ATTENTION TRUCKERS: Best hotel if you're a trucker and find yourself in Houston. A lot of truck parking spaces. They let you keep the refer running and you can see the trucks from the non smoking rooms. Very clean. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers. Had to run the dryer twice, but still great to have. The staff are very nice.

I travel daily All Over Texas, Oklahoma and the surrounding states as a commercial Hotshot trucking owner Operator and have "Go To" hotels in most areas or friends I stay with. Houston for ad much as I am here has always eluded me, especially since my favorite motel in Spring burnt down a few months ago. Also I needed a place that was centrally located with access to Pasadena, Deer Park and Downtown. I finally found a place that has everything I look for that is new, clean, walking distance to a Whataburger and convenience store PLUS cameras security and lots of parking for trucks and trailers. Reasonably priced around $64 plus tax. Rooms are nice with all the amenities. Girl at front desk was helpful and sweet. Free continental breakfast and coffee maker in rooms. You know when you stay in urban cities, well every where in modern life, you need to feel safe and secure, for your person and property. This place fits the bill. Comfortable and clean. Not overly fancy but nice. A nice change from the places we often settle for.More Update: no AC in the rooms when you get there so this is Houston heat we're talkin about, you have to wait 4 hours for the room to cool off, that's just cheap and inconsiderate of your guests. Skimpy with the towels and toiletries. How come here more out of habit but I always swear I've never to come back here again. UPDATE 9-29-22 Play Still skimpy on toiletries, only had decaffeinated coffee in room, still hotter than hell in Houston, and they have this Foreigner, Indian or Pakistan customer service ethics and leave the air conditioner off so when you get in the room it takes you half the night for it to cool down. Yes I swear every time I'm never going to come here again and I haven't but sometimes it's the closest place to where I need to be in the morning and Houston isn't the best place to sleep in your truck so I rather pay a little bit and have a good place to park. One of my biggest gripes is they advertise CDL discount but when you go the window and Arnez Waits on you she tells you that 7495 is the discount but you can find it on the internet for $56. They are charging more than anywhere or any of the travel booking sites. I also get this feeling that Arnez doesn't trust you even though she's waiting on me a hundred times. Very slow and very mistrusting. Have a God bless your soul she's working all night long in Houston Texas putting up with it who knows what. I just wish you could tell her regular customers from the Riff Raff and treat us a little better.

STAY AWAY! We were robbed chains and straps just like 2 other ones on the same night. With so many cameras in the parking lot, and nobody from the hotel saw anything. By the way the acted, it seems like they know who it is or work for them. The police never came out either. My first and last stay here. By other reviews, it’s normal here.

Really nice hotel! I'm a diamond member with Wyndham hotels so I stay in a lot of hotels. Staff was wonderful! The reason for the low grade was the manager/owner. I paid for my two and a half weeks in full. I had to stay two extra days after and the front desk agreed and let me keep the weekly rate. (Every hotel I stay that long in normally does the same thing) the next evening I get a phone call from the front desk that I owe money even after signing and paying for my entire stay. Turns out management didn't like the rate I paid for and added to the already paid bill. I tried for 3 days to talk to the manager about this issue and he has refused to speak to me. I went back for one more night a week later and im being told I'm on the DNR list and I'm not being given a reason why. Management still refuses to talk to me by phone or person so I'm now leaving this review. The hotel right behind the super 8 is just as nice for the same price. Go there.

Nice place for the money! Stayed in ADA room due to my brother. No way would I let him bathe there. I had to hold on for dear life not to fall in that shower. Definitely not ADA worthy.

I liked the spacious room. The location was ok, but the price was right, so one does get what one pays for. The service was fine. There was a small live roach in the bathroom at one point. But for the most part, the place seemed pretty clean.

Place looks nice when you walk in but as soon as you settle in and get comfy ROACHES come out from EVERYWHERE! And not just one or two at a time it’s like 4 or 6 at a time… crawling over your head on the walls and tables and phone ! They are everywhere!

Very pleasant representatives that greet and assist in your home away from home needs. Video surveillance cameras are present and positioned perfectly on the grounds and behind your trailer. Clean rooms, great water pressure with plenty of hot water & the ability to park your rig. Couldn't ask for anything better considering the truck driver's lifestyle.

This hotel does not allow dogs! I think in this day and age, all hotels should have a few rooms dedicated for people that have their pets with them, especially if they are service dogs!

Probably one of the best super 8 I have stayed at as a diamond member…. Lots of parking even for trucks… the staff is super nice…. Rooms are nice and big with big tvs and dish network for the tv provider with an on screen guide… a Whataburger is in the parking lot and a gas station across the street…. Located in a good area I had no issues walking to Whataburger at 1am… I’ll definitely make it a point to stay here next I’m in town

Except for not allowing pets, this place is awesome for truck drivers. These people have a wonderful parking area for trucks, and has security cameras on each and every one of them from the backside. I know that the cameras are monitored because when I walked in they told me they saw me drive up so they knew to give me the CDL special LOL. It is perfectly located on Interstate 610 on the northeast side of Houston. Close to the Houston ship channel, a lot of repair shops and four other major interstates. Perfectly located. The staff is wonderful. They took care of me. Currently they have a CDL special, just make sure you mention it. The hotel is right next door to a Whataburger, the best hamburgers in the country, that too has truck parking. The rooms are clean and they actually give you a preference here, they do actually have smoking rooms here if you want one. They have dish TV which has a ton of channels so you're not really limited it there. Just a great place to spend your 34 or just a freshen up

They advertise breakfast and pool. They lied about that. No pool. "Breakfast" is granola bars, bananas, and muffins, not exactly what is the definition of breakfast for a motel in America, more like a snack bar. Lack integrity.

