We had a great stay here. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is very friendly, and we'd be happy to stay here again. Thanks to the team for all they did.

We stayed for 18 nights here so we stayed enough to give y'all a fair review for this hotel. Great hotel , clean rooms , Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast included. You don't need to pay deposit so that's a plus. The hotel is pet friendly so that's another plus for the pet lovers. My only concern about that tho is that they accept pitbull too and having pitbull here can be a little dangerous for other guests. At my stay there was a guest just sitting with her pitbull and he was growling and barking at other guests. But other than that this is a very good hotel. There's a bunch of restaurants nearby And a supermarket call Fiesta Mart. All within walking distance would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stay was good, everyone was kind and helpful. Housekeeping was super sweet! Only issue I had was the beds were so HARD, l probably wouldn’t come back just because of that. My back still hurts 🥴

So far worst hotel experience in my life. After booking a room for the weekend and paying, the hotel then changed the reservation to the next day because they had no availability even though their website had an availability. So we had to book another hotel just to stay on schedule with our vacation. Next, my fiancé and I grabbed food from Cane’s chicken. We unpack the food, put it on the nightstand, and then walked to grab extra ice from the vending. When we walked back into the room there were ROACHES walking all over the food. I go to the front desk to let them know about the issue. No apology, no sympathy, not a shred of hospitality when I get down there. I should’ve left then and there. “There’s nothing I can do, I’m just going to have to change your room.” They then changed our room from 311 to 314. After getting into the new room, we unpack our stuff and lay down for the evening. Around 12am, I notice a BEDBUG walking next to my head. That was behind the last straw. Packed our stuff and left that moment. The response from the hotel staff seemed as if they fully aware of the INFESTATIONS, and could care less about their guest. Not worth the money. Holiday Inn on Westway Park Boulevard was an extremely better stay since we had to there due to the hotel letting us book when they have no availability.

Nice lobby, hallway tiles look new and nice, exterior well maintained. Nice laundry machines and conference room. Nice fitness center and breakfast area. Nice safe area. Spacious deluxe room with living room area and high ceilings. Well painted. Nice granite counters and shower. Good pet policy. Areas for improvement, spray the rooms regularly for roaches because there was some roaches, most of the pool deck tables have broken glass tops, pictures of room showed nice carpet floor but it was actually a cheap vinyl tile floor. Pictures should be accurate. Outdoor barbecue was expired and had no propane or utensils. Some furniture in the room had stains. Shower curtain was too far in. Hot tub looked uncleaned and should be marked with a sign as out of service. Pool floor looked discolored.

Both cleaning and front desk staff where very nice and attentive. Our room smelled of something humid but it was bearable. The room phone didn't work and we had to go down to the front desk when we needed them. The worst was the roaches! Initially, we saw only one in the bathroom and thought it wasn't a big deal. In the morning, when we turned on the lights and used the coffee machine, it was a roach fest! We couldn't check out fast enough. It was so disgusting!

I didn't want to post a 1 star review of this place. Everything is generally okay... Except for the heater. I asked for them to fix it. They didn't. I was freezing all night with the heater set to 80°. I should've been sweating when I woke up. If it works, it certainly doesn't heat enough to bring the room up to temp.

Very bad place to stay for vacation. My first night, no emergency phone in the room and refrigerator was not working. The guy at the front desk was friendly and resolved the situation by moving me to another room. The first night in another room, I did not sleep all night because children were making noise and dogs were making noise all night. At about 3am, police was knocking on my next neighbor door and it was noisy between the neighbor and the police for over an hours. In the morning, I decided not go anywhere but to recovered some sleep after no sleep all night but the neighbor was moving out since they were kicked out by the police and hotel management so I couldn't sleep at all. I went back to the front desk to complain but the lady at the front desk had a very bad customer service. She was very short and behaved like it is my responsibility to accept whatever is going on since the people are moving out. If not because I was very tired from sleepless night, I would have checked out that night. The following day, I checked out and promised never in my life to stay in that hotel.

I have stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly ( Hi Nila - thanks you for always remembering me!), the rooms are neat and clean, and it’s perfectly situated to explore all of Houston!

My second attempt at staying at a LA Quinta and it was worse than last. Stayed with our wrestling team for a huge tournament. Some disturbing gentlemen was wondering the halls and scaring the kids. Nothing was done about it. The the guy attempted to commit suicide throwing himself out the window. Not sure how he ended up in the lobby but as the wrestling team was leaving for the bus in the morning at least 3 of the wrestlers including my daughter seen the guy bleeding out in the lobby floor. She will most likely need some kind of support after that drama. Also the air conditioner/ heater squealed all night, and the breakfast was legit hardboiled egg and stale cereal.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting, the carpets in the hallways and rooms were filthy and the halls and rooms smelled of urine. the walls, bathrooms and floors in our hotel was filthy, so bad to the point where me and my guest had to buy cleaning supplies and clean our selves. The hotel is roach infested, everytime we leave and come back the key card does not work, customer service was no help. the shower head was broken, and crusted along with roaches, they roamed the room along with the bathroom, the guest in a different room sat up fighting for hours, glass breaking, yelling and walls being punched. this hotel is just very outdated and i definitely do NOT. recommend this hotel and believe that money can be spent else where for better services.

