Enjoy coming here however can be hit or miss when it comes to service and food quality. But the wifey loves the soup and salad so we always come back. The atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. Sometimes the wait can be a bit too much. The staff is always nice but they can get busy and drink refreshed can take some time. Ask for extra breadsticks early so you dont have to wait for them. Try coming here during the holidays and no-go, totally too busy so have some patience.

The food was very good, the taste, quality and looks good, the service was amazing, the staff do the job correctly. It had a vibrant atmosphere. I would recommend this place Overall 9/10

It's a shame that all the decorations and dining experience is ruined by having a massive glowing tablet on your table. Let waiters do their job and make it an enjoyable experience. Their food is a bit overpriced for what it is but their brand has a strong carry. If anything it's the McDonald's of sit-down pasta. Over the years their offerings have become more streamlined and corporate.

Cleanliness was 5 stars 🌟 Food was 2 stars and thats being generous Service: our table had 2 servers. The young man was outstanding. The young lady was nice and upbeat but not very attentive to what the table needed. I would give the service 3 stars 🌟 The food is mediocre 😕 and not very appetizing. I would choose an authentic Italian restaurant if you're absolutely craving Italian food. This is not it. It taste like it came out of a box 📦 and into the microwave. Over priced for the food

The food has been tapering down in flavor the last few times. The wait staff was good until we couldn't get a refill on our drinks. It's kind of a bummer. We used to enjoy a meal here.

Unacceptable had a food expiration label sticker in my food I PERSONALLY FEEL MANAGEMENT DIDNT HANDLE SITUATION CORRECTLY ALL SHE DID WAS TAKE OFF DISH THAT WAS NOT EATEN OBVIOUSLY. NEVER COME BACK

My best friend treated me to lunch last week here. We had a peculiar server. I am not saying a name or gender because I don't want to insult them. They did a magnificent job. Every service point was hit. The food was fine, but man...the service sticks out. If management sees this, you know who i am talking about. Hold on to them.

The staff and management here really care. The food is amazing. We went to a different Olive Garden before coming here and were almost ready to give up on any Olive Garden in Texas. Glad we decided to try this one!!

Hi, good evening, my picture are no the best. lol. Well For my first experience in Olive Garden. I found out, This place is Really Really good.

This location was getting better, but the last two visits got worse and worse. Last time there was a hair in our food, this time we were seated in the back and literally forgotten. The people in the booth next to us experienced the same, but were given all this food to take home at the end that made them question why. We on the other hand were given lunch portions of food when we didn't order a lunch portion. I thought lunch portions were for weekdays anyway and not the weekend. The salad had almost no dressing on it. The soup was cold. A server walking by decided to help us after seeing us still waiting for someone to help, and numerous servers as well as the manager walked by without saying anything to us. We almost left until someone took our order and someone else took our table, both saying it wasn't their table. Two people were helping a big table and that's it. When the guests at that table left, he kept coming and vacuuming by us when our floor wasn't even in the vicinity of that table and wasn't dirty. It was absolutely ridiculous and when I tried to fill out a survey on the kiosk, it said something was wrong with it, so Idk if they saw it but someone needs to fix these issues ASAP. I felt bad I even suggested going here for lunch today. We thought this location was the best but it's headed in the other direction.

This Olive Garden has consistently been very good. The food is always hot and delicious, the service is great, and the prices are somewhat reasonable. The prices have definitely gone up in recent years, but I feel that you get good value here. The unlimited soup or salad with your entree is always a nice bonus. Never tried the drinks or dessert here so I can't speak to that.

I love Olive Garden to my very core haha! My server this time around seemed a little displeased, but the food is always great. It's always best to split entrees because the pasta is a ton of food and you will definitely have to-go! Also, the atmosphere is great as always

We kept the server running back and forth for things we forgot to ask for the last time she was there, but through it all, she stayed pleasant and polite.

Sib was amazing. He is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He’s very personable and charismatic and made some great recommendations from the menu. He never let my drink get below the halfway point. He always had a full drink ready for me before my current one ran out. If you ever dine at this Olive Garden, you should definitely ask to sit in Sib’s section

Went to dinner with my family and we had such a great time. We waited only about 5 minutes to seat 7 of us. Our waitress, Eleni, was absolutely fabulous. We received quick and friendly service. She checked on us often to see if we need anything. The food was also very good.

This is our favorite Location. We have been to many other locations. We come here at least 3 to 4 times a month. We recommend requesting "Beto", who is usually in the Bar area seating. He is the best waiter and will always strive to make our experience a good one. This Olive Garden has been our go too place and our kids always request to go here.

Service was bad. My noodles were not cooked all the way the salad was not good.

Easily the best meal I've had! The staff are so warm and friendly. The atmosphere is perfect - lively and buzzing, not loud and crowded. The wonderful pianist was the cherry on top. It is worth every penny.

Had a nice meal at Olive Garden in Webster Texas. We got some Take out Meals to go also. Fettuccine Alfredo with Rotisserie Chicken added (see photo).

It was a busy day during lunch time and I had a 14 minute wait but it went but quicker than that. Food was good, service was outstanding and the place was clean. Price is very affordable. The breadsticks are to die for... I had the Italian Margarita, and make your own pasta. Great place for causal Italian cuisine. I would definitely recommend this anyone look for a nice place to dine.
