OMG the food was GREAT🤩!!!!( the man with kind of longish curly hair in the front) Our waiter was AWESOME!! Friendly and attentive.👍 Swear ABSOLUTELY THE BEST crunchy boneless wings I've ever had! 😋😋 The bone in wings were fully cooked to perfection also! Yummy fried pickles 😋 We would definitely come back here if we're in town again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

You must check your food before leaving. I've never had a correct order. I called to let them know, they said, just come back with the receipt and we will fix it. But heres the catch, you also gotta wait 30 mins. So I gotta waste gas and time. ---------------- Update, I called back, and the manager handled it better. I hate having to call the manager for something so simple.

Seems like you always get served quicker and better if you eat at the bar if you're in the dining area nobody ever comes around to check on you and it takes forever to get your food. And the bar is in all that great they take long to bring your food as well sometimes.

I been coming to this brewingz every week since I moved to the area and until today I had really bad experience lady at the bar with long hair & highlights rudely said out loud she wasn’t going to attend our table she was the only one working there at the bar and she made another girl get our order anyways it took more than 40 min for them to come back and ask if everything was okay or if we need another drink when there’s no people at the bar. For this reason I give 2 stars and y’all need to talk to y’all’s employees for better customer service & lastly I got 40 wings and I just wasn’t convinced with service so I ask for plates to go and the lady only got me one 😭

My daughter liked her mild and lemon pepper boneless wings but I didn't care for my bone in...I got Carolina gold and Thai spice. The Thai spice didn't have any type of spice to it and the Carolina gold just tasted like pure mustard and nothing else. My wings were also extremely hard, like they had been reheated...I hate this was the experience of our first visit here, I was excited to see it when I realized what was being built before they opened... MAYBE I'd give them another chance in the future but usually after a bad first visit I don't ever return to the restaurant. Just make sure you ask for your wings to be made FRESH because if not it seems you may go some that they have premade. Other than that the atmosphere was okay, I did hear the employees up front talking and laughing loudly making fun of a customer that had just walked out...not professional in my opinion. It was $31 for me and 3 kids but I did the 2 for 1 special they have on Tuesdays...in my opinion based on how much I spend at other places this was pretty decent and the only real positive of the visit.

top 5 worst dining experiences of my life. Food quality was utterly atrocious and whoever was playing music needs to be fired. waiter was great but the cooks were not up to par. pls retrain the entire kitchen staff or just close this location🙏🏾

Very clean and sanitized! The tables are still 6 ft apart and they clean very well after each guest. By far the best restaurant I have been too that is still very cautious. Their waiters wear masks. The food is great and management is very polite and understanding.

This place has definitely improved lately. Getting more staff in and trained well. Jesus the cashier and Nataja the server have been amazing with helping with the doors as I am wheelchair bound. The food is great and the service has gotten better since I first started coming in.

My bartender Joe was so nice and helped me and my sister with our drink selections. Told us the specials and made sure we had a great Tuesday night. Thanks Brewingz off I-10 ..will definitely be back.

We went there to celebrate my son's birthday. Restaurant was empty. Manager didn't care about us waiting more than 1 hour, she was really bad and not professional and no ethic at all. She even told me she didn't care about the business 😒 so we finally left to another Brewinz where they treat us really nice. Please don't go to this place. People left to the other restaurant too. Now we know why this Restaurant is empty on Saturday's night.

Our server was Trista I believe she has a great personality and a pretty smile she was above and beyond to get us on timely matter, our food fresh by the way more staff like her. It’s hard to find them nowadays. Also, the manager Perla was so nice and polite Great customer service.

Seems this Sports Bar DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE for soccer lovers. Multiple times we've gone family wise, NO MESSI ACTION... Reason why we stopped eating in mainly because we DON'T FIT IN THE SMALL BOOTHS, excuses are well we can't put you at a table till we get an extra server..... WHAT????? Server can't get switched or anything???? This has happened TWICE, MANAGER HAS TO GET CALLED, FREAKING EMBARRASSING.

Great place to come, my server Martin did a great job (Hispanic older gentleman with glasses) he was fast on getting our food order and the food. Martin keep doing the great serves there we will be back next week. But I do have some favor for my next visit can you please get some better tomatoes who ever picks the tomatoes for this store needs to do a better job.

They food was really good and it came out very quick to our table.The customer service was good too. Also at an affordable price for all my families food. Thank you to our waiter Martin he made our time there fun.

(this is my experience with African American girls, at winstop I have been treated by African American girls and they are nice to me and they are patient with me to use the translator and they are nice to me). Took my family to eat here. Our waiter Ariel was super attentive, had a great attitude and took care of every little detail. Was aware at all times. Food was very delicious. Will return for sure. Do recommend.