I want to say " thank you" for the front desk and maybe the GM of this hotel. We were happy to stay there for 5 nights when we travel to Houston. The room is clean, we got the new towels everyday! It's good for family stay! Sophia Murphy

I would recognize every staff member that I came into contact with, including all of the housekeeping staff (and Clarissa), the front desk staff (Bradley, CoCo, Sarah, Juan were the front desk staff I had most contact with). The manager was nice also. The newly styled rooms with the wood flooring was great. I noticed I'd last stayed in a LaQuinta in Louisiana in 2018 and had my dog with me. That's what I've always liked about LaQuinta: the acceptance of pets, the fresh stylings, the clean surroundings, the exceptional staff members. The close location to my home also couldn't have been better.

Highlights The price matches the low quality of the hotel Areas of improvement The AC system requires replacement as we hardly experienced any cooling in the room. The breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of fresh fruits and additional choices like fried eggs, baked beans, and a selection of fresh bakery items. The hotel’s carpets, both inside and outside the rooms, are in need of renewal, and the walls’ paint could use a refresh, as there are stains everywhere.

I DO NOT Recommend!!! We reserved a block of rooms this past weekend 6/23-6/25 for a wedding and it was a downhill experience on day 1. Our reserved Bridal Suite was given away according to the front desk, other options given were unacceptable as the rooms smelled like animals. When booking we were unaware that the hotel allowed pets, and even then okay it's fine being that we were told that the 1st floor is reserved for guest with pets. Not the case there were pets on EVERY floor. The Suite we were finally given ended up being on the 1st floor while our party of 10+ rooms was scattered all over the hotel. The elevator stopped working multiple times throughout the visit to where we had to walk 2-3 flights of stairs including our elderly guest. The heat on the 2nd & 3rd floors where the majority of our block was placed was ridiculous. Even putting the AC on 60 degrees provided NO relief. At 1 point during the late night return from our wedding there was Out of Service Signs on the elevators, but the clerk told certain people oh it's working and they were able to use the Elevator after the majority of guest had already made the climb on the stairwell. Our contract had the Bridal suite being free the night of the wedding (which at this point should have been completely complimentary), but the clerk who did not have access to the contract stated he wouldn't be able to waive the wedding night fee. We had multiple guest to complain and have their room assignment changed due to the strong pet smell affecting their allergies in the rooms they were assigned. On arrival we were informed that Shuttle service to the venue 5 minutes away was not an option, but on the day of the ceremony we were approached to say they would provide shuttle service but that it would end at 7:00pm for a wedding that started at 5:00pm. Needless to say WE will never stay here again. But the breakfast was decent.

Stayed here a few months ago and vowed to never return due to roaches. Found myself being forced to book here again as everywhere else was sold out. Was pleasantly surprised to see that they finally have a staff now, when I came a few months ago there were only 2 or 3 people working there, they have a new manager who is extremely friendly and seemed to love what he does, and it looks like they finally got a hold of the roach problem. Didn't see a single bug in the two days I stayed. Happy to say I can come back! Front desk Coco and Jett were lovely. the manager Brandon was a big help, we struggled to get on the wifi but he told us to bring our computer downstairs and he was able to fix the problem in less than 2 minutes

Everyone seems to be giving amazing reviews but my experience was not very good. I brought my 4 kids with me to stay the night hoping to keep them entertained for at least the evening. Unfortunately, the hotel hallways had a very strange, moldy smell and someone definitely smokes a lot of weed in this hotel, the room was uncomfortably warm, the entire air conditioner front came crashing off without provocative. I was hoping to let them watch some TV but there was a bad dish connection so the TV wasn't working, I tried hooking up to the internet but it wouldn't work either. My last hope was to let them swim in the pool but when we made our way down there was a big sign reading "closed until further notice". So needless to say my 4 year old son requested that we just go home.

This hotel is one that I liked so much because of the friendliness of the staff, the appearance of the hotel, very decorated, not to mention the cleanliness. I like to travel and stay in hotels with excellent reviews, but this hotel has left me Woow for When I opened the door of the room they gave me, it smelled like new. I've never been in a hotel that smelled like new, now it's one of my favorites! All grocery stores, nail salons, hair salons, restaurants are 5 minutes around this hotel, do not hesitate to stay here.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The room was nice and spacious and the bed and pillows were unbelievably soft! The tv and air conditioner works perfectly and the mini fridge and microwave were extra benefits. D'Andre, the General Manager was so welcoming with his bright smile and kindness. I'll always look to stay at this particular property next time I visit Houston.

I stayed in this hotel from November 3, 2022 until November 14, 2022. My stay was comfortable, people working here are welcoming and warm, was absolutely safe and had no issues, and at great location. I would definitely come to this hotel, whenever i visit Houston again! Thanks alot. Room 214.

Great stay! Very comfy and close to so many food and entertainment locations. The staff was extremely nice, we had a noise issue above us around Midnight and I called the front desk and they took care of it immediately! I would definitely stay again.

Thanks for taking care of me and my family. We had an excellent stay this past weekend. This is our spot to stay when we go to baseball games which is usually a hand full of times a year. Staff is great and the location is excellent for restaurants