I wish I had read the reviews before I stayed here. DO NOT STAY HERE… PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT STAY HERE. I WAS ROBBED OF MY CHAINS AND BINDERS. The lady at the front desk watched it happened on camera and did nothing. I asked for the footage and she said they do not accept liability for theft. I tried getting ahold of the manager and he keeps dodging my calls. The cops won’t help you either. STAY AWAY AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY. It’s not worth getting robbed…

Location was okay. I was 14 minutes from the HOB. Room was clean. Bed was firm but it was fine. It was a decent stay for the price. Just thought it was odd on how the front desk worked. It’s behind plexiglass. Not bad for a motel!

We booked with breakfast. However there wasn’t a breakfast. Tried to solve this situation with manager and called him. But he even hasn’t called us back and didn’t say sorry. Check-in and out also are difficult procedures like you come to somewhere with a great security service, and need to talk through the window and a little hole in it. Before this procedure, you have to find a receptionist. We are very unsatisfied with this stay.

Stay here 4 times a year for hospital visit. It's clean, mostly comfortable, and good priced.

I was told check out was at 11am. I was Forced to check out fifty minutes early due to housekeeping needing to clean for the next occupants. This was totally unprofessional on managements part.

Won't mess up and stay here again. 30 minutes to get checked in, reservations do no good. The lady couldn't find it and took forever to get me into a room. Checked in at 3am, have to be up at 7am so totally wasted my time and lost sleep over this tiring process.

Very clean, comfortable 👌, really wish they had the pool open and breakfast. But I guess I'll just have to start expecting the fact most hotels won't be doing that anymore, since covid :( 😞 so sad!

No pool. Filled with dirt. No continental breakfast. One of the main reasons I stayed as a trucker a sit down meal is always pleasant. Not today. TV stopped working. No one to help had to wait for Manager to show up so I could check out early and get a refund. False advertisement all around. Not too happy.

I've been ROBBED!!!!!! My staying here has been a tragedy! First the girl at the desk didn't wanted to accept my confirmation because was made with the Snaptravel Service app, so she made me wait outside at 41 degrees (110f)!!! After a "loving" day of working, I assure you that isn't pleasant. Then the day after I woke up and ALL MY EQUIPMENT OF MY TRUCK HAS BEEN ROBBED EVEN IF THEY'VE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS AND I PARKED RIGHT UNDER IT!!!! But the strange thing is that when I asked to check the video they told me that they can't show me that....so I started to think that they are friends with the thief because even the electricity was out and my equipment worth more than 3000$!!! Plus, after calling the police, I have been told that they wouldn't come because this happens almost every day and they don't follow up...... YOU DO YOUR MATH....

Very good place to stay. Walking distance to Performance Kenworth. Hotel is older, but our room has been updated. Nice tile floors, big tv with decent channel selection. The king size bed is very comfortable. Good truck parking too. Whataburger, and some food trucks are the only food choices walking distance away. Paula at the desk very very helpful and accommodating. 6 stars for her. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival I was saddened by a couple of things, one was there is no entry to the motel front lobby. Come on people Covid is done. Open up and provide the amenities that we are accustomed to. Who wants to stay cooped up in a room? I realize that it saves the owner labor and supply costs but that’s what we expect, service and amenities. Upon entering my room the air wasn’t turned on. It took several hours to bring the temperature down from 80. The king bed was uncomfortable so I woke up with a stiff back, not to mention this is the first time I have ever had a bed with a metal frame that squeaked loudly when moving around in it. The toilet is a 2 flusher for anything that goes in it. The ongoing wrestling match with the shower curtain to keep it closed to keep the water in was frustrating. The shower drain was slow and I don’t really like standing in 4 inches of water to shower. Attached you will find a picture of the side of the bed facing the door with nasty stains on the under sheet. I realize that I had a choice but since I am staying only because my vehicle is broken down while traveling I thought I had made the better choice. On a sort of positive note, the room smelled clean. The laminate floor that covers the entire room was freshly mopped but still wet. (Turning the A/C on would eliminate this issue) the 2 other positives were , there was great water pressure and hot water, and the TV was larger than most. One more thing, just asked the front desk for a late leave out because I won’t have my truck finished and I have nowhere to go, denied. I would have to leave or pay for another day, no way!

Nice and clean, and just a bit more clean and tight than your usual cheapest-rate chain motel. Also better cable TV...tons of channels include some movie channels too. We have a food truck, that needs to be plugged in at night...we asked if we could do that and rented from this place because of the access to an outlet...then the next morning we were told to unplug it immediately. We said the night guy authorized us to do it, and the guy said "well that guy is new, he didnt know". To which I replied that the reason we chose this place was bc of the outlet, and it's not my fault their staff wasnt properly trained. But other than that, it was nice.