The manager Perla is unprofessional. Don't know how to train her employees to do things correctly. Don't recommend the waitress acacia at all. Your best bet for good service is the uvalde location.

Our server Martin and assistant manager Perla were greatly amazing assisting me and my friends! They made the experience fun and enjoyable. They attended us made sure we were taking care of. The blazing shrimp are pretty good. We will be going back in hopes to see Martin and Perla again!!!!!

Martinnnnn was the absolute best waiter! Very attentive & very nice. Most take forever to check up on the table, he made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back. Also I appreciated that he showed us the lunch menu. Who doesn’t like a good deal!!

First time eating in this location. Usually go to Humble or just order online for pickup. But today, I was in the area for lunch and decided to go to this location. First and foremost, the hostess greeted me kindly and seated me at a very clean booth. I appreciated that immensely. Martin was my server and he was just amazing! He hyped me up with the 2 for 1 Tuesday wings and was very quick with my drink. He assured me that my food was worth the wait when I was just relaxing in the booth. I didn’t even ask for anything and he gave such exceptional customer service! I truly appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Laid back sports bar. Food was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Good place to chill and have a few drinks. The lava cake was awful. Yet, this won't affect my score rating because you don't go to sports bar thinking of desert. I recommend this place. Go eat and drink.

I admit the food was okay and our waitress was excellent. The table wasn't wiped down well though. My issue is having an upset stomach ALL DAY today with aches I've never felt before. I have an important function tomorrow and didn't get to prepare as needed since my gut wouldn't let me stray far from a toilet. I haven't been to a brewingz in years and this experience has made me decide NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered my food over the phone get here and is not ready, which they never made it. So I was here almost 2 hours waiting for the food. Then hearing one of the waiters not wanting to accommodate a party of 10 and said I’m going to lie to them that the wait is going to be for an hour. Which they had table available for them to put together. Disappointed

I come been coming here around 2-3 times per week for a year or so and have had issues with service at the bar, but as of recent Barbara has been helping me out and completely turned it around. Nothing bad to say here, sometimes you have to go through the bad to get yo the good. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up as of recent service.

Personally wouldn’t come to this location again. The girls don’t really pay attention to their customers nor do they even check on them. We were unattended for a long time and honestly the MALE staff seems to care more about their customers. Didn’t get attended by Manuel but if you come to this location I recommend him! He looks like he cares about the customers and seems to be a hard worker which is the only reason I’m not leaving 1 star.

Went there Tuesday. Food was good. Service isn’t so great. All the workers stand around and chit chat by the front and never bring refills or check on the tables. Had a waiter who kept walking like a duck cause his pants kept sagging and showing his boxers to everyone eating. The whole time he had a item in one hand and his other hand holding his pants up from falling. He also doesn’t like to pick up his feet when walking so the whole time we were there all we heard was the squeaking of his shoes.

Spent nearly $100 in wings only to have raw wings along in my order. Will NOT be coming here ever again. Disgusting.

Came on a Sunday, only 1 bartender in the bar section. The place wasn’t even packed, only 5 tables in the entire restaurant with guest but still waited 10 min to get our drink and food order. Food took 1 hour to arrive, bartender kept forgetting our refill,finally asked her about our food and she admitted she forgot to place order ,but I don’t blame her, since she’s the only one in the restaurant apparently. Ordered the boudin egg rolls, super dry just like the lemon pepper wings. Will not return again , can’t imagine the service on a weekday or Friday to be even better. Save your time and money , go to bayou city wings or wing stop.

I made an online order hours ahead so when I got off work, I can easily just grab my food and go. Well the wings were good, just they forgot my other half of the order and I didn't realize until I got home. Manager offered me a remake on my next visit since I wasn't able to come back for the missing food. I just wished I would have gotten what I ordered the first time.

My thoughts on this place... as an almost regular, the place is very clean, food is good however they have really really bad service. I was there Tuesday, I understand is 2 for 2 however they only have one bartender working the bar and what seems like the whole restaurant for alcoholic beverages. Her customer service is not good at all, she always seems mad with everyone, not that is her fault that she has all these drinks to make however most of the other workers are just standing around while she is trying to make drinks and clean the bar area. That's not right, on top of that us customer has to have long waits for a second or third drink. This needs to be resolved fast, every customer for the most part that is sitting at the bar speaks of this and well if her customer service was better it wouldn't be as bad. We come here almost every week and spend a good chunk of money however we are considering going somewhere else if this service continues.
