made many trips to the Cancer Center and well worth the cost.

This was my first stay at the Rotary House. My room was clean, as well as the hotel. The hotel staff was VERY accommodating. I only ate once at the hotel the rosemary grilled cheese and tomato basil soup were both delicious and reasonably priced. The convenience of the skybridge was greatly appreciated as I was running late for an appt one morning and need the benefit of the shuttle. The gym was a bit warm, but I didn't think to look for a thermostat, so I won't count that as con.

The hospitality and service has exceeded my expectations for me and my mother. The only thing we would've enjoyed more is free complimentary breakfast. We traveled from out of state and financially can take alittle bit of a toll when we are providing all meals to ourselves.

If you have to be at MD Anderson, Jesse H. Jones Rotary House is the best place to stay! They are so polite and accommodating. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. There are several different eating places in the hotel/hospital.

Not sure what was going on with our waitress. But service was not the greatest today. We had to ask for items that was listed as part of the meal. We had to wait when we asked for extra napkins. It took forever to get dessert, we pointed out that the other person having lunch didnt have utensils to eat her dessert. Waitress got a little snarky when we asked for extra utensils. The service is usually MUCH better.

The best and most convenient place to stay as a patient at MD Anderson, as well as the safest/cleanest. It is more pricey though than some other alternatives. Personally, it is worth it because I know I am much less likely to get sick here and the rooms are comfortable and actually designed for people with disabilities/medical issues.

Very convenient to MD Anderson. Friendly service. Price is fair for the area and room options. Room without kitchenette is good option if you plan to eat out or bring in refrigerated foods. A refrigerator and coffee/tea maker is available. Rooms are always clean and no disturbances.

Perfect, exceptionally clean, comfortable quiet, convenient if you are an MD Anderson patient. Worth every penny to not have to leave the property at all for anything. Many restaurants to choose from, room service. Spa , indoor pool open 24 hrs I believe. I self garage parked due to my stuff being all scattered from the trip. But they do have valet. Everyone was wonderful. Thank you. Only complaint is I thought self parking was free ,but it was not. I was charged 10.00 for the parking garage. But that was fine it made it pretty easy I suppose. But was a long walk to elevator to get to my room.

The best spot to stay if you have appointments at MD Anderson. Convenient and a fair price. It’s so nice to be able to take a rest between appointments!

They are friendly and helpful and make your stay pretty easy, knowing you're dealing with a lot of anxiety with tests and doctors. I here they are adding a ton more rooms....make your rezzie at least a month in advance or more. The fried shrimp basket at the Aspicius in the hotel is great.

I love this place.. the people, the service, the care, and the hot tub!!! When your here it’s like everyone understands what your going through… instantly I felt like I had support I’ve never had before and I could breath, relax, and get through this. We are here for a second opinion… but from the stories shared from those around me… this is a place of miracles Having a hotel connected to MD Anderson has been the biggest blessing! No worries on driving to appointments… and it is so easy to find where you need to go with maps, people, and staff all willing to help! My only regret is that we didn’t come sooner!!!

We always stay at the Rotary House every time my mother has appointments at MDAnderson. It is so convenient to walk over the SkyBridge to the hospital. Plus, the staff is always so caring and helpful.

A good experience at the hotel. Location to the MD Anderson complex is a definite plus. The restaurant was hit and miss. Ordered the French onion soup and it was even warm enough to melt the cheese topping. Other meals and staff were good.

I've stayed here multiple times over the last 6 years since becoming a patient at MD Anderson. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is very clean. On this last visit my daughter left behind her favorite stuffed toy. It was found quickly (after making it to the offsite laundry vendor and back again!) and sent back to us by FedEx at no charge.

Part of the world renowned cancer treatment center, MD Anderson, the Rotary House provides excellent care and amenities for its customers. Everything you could possibly want to make your stay more comfortable. Staff were outstanding! It's more of a home away from home than it is a hotel.

Besides my reason for being here (you must be a patient or accompanying one at MD Anderson), its a very nice facility with nice lil suite setup rooms. The meditation gardens are very nicely kept and relaxing. The staff from the valet parking, to concierge, bell and room service, and restaurant/bar (Alyssa makes a mean drink and is so sweet) were amazing. All were friendly and sympathetic to each patrons needs. They treat everyone like they would their own families if under similar circumstances as I'm sure they come to know repeat patients like a family of sorts. As someone who lost my husband to cancer, it does my heart good to know that others (including my friend) have such an amazing facility and med center to receive groundbreaking treatment in.

Overall, this hotel is top notch and if I'm back visiting MD Anderson for a short stay, I will be back at Rotary House. The hotel is only open to MDA patients and their families, and the staff are all aware of why people are there and all seemed to go the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of, whatever they need. I especially enjoyed the employees at the small shop on the second floor. She knew who my wife was by the time I got out of the hospital and when I walked in the first time she asked if I was her husband and greeted me so kindly. She had such a vibrant sense of life about her, I hope she's still there the next time I stop in!

This is one of the most friendliest hotel We had ever stayed in. Very clean has everything you need. The only complaint I have is it a little bit of a smell to the water that's the first time I've ever had that issue here. That we will come back for sure. Thank you to the Roadhouse for taking care of my husband and I in his time of need.

Such a great experience! My husband is doing chemo and the hotel is connected directly to the hospital! Everything is under the same roof so it makes things very easy for people to run downstairs, get what they need for dinner etc and go right back to your room. They have multiple diffrent store options for snacks and things you might have left at home. The food is very good, we ate breakfast here and I love how sanitary everything was and ifyou're looking into this hotel you probably need a nice clean place to stay! The room is nice and spacious with a small kitchenette, table, and a sitting room separate from the bedroom. We will be returning next time we need to stay in town overnight, so quiet and clean and peaceful.

Rooms are great. My mom loves the shower. However room service closes early. They are understaffed and always rushed you at the restaurant. My parents got food but their drinks missing. Pretty expensive for a hotel that doesn't offer to help sick patients with a food desire after 10???

This was our first time starting at the Rotary House. We had three appointments the next day at MD Anderson so it was a great location. We self parked for about $10 a day, and we could exit until 6pm the day we checked out. This place definitely wins on convenience and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a King Suite. The bathroom layout is odd, with the bathroom stretching across both the bedroom and living room. It's too long and tight. Your knees bang the door when you sit on the toilet! Too many doors in a small space. We also found the room generally noisy, especially the living areas, hearing other room doors closing on the hallway.

The most convenient hotel to stay in is if you have an appointment/treatment at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston Campus. They offer valet parking, garage parking is also available, and Taxi services on demand. Also, this hotel has a restaurant in the building.

Everyone was wonderful to me. You have to be a patient at MD Anderson or family member to stay here. The food is very good and the staff is amazing. I would assume that everyone staying here is under stress & this hotel definitely provides a welcome respite. Thank you Emmie for always providing a kind word & remembering what wine I like.

We are staying here for the next 30 nights...we needed an item for me after surgery. Your employee Manny overheard us talking at the front desk and HE was the one to find it. What a valuable employee. He went above and beyond in helping us. Thank you MANNY for your help!

If you or a loved one is getting treatment at MD Anderson and budget allows, this hotel is the way to go. Immediate access to the hospital, excellent dining facilities, and adjacent parking. Make sure and get reservations as early as possible, because they are often sold out.
