This review is based on management. Everduardo needs to take more classes or be demoted. He cannot manage this place based on ego. He essentially kicked us out over a 5 dollar wristband. Apparently there was a fight going on that no one seemed to care for when he decided to cut us off. The place was empty, there wasn’t a crowd of people waiting for a table and combined our tab was already over $120. My friend and I were just having a good time catching up and he chose to refuse service over $10. We told him if he did that we were not leaving a tip and he shrugged and said he did not care. Our threat was not empty and his bartenders lost out that night because of his ego. The cherry on top was that he was across the bar chugging a Red Bull with a buddy that clearly didn’t have a wrist band on, but I guess he gets a pass because they’re buddies. This was totally unnecessary and people like him should not be in the “hospitality” industry.

First time here didn't know it was a sports bar but the food was excellent. Amber was a great waitress and she was very alert and attentive. Drinks stay full and she checked on me Everytime she passed by. Great service. Thanks Amber . Food was made to order.

I work in the restaurant industry and never write a review but this time I felt like I had to. We went in and our waitress took everyone’s order (6) and wrote down everything and we waited 20 mins for our food. She had forgotten one of our orders and completely ignored us and didn’t even know she forgot it until we were almost all done eating AND we had to tell her. Once we told her she was like “oh you ordered food?” And didn’t even apologize for never putting it in. Once she brings our checks a ROACH along the whole back of our booth and the waitress saw it and ignored it until we asked for a manager. Manger said things like that happen. Horrible service and horrible customer service on the managers part.

Music and food are good but you have to be very, very careful when ordering drinks that aren’t beer. They either under fill, give you cheap liquor you didn’t ask for, or add items to your tab. Ask for an itemized bill and keep track of what you’re ordering. The manager does seem attentive and fixed our drinks once we brought it up to him. Waitresses are hustlers, so be careful. If you look dumb or drunk they gonna get you. Other than that, ok place to hang. You just gotta be smart.

This place has good food and good service from the waiters. However, when it comes to the managers that’s a totally different story. Two people in our group were denied entry by security when we were already seated inside for about an hour. The manager was called and he said “you’re not allowed inside”. When asked why the manager replied because I said so. No reason was given. The two people who were denied entry were over 21 and hadn’t been drinking or causing any issues, so there could not have been a reason for not being let in. A second manager came and said the same thing. We ended up leaving because of this. Such a sad experience. Wish they would have better management.

The food was really good. My 1st time here. I will be coming back. Our waitress, Taylor, was very busy but very attentive. She made sure we had our drinks and the food came hot and fast, lmao. Oh..and the drinsk were liiit!

My chicken sandwich was delicious, although my friend did not enjoy her beef tacos. I had to ask my server 3 times for a side of mayo and my friend had to ask for a drink refill 4 times. Our server was cute as a button but could barely converse with us in English. The manager was called over and was barely able to converse with us either. My card was pre authorized even though I bought no liquor. Will never come back to any of their locations!

Racist as hell. I walked in with a friend and we waited two hours trying to get a beer. They would not serve us because we did not meet the right racial criteria. I talked to the manager who said she would send beers over, the chubby girl in the green pants. She laughed at me when I walked away and never sent beers. I spent the rest of the night fighting off unwanted racist and violent threats to my life while the manager in the green pants and her employees watched and laughed at me. I ended up at a bar with decent customer service that values human life to write this review. Stay away if you want to stay alive. They also hate disabled people. You can test me. I had A stroke, they laughed at me when I told them about it.

Upon our arrival, we were not informed about an event that required an additional payment, an event about which we had no prior knowledge. As visitors, we naturally were not aware of the ongoing activities at your venue. It was disheartening to feel caught off guard by an unexpected charge, which made us uncomfortable and unsure about the fairness of the situation. Furthermore, throughout the duration of our visit spanning four hours, we encountered repeated instances of being rushed or pressured to hasten our stay. We believe that our continuous patronage over the four-hour period should have granted us a more relaxed experience. Instead, the frequent reminders to hurry tarnished what should have been a leisurely and enjoyable time for us. As individuals who value respectful and transparent customer service, our experience at Ojos Locos fell short of our expectations. We understand that misunderstandings can occur, but we hope that incidents like these can be addressed and rectified to ensure a better experience for all patrons, both locals and visitors alike. We sincerely believe that Ojos Locos has the potential to provide memorable experiences to its customers. We kindly request a response addressing our concerns and actions taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. Managers that’s rushed us Antonio & Efrain and also a woman who didn’t give us her name.

Visited the place on a whim. Was surprised by the attire of the waitresses. Didn't expect bikini wear at 3pm on a weekday. Lots of TVs so you won't miss out on the sports. Energetic music. Quick service and serving of the food. Dining here was a memorable experience.

Great service and decently priced drinks. Good atmosphere with a good variety of music. Definitely recommend

Great place and the customer service from Kory at the bar was top notch. Made me feel welcomed from the start. I would highly advise to go here for a beer and a game. She was also beautiful and easy to talk to. Thank you for the great experience all the way from Wisconsin.

