Love the indoor pool!!!! Warm and inviting! However , the say that they will honor your tax break when you reach 30 days of staying, but they give you 10, different every time on why they won't or "can't" even though they told me they would if I followed their way of paying which is through them directly, for which they did not!!!

My husband is a truck driver and his company put us up there for the night. He did not feel well and asked for a room with a bathtub; they gave us a jacuzzi even though that was not what the trucking company paid for. We had a wonderful stay.

The heated pool is amaze-balls and Joseph the front counter guy was super polite and made us feel welcome. However, They overcharged me on my security deposit and there was a slight issue with getting it back but besides that this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in in the Houston area. Still 5 out of 5

I was very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is as the pictures show. The breakfast was good. The aspects that stood out to me the most were the staff, pool area, and cleaning staff. Victor and the rest of the staff went above and beyond and were simply amazing! I loved the pool being indoors with an outdoor view and the pool area was also very clean. The cleaning ladies were so fantastic, sweet, and excellent at their jobs! The staff is the best thing about this hotel but everything was amazing! 💯. We will be back.

Room was in bad condition physically. The hot tub was cold. Front desk gave our room away and tried to give us a single bed even after calling to confirm reservation. (Last time we came they did the same thing) Tried to reach the manager to discuss room but he wasn't there even at checkout 11am. Left our phone number for a call to discuss room but we received no call. Disappointed since we come here once a year for vacation.

Asked for a non smoking room, did not get any housekeeping service. adjacent room was noisy late at night and despite paying for 2 nights I was locked out after the first night as my key card was de activated.

The rooms are super clean and so was the little laundry mat. The staff was super courteous and helpful especially Koby! He helped us with anything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We will for sure stay here again for future visits!

The entry is steep and it is easy to pass the hotel on the feeder road. But the room was nice, even had a ceiling fan to help keep the air from being stagnant. During Check in I met Mrs. Gale. She was warm and courteous and we shared a joke over traveling with Box-fans because it's a Southern thing. They had a fairly good breakfast variety. Waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, grits, coffee, apple juice, Orange juice, milk, 3x cereals and more.

Kobe at the front desk is nice. My daughter and I were greeted by two baby roaches 20 seconds into being in the room 🤮 my cover has two noticeable spots on it, unsure if it was never washed or if it’s permanently stained. It’s After pool hours, but there are towels and pool accessories around the pool that haven’t been cleaned up 4 hours past closing. This room smells weird. The furniture is very crunchy. Will add more pics. Idk why my room has carpet but others have hard wood or tile. I imagine they at least smell better.

This hotel was horrible. It looked good when you get to the hotel but the rooms had mold on the ceiling they painted over the mold and that was disgusting. Also the bathtub haD mold and they put caulk on top of the mold. I had a terrible night I was coughing AND had a BAD HEADACHE.... after complaining they changed my room but it was not too much. Difference. Dirty hotel, with mold all over, smell bD pool was disgusting too. They never cleaned my room after telling them every night that I needed my room to be cleaned

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean & the breakfast was great. The young lady that worked the breakfast area was always smiling & greeted all the guests as they came in, she even went around asking if she could refill the drinks, or take away any trash for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel & definitely stay here again of I found myself in the area

Our recent stay at La Quinta was absolutely fantastic! From the get-go, the welcoming smiles at the front desk set a friendly tone that carried through our entire visit. Check-in was a breeze, and we were pleasantly surprised by the charming details in the lobby that created such a cozy atmosphere. Our room was not just clean and comfy—it felt like a home away from home, thanks to the thoughtful touches from the housekeeping team. What truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional care and attention from the staff. They didn't just meet our expectations; they exceeded them by going the extra mile. A small hiccup with the room's AC was handled promptly and with a smile, even resulting in a room upgrade that truly made our day. The staff's commitment to making our stay memorable was evident in every interaction. Whether in the restaurant or during housekeeping, the team displayed a genuine warmth that made us feel genuinely valued. In a nutshell, La Quinta is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of hospitality. The staff's friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond made our experience truly special. If you're looking for a welcoming retreat with top-notch service, La Quinta is the place to be. We can't recommend it enough!

Our new favorite hotel. The indoor pool with hot tub is very very nice. They were doing construction but the rooms were quiet. Last but not least the beds were soooo comfortable. We actually stayed another night just so we sleep here again.

Such a beautiful hotel very friendly staff- Ms Gail at the front desk was truly outstanding. This hotel at Tesla chargers and an indoor pool breakfast was also very good! Would come back here.

The room we stayed in last night was horrible. There is mold all long the top of the window and walls. The flooring is deplorable and we woke up to baby roaches and so.e crawling on our bed. Attempting to speak with manager as soon as he arrives today. Please DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I NEED A REFUND! FILING A CONGRESSIONAL 1ST THING MONDAY MORNING!!!!

