Unfortunate and disappointing experience. First, the hostess was unfriendly with very minimal eye contact, conversation, and zero smile. Our waitress seemed friendly...in my opinion, using forced friendly scripts. Everytime we needed her it was a long wait. Not once did she ask to refill our drinks (water). Our main courses didn't come altogether. My daughter got her sweet potato and enchiladas dish last. I did not want to eat ahead of her because she was hungry. So while I waited until her food arrived, mine had already gotten cold. When my husband and I ordered the salmon salad, we said we were going to split the dish. She said she understood but did not bring us two extra plates. When I asked for an extra plate, reminding her we were splitting the dish, she brought just one. I don't know what she was thinking! When my husband ordered two coffees for the two of us, she brought the coffee and creamer. When she came back much later I asked for the sugar and had to ask her what do her customers normally use to stir their coffee since teaspoons did not come with the fork in the napkin that was already at the table. Our waitress replied that we had to ask for the teaspoon if we wanted to stir our coffee. I really thought that was a stupid comment. Quality of our salmon salad was really poor. The lettuce was soggy and I could not believe after all horrible experience our bill came to over $120 with poor service. I wouldn't ever return to this restaurant nor recommend it to anyone.

I would have given 2 stars - but our waiter made it more tolerable. Honestly, the food was really mediocre.. I was disappointed since you have clear view of your food being made. The noddles for the pasta should be used for a soup NOT an Alfredo dish. It was too thick and chewy. The herb salmon was okay but it looks like the citrus/lemon juice they used was too overpowering, there was no real proper balance. The only thing well they are actually is…cheesecake. The fried Mac and cheese as the appetizer made us stay a little longer to try the rest of the menu. and the decor of this place is something lol like is it supposed to be modern and Tuscan or Egyptian? The menu could use revamping too.

I went with my daughter and my husband and it was very pleasant. The food was very good I really like that the waitress paid just enough attention to our daughter as she did to us! We shared some pretzel bites, they were very good!! I had the salmon, my husband had the shrimp with linguine and my daughter had the chicken sandwich which was absolutely huge! We each got a cheese cake slice I would recommend the Hershey Bar! :)

Took the wife for Mothers Day !! It’s always a good time when we come eat here !! Staff is very professional and restaurant is always very clean. Food tasted fresh not like some frozen thawed out !! Drinks were good !! Highly recommended and very pleased !!

I was VERY disappointed in my dinning experience here. It was extremely crowded with a long wait time, which is expected for Sunday lunchtime, but what disappointed me was the condition of the restroom. No paper towels so there was water all over the floor making it slippery. I assume the men's room was the same as I saw a little boy slip on his way out. There was no toilet paper. And trash all over the floor. I understand they were busy, but for the prices they charge, surely they can afford to pay someone to tend the the restrooms. I was also very unimpressed with my "Glamburger". It was cold, dry and the meat was much smaller than the bun, I felt like I got a hockey puck on a bun! Even the fries were cold. Nothing Glam about that burger. House of Pies would be a better choice if you are going for dessert.

The Cheesecake Factory is on my list of favorite chain restaurants, definitely because of DESSRTS! This location is close to us & we go as a family pretty often. Expansive menu- there's something for the kids to the senior citizens. Service is hit or miss here & wait times can be long (for a table & for food). Parking is usually easy (shared with P.F Chang's).

This was our last dinner for a training event that my colleagues and I attended. Our waitress was amazing, she was friendly and answered any question that we had. Every person in the party wasn't able to finish our meal so we each had a second meal from this dinner. We all enjoyed different types of cheesecake, I enjoyed the Snickers one. If I am back in the Baybrook area then I will be stopping by.

I've always wanted to go here. After having gourmet elsewhere I have to say my expectations overshot the reality. Wait staff is very friendly. It cost too much for what I expected out of the experience, however. The bathroom was disgusting and i was met by a huge dog coming into the bathroom as I was going out. Now I have a large dog myself but did not expect one in the place where I was eating my meal, at a supposedly expensive, nice place.

Loved our experience at The Cheesecake Factory! The waiter was fantastic and the food was delicious! The restaurant was nice and clean, and the bathroom was well kept. Great job!

3 of us got pasta and it was so dry. Almost no sauce. One got alfredo and another got Spaghetti. Would not order that again. Nachos weren't very good either. But the steak was delicious.

