Staff not particularly happy to help. No cold brew at all. Iced latte was not mixed at all so the first drink was diabetes and the rest was just plain coffee. Furniture is broken.

Server didn’t want to be here and was more interested in texting on her phone. Coffee and croissant. Coffee (americano) weak. Croissant rock hard and stale. Suggest pay the extra at other brands. Pathetic.

Absolutely disgusting! I got two different coffees, and they both were so diluted. They tasted like sweet water, barely any coffee flavor. The service is also poor. They used the cheapest ingredients, but charge top price for it.

On Sunday, April 16 approximately 3:00 PM, I entered the Peet's Coffee, Terminal B at IAH. There was a tall young man and a short heavy set girl there. I watched the man waiting on a customer in front of me and then he walked to the back room. During this time me, a lady behind me, and 4 United workers were all standing in line waiting to be waited on. Approximately 5 minutes later the guy came out and finally waited on us. I even told him that there were others that walked away because it was taking so long. He stated, "I had to wash the spoon it was dirty". He had no care in the world about loosing customers or anything. The girl made the comment she was off work so she wasn't worried about it. Needless to say I ordered a coffee and the lady behind me ordered the same thing. The girl told the guy they were out of the vanilla and he told me that he only had sugar free vanilla. I changed my order as did the lady behind me. The problem with this experience was the way both individuals were in regards to customer service. Neither one cared about loosing customers. I am in that terminal quiet often as I fly back and forth between work and personal but will make it a point to never enter the coffee place again if those two individuals are working. Horrible experience and customer service at its worse!

At 10:35a on 8/7 Terminal B. I got a salad and coffee. Was told they had no forks at the Peet’s counter and was barely acknowledged when I asked for one. I went to the shop next door and they said Peet’s has forks but not by the counter. These employees couldn’t take 2 seconds out of their day to tell me where the forks were or even say sorry, we’re out. They were not busy at all and were chatting with each other and another airport friend and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking. To top it off, the coffee was just slopped together and leaking out of the lid so had to walk through the airport with my shirt drenched. Finally got a fork and this Cesar salad taste like it had blue cheese it was so rank.

Very unpleasant employee that took my order. Didn’t have ice to make ANY of the cold brew drinks. The drink I ended up getting was gross and the bagel I ordered wasn’t sliced and there was no cream cheese. First and last time for me at any Peet’s!

The sign says the business hours are from 5:30-10 but no one is here at 6 am also no one is answering the phone….bad for business

The cashier spent 20mins talking to a customer and taking his order while the line behind him piled up. No urgency whatsoever. People are here to get flights! Unbelievable.

Very poor service. I bought a matcha tea and it really just tasted like milk. Girls right there were not taking care of the service, they just tried to cut the line off. Plus prices don’t match with their prices displayed on signs.

$4 for a small cup of coffee with no taste and worst of all the coffee was cold. Unbelievable. I pay $1 for a large cup of hot coffee at McDonald's and it taste so much better than that overpriced coffee. Everything is expensive at that place. I understand it's the airport, but please.. They need to lower their prices for real. I gave two stars for the service and cleanliness otherwise, I would give zero stars if there was a zero.

This place in Houston airport has a lady with a horrible attitude and her attention is very bad, no only their frappuccino coffe is very expensive than Starbucks but also is taste is so bad!🤮

We have had Peets in the airport tons of times, it is our go to place at SeaTac, but this one was horrible, the coffee didn't taste right and was more like some horrible starbucks coffee.

The coffee was ok but I was a little upset when I was charged 9.80 for a small breakfast sandwich. I bought two sandwiches and two coffees for over 30 dollars. To pricey for me.

Apple muffin was really good. I had a light roast that was also very good, but it wasn't hot enough. Everything bagel TBD.

Coffee was good, but the Cashier this morning said absolutely nothing. Just looked at me till I ordered, sat my coffee on the counter without saying anything and walked away. Didn’t respond to good morning, thank you’s or anything. Guess it’s just a sign of the times…

Coffee was good and hot. I was the only person in line and the woman who was also the manager was directly facing me talking on her phone. I had to interrupt her and she said “oh you want to order?” Given with the expression of a prison guard . Where has Customer Service gone? Unbelievable she couldn’t even manage a smile.

I had a large Mocha and cheese danish and my wife had a large, plain old coffee with lots of cream. Delicious hot coffee!

Better have a 4 hour layover and guy at the counter won’t acknowledge you at all.

Matcha latte was almost steamed milk. Ask for extra powder if you want something different from just milk.

These ladies were quick to get my other out despite being busy with the morning rush.

Coffee was great. Their Cinnamon buns and Danish were stale. Our visit was at 1130 in the morning.

Very friendly service, coffee is pretty good and prices are reasonable. It is possible to get free water here

Matcha latte was made well. Glad I didn’t have to say to not make it sweet for it to not be too sweet like it usually is at Starbucks. Cashier lady has a good sense of humor.

The employee that took my order was uncertain if the sandwich can be warmed up.. It was like yes sure then yes, then No!! The employee preparing the coffee was so slow... They did not even care about the long queue of people waiting for their coffee before boarding. Maybe it is the manager fault to make sure to increase the nbr of staff in duty when it is a peak flights time!! It was also pricy 22$ for a spinach sandwich and a black coffee!! I wish I was able to find Starbucks!

Somehow someone is currently treating themselves to coffee with my debit card at this place and I’m trying to call but no one is answering. I’m so frustrated.

Not safe to eat or drink from here!!!! I went to flavor my coffee and tasted it... i told the girl that it tasted real funny... i went back and saw the curdled creamer... I smelled the container and it stunk!!!! and had chunks all on the mouth of the pour spout!!!! the girl there tried to give me some wierd explination about why that was normal... "we mix heavy cream with 2% so it makes chunks..." Like listen young lady. I was born at night but i wasn't born last night. I had also ordered a breakfast sandwich... and the breakfast sandwich they gave me fell apart so I couldn't even hold it... gross. I returned it all... left with a weird film in my mouth that lasted all trip from the spoiled creamer they served. Avoid this dump.

It was okay; latte didn't taste much like coffee or caramel; wasn't as flavorful as our usual Scooters. Service was quick - surprising at 8:00am.

Excellent service, good options coffees or teas.