Miss Gail is absolutely amazing. Very beautiful lady inside and out. She went above and beyond to make my stay a good one for the 7 days I was in town. Gail is very much the front face to the hotel. 🌹🌻 All the other staff members were super friendly and helpful. The room I had was cleaned and smelled good. The king size bed was super comfy. Location was good. Right off the highway and close to restaurants and where I was working at for the week. I will definitely stay in contact with Gail when I come back to this part of Houston. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you Gail for making me full at home and comfortable. Thank you staff and housekeeping for your hospitality.

The staff is awesome. The rooms are super clean. The breakfast they serve is the best. The young lady that works the breakfast was Great she'd come by your table and ask if you needed a drink refilled and ask if everything was OK. I would highly recommend this LaQuinta if in the area. The manager was there early on Sunday morning and greeted you and ask how everything was most managers only work Monday-Friday this manager cares about this property. They deserve 5 plus stars

Good experience at this location. We got there super early and Rebecca was able to get us into a room early morning. They got a couple of EV superchargers so that was a plus!!

Loved the woody location. The staff was very warm and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. On top of all that, they provided a full buffet breakfast!

Very disappointed in our stay, First night went to take a shower and had no water pressure. It was like a mist. Beds are comfy but covers are about as thick as a tissue. Second night was 4th of july night. We came into the hotel to see the owners were having a family party. There where people drunk everywhere as one girl continuously kept throwing up all over the funiture in the lobby laying her head all in it. Completely unprofessional.

Alright you guys, I’m back for round 2. I did not have time to set up mine and my husbands room for his birthday but let me just say Victor went OUT of his way to make things happen and did wonders. I’m so glad we booked there. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and the jacuzzi was awesome along with the set up around! Thank you La Quinta for making our night memorable.❤️

This hotel was not the best, but definitely not the worst. The price was great, the bed was super comfortable, but the pool and the hot tub were not accessible. The pool was super cold my whole stay I didn’t even get to get in which was very disappointing. The first day I arrived the hot tub was lukewarm, the next day it was way too hot to get in! The sign said not to get in if it was over 104, well I checked the thermometer and it was at 109. Then the next day the power went out in the whole hotel! Luckily I was getting ready to venture out for the day so I was only there for a half hour with no power. When we returned the power was back on but it was my last night so my boyfriend and I wanted to try to enjoy the hot tub but it was cold. I’m guessing since the power went out that day. The lady working nights at the front desk had no knowledge about the hot tub or pool. And the breakfast was very average nothing special. Oh and I did find a dead bug in my suitcase, not sure what kind. The pool also had a hair tie in it and some other things at the bottom. And when we needed extra towels and such for our room at night, they didn’t have any.

We flew in after 7pm after a long flight and decided to stay the night instead of driving back late. This hotel was so clean! Staff (especially the lady working last night and Victor, the general manager!! The breakfast was amazing! First time I’ve had grits in a hotel breakfast buffet (and they were made perfectly!!) I highly recommend this location!!!!

Had an awesome stay here. The room has a jacuzzi, stand up shower, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

I would not stay at this property again. There was garbage left in the hallway by some guest. The hallway smelled badly as a result. My bathroom had what appeared to be mold. I couldn't wait to leave. Definitely not worth the $$ that I was charged for this stay. Not clean or comfortable. Extremely disappointing.

Disappointed with cleanliness of the rooms. Dead bug smooshed on the wall, coffee mugs still dirty, bath fan vent full of dust and some weird fungus or mold growing out of the light socket. Breakfast was bad, almost empty and still an hour left. When they restocked no one was wearing gloves. Coffee in lobby was always ice cold. The exterior lights didn't come on,so parking lot pitch black.

I am a nurse on a travel assignment for 13 weeks here in humble Texas when I landed my arrival the manger was so nice and pick me up from the airport, when I was headed to the hotel the guy name Bryan behind the counter kept charging my credit card both on file which made my bank shut my card off due to fraud which at 5am on 04/11/2022 I got a call from my bank saying we have 4 charges for 586 we have to shut your card off, mind you I’m here to help Texas out in the hospital Kingwood medical center due to there nurse shortage, I had to deal with and be 10 states away from home without a active visa! This wasn’t good first time traveling experience

ZERO STAR! Super bad and nasty hotel !!! Terrible service!!! First night the airconditioning was broken, we have to change for another room. The bed and floor where full of dog hairs. When we go for the office they told us they give us another room and shill return our money. After weeks of trying to contact the manager he told us he will send us a voucher for 1 night… While the office promise us to give our money back. The voucher is never send. This hotel treat there guests like **** DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE !!!