Great place to hang out with friends or for a date night! I live close by and have tried many dishes over the year. There is a huge variety of foods for everyone and I have not been disappointed yet! And of course, the cheesecakes are all delicious, my favorite are the lemon meringue and the turtle cheesecake! It can get crowded and the wait times can be long so keep that in mind when you go

Cheesecake Factory has a huge selection of food from pizza to steak to pasta! Everything we got was amazing with great service as well from Aaron. Unfortunately we didn't leave room for dessert but we'll be back to try it next time!

My gawd! 😳 One of the best meals I’ve had in a while! 🤯 From appetizers (bread and butter, mozzarella sticks) to sides (fries) and mains (bacon bacon burger, kimchi fried rice with egg) everything was perfection! 😍 Hot, fresh, cooked and seasoned well and flavorful! 🥰

The meatloaf for lunch is always a win. The flavor and portion size is enough for my meal and to still take some home. I always get the white chocolate raspberry truffle and lemon raspberry cheesecake and both are very good but I will say for the price the white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake should be a little larger..it's getting smaller and smaller every time I go. I may start getting a different flavor after this visit. The carrot cake for the win..always a large and yummy moist piece. Ambiance is on point and plenty of parking. Wait staff was very attentive!

Food was excellent, first time taking the kids and they enjoyed it. Saturday afternoon, back to school shopping, with only a 25 minute wait to be seated. Food was served hot and fresh. Very delicious and the kids enjoyed themselves.

Waited over an hour for a party of nine. The max amount of people you can check in at a time is 7 online. I had a party of 9. So I decided to call ahead after putting my online party in and asking what my new time will be to which I agreed upon. When me and my family were presented inside "this" is the best they could do. Honestly I applaud your enginuity to thinking this could work. My chair was bumped into the entire 10 minutes I patiently waited until they said they would "have a table soon". The table wasn't ready then what's the point of calling ahead and waiting? Pointless. To be sat down and told after an hour of waiting that this is "normal for parties of 8 or more" it's just unprofessional. I'm genuinely okay telling people to not spend money here for that interaction alone. Then proceed to tell me to wait for another table to be ready. Fantastic. We did try to fix the situation and stay but at that point we had been sitting for a good 10-15 minutes without a drink or waiter, the interaction had already deteriorated and we left. Thanks to the manager for keeping professional but no thanks to her telling us that a booth is what we want. Or we wait even more. Legitimately sat in the middle of the aisle. I expect higher standards from such a popular name.

Super nice staff! Really good food. Really good cheesecake! A bit more expensive than it used to be, just like everything else. All the main dishes were awesome. Would probably not get the spinach dip again, large portion, decent but not great.

This place is nice..Their cheesecakes are really good..I gave 4 stars coz the last time we went was a little disappointment..What we've ordered is not worth the price..Their orange chicken is kinda hard and dry..Their rice is not that good either..Hope they use a different brand like jasmine rice nextime..!They have a great service..Our server is really friendly and he makes sure we are well taking cared of..

Waitress not so friendly, out of of large amount of food. Told us they were out of white bread when the table next to us receive two baskets of white bread. Watch the bus boy across from us set the silverware on the seat where the people just got up, grabbed it with his dirty hands and set the table. Totally unsanitary disgusting. use to enjoy this restaurant, but now I have second thoughts. We continue to ask for refills drinks have minimal ice.had to ask for more ice.

Had lunch today with my wife and our service was impeccable. Manual V. Was an amazing waiter. Our calamari was fresh, and fried to perfection. All the food came out perfect. Thanks Manual.

Really nice looking restaurant. Service was good. Food is good, large portions, but not great, which is my only qualm due to price. A glass of iced tea is $4. Recommend the cauliflower appetizer, really tasty. Avocado rolls were good, nothing special, and heavy. Wife ordered the Tuscan chicken which she liked, the veggies were good but the chicken was kind of bland. Daughter ordered the Chicken and Broccoli pasta which she also liked, but again didn't blow us away. Young son ordered the kids sliders, which he liked. Beef seemed of good quality. Hershey's bar Cheesecake was delicious.

This chain seems to be busy wherever you travel in USA and has the same menu, which makes it very easy to pick the usual selection my other half likes especially. He chose a starter, main and then a cheesecake he likes to much to take away while I only had the steak and their complimentary bread, both very nice. Despite the place being very busy, we were sat with no wait and then were served equally fast too. Great place.

I really like the mashed potato of the Chicken Madeira. The mushroom Madeira sauce was very delicious and I had to make sure I cleaned that up. 😋 Whenever I have room in my stomach, I do order one of their cheesecake. I got the chocolate mousse flavor. I genuinely like this one because it wasn't overly sweet like a usual cheesecake. You do have to come before 6 or 7pm if you want to have their complimentary bread. They either run out or are not able to make it anymore for the day.
