On
Sunday,
April
16
approximately
3:00
PM,
I
entered
the
Peet's
Coffee,
Terminal
B
at
IAH.
There
was
a
tall
young
man
and
a
short
heavy
set
girl
there.
I
watched
the
man
waiting
on
a
customer
in
front
of
me
and
then
he
walked
to
the
back
room.
During
this
time
me,
a
lady
behind
me,
and
4
United
workers
were
all
standing
in
line
waiting
to
be
waited
on.
Approximately
5
minutes
later
the
guy
came
out
and
finally
waited
on
us.
I
even
told
him
that
there
were
others
that
walked
away
because
it
was
taking
so
long.
He
stated,
"I
had
to
wash
the
spoon
it
was
dirty".
He
had
no
care
in
the
world
about
loosing
customers
or
anything.
The
girl
made
the
comment
she
was
off
work
so
she
wasn't
worried
about
it.
Needless
to
say
I
ordered
a
coffee
and
the
lady
behind
me
ordered
the
same
thing.
The
girl
told
the
guy
they
were
out
of
the
vanilla
and
he
told
me
that
he
only
had
sugar
free
vanilla.
I
changed
my
order
as
did
the
lady
behind
me.
The
problem
with
this
experience
was
the
way
both
individuals
were
in
regards
to
customer
service.
Neither
one
cared
about
loosing
customers.
I
am
in
that
terminal
quiet
often
as
I
fly
back
and
forth
between
work
and
personal
but
will
make
it
a
point
to
never
enter
the
coffee
place
again
if
those
two
individuals
are
working.
Horrible
experience
and
customer
service
at
its
worse!