Came in with my buddy to have a couple of beers in the afternoon. Super packed, the couple of times I've come in it's always been super packed. Good for them but service is poor. The waitresses are running around cuz they have too many tables and can't really give you the one-on-one attention that you would expect from a breastaurant. They are so busy that they are in a rush to take your order or to follow up in a timely manner. Lively atmosphere music is always playing but it is way too loud. Makes it hard to talk to the people at your table. Food is good beer is always good. Try it you may like it I'm just particular about the service and the atmosphere volume from the house music.

So me and my wife came here to pass some time and eat before an event and there was a wait nothing against the server I understand she was busy but when we received our food my wife ordered wings and she did not like them they came out looking very throwupish (jalapeño lime flavor) she took a small bite of one and did not like them at all. Now our server was very understanding and was willing to help us but then the manager came over and was pretty much like I don’t care if you do not like it you still have to pay for it if you want something different you’ll pay for that too. He was very rude about it and not understanding at all. Thank you Madeline(Maddie) for all of your and understanding Management needs to be rearranged in my opinion

waitress took forever to serve us, then they would not honor there Tuesday special which is on there Website $3 beers. This is why I started showing up. Manager said "call Corporate". I said give me the number, he said its on the website. I emailed them and they never responded.

I've been here before and have been wanting to open a franchise. I brought my business partner and I definitely don't know what happened. Horrible service, bad food, beer was not cold we brought an instant read thermometer beer was 53 degrees!!! beer was bad , lines need cleaning beer tasted like vinegar and when we complained and told manager to taste. We were told we didn't know what we were talking about and just wanted a free tab... definitely not what it use to be! I will be calling corporate!!!

We had my Brothers Birthday Gathering We had to wait like 45 minutes for a drink. Waitress got orders wrong she added on extra beer and extra drinks to our bill was over a $1,000. We spoke with manager he refused to listen to any one of us he said pay the bill or he`s calling the police .How can one person drink 24 double drinks in a 4 hour time frame thats illegal. Totally unprofessional never going back to this place please my people we work hard for our money always double check your bill this place cannot be trusted this is the second time we had issues with this place the managers are rude some waitresses take long for service.

bad attention, it took them 10 minutes to give us the menu, the one that we attended was lost and nobody attended us, it took another person 20 minutes to attend to us, it took them a while with the drinks, BAD ATTENTION, thanks to one of the waitresses who noticed that Nobody attended until she looked for someone who attended us, they need more SUPERVISION, THEY ARE BADLY COORDINATED, THEY DON'T KNOW WHO TO ATTEND

Place is great when you have a good waiter like Pam, always there for you and get to enjoy Sports with a nice cold beer on the side. Food is great specially Mango Habanero wings with a nice cold beer. Makes me want to comeback like always. Good music and food

The food was very unprepared! The manager was VERY RUDE!!! It took 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged!!I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and only one wing had Parmesan ! I called the manager to discuss the issue he was very nonchalant and rude and walked away ! I’ll probably never return !!

It was packed but they still were abekt to clear a take for me. Attended me quickly and the food was actually good. Ordered the bone in wings and fries and it was really good for a sports bar!

Bartenders are really attentive. Never had an empty glass. Food was good. Atmosphere is what’s expected for sports bar/cantina.

This location was amazing. The service was excellent.Our served Lexxi was very attentive and kind to our group. I recommend definitely coming to this location. The service provided by Lexxi was amazing. The food and drinks were good. You must try the La toxica and pito loco. The drinks were incredible. We also had the chicken and steak fajitas and the roasted chicken. They were so good. She gave us so much great conversation while doing and excellent job working. She even wished us a safe flight back to New York. Please come visit this location and see Lexxi.

For the first time ever I had a nice waitress at this place! She was very friendly, she did greet us with a big smile Aliyah C we loved her !

Worst experience ever!!…. The bar tender was rude asf…. Me and my girlfriends wanted to drink and spend good money we herd this was the place to go we are from Florida and definitely made us feel like we We’re not welcome

1st time coming, Got the Chicken Guacamole salad. Chicken was hard, dry and salty. The salad was drowned in dressing and they forgot to put on the cheese. Tortilla strips on the salad were so hard and seemed stale. Wont be coming back for a salad! Sounds good reading about it but this ain't it for me!

Great food and atmosphere! The manager Juan was very polite and thanked me for my military service with complimentary shots and a great discount. Thank you Ojos Locos for your great hospitality!

Finally, after visiting the Austin location several times over the past few years, I was suprised they finally expanded to Houston. This location is 20 minutes away-very happy about that. It's actually new, but not, there was a restaurant there before but I can't remember what it was. But, this location is huge with so many tables, tvs and the covered patio runs the length of the building. The food was good and the waitstaff staff were in high spirits and a delight to look at. I will be back to watch a game or two, wink.
