I ordered wonton soup. For me, wonton soup and egg rolls are the true test of whether the Chinese (not Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean) food is good. The wonton soup from Hin's Garden is the worst wonton soup I have ever tasted. Bland, with chicken instead of pork. I have no idea what meat was inside the knotted noodles because there was simply not enough flavor to detect what the meat was. I will never go back to Hin's Garden!

We've ordered here dozens of times and after yesterday will never be ordering again. First, we tried to use a coupon they wouldn't accept saying it was for carry out only, even though the coupon didn't say that. Then, we were missing an eggplant dish we ordered and when my wife called telling them that it was missing, the person on the phone said we never ordered it even though they repeated it back in the order. Lastly, and most importantly, every dish was gross. Meat was overcooked and chewy, not enough sauce etc. The whole order was thrown in the bag carelessly with broken fortune cookies and busted sauce packets. The message seemed clear that they don't care whether people place $100 orders or not...so we'll just order elsewhere from now on and recommend better alternatives like Hunan Garden when people ask.

food absolutely horrible. they charged me $2 to put sesame seeds in my rice which is ridiculous. when you walk in the place it almost makes you want to vomit. not a very good experience. I feel like a waste of my money

Decent for a quick Chinese food fix that's really close. Proximity over flavor. Take out only. Expensive for take out as compared to other Chinese food restaurants, especially in Humble and Atascocita.

Always a go to guilty pleasure when in Kingwood. Sad that they don't have seating to eat there. All our dishes were delicious the only thing that wasn't as good as before was the Orange Beef and Sesame Beef. The steak tasted burnt or charred. The General Chicken, Happy Family, Combination Lo Mein, Pork Dumplings and Vietnamese Fried Egg rolls were all yummy. Going to enjoy my leftovers tonight.

I’ve been going here for 12 years and it’s gone from great to AWFUL. We’ve never complained until today. We ordered take out today. We picked up our order, got home and discovered they left out our soup, the extra sauce we requested and our fortune cookies. I called to tell them. The lady said she would make a note of it on our account. Once we began eating, we noticed the chicken tasted funny (didn’t taste fresh) - my daughter said the spring rolls were so oil filled, they were inedible. Also, I tasted one and it tasted like old oil. I called the manager and he wants us to bring it back and he’ll give us a refund after we talk to the Chef. I will take it back tomorrow when we are on that side of town again. On a positive note, we were able to eat the vegetable fried rice and the egg roll that came with the inedible meal. Very disappointed in the food, today. Too many issues today. We will not continue to be a patron of this restaurant. And quite honestly, the manager didn’t seem to give a flip and never apologized.

Very good. I ordered food to be delivered. It was hot when they delivered. I got the sweet and sour soup And scallop’s in garlic sauce also Chicken lettuce wraps. So good!…. I definitely will order again.

There isn't a dine in option anymore that I am aware of but this is my take out choice and has been for 25 years while I've lived in kingwood. The sesame chicken and the lo-mein are delicious. And if you want to punch it up a notch get their beef on a stick, just great.

Not sure why this restaurant has to go orders only. It was hot in there when I went in, no a/c or fans going. I placed my order, but Unfortunately I won’t be back, hopefully the food is good. Very disappointing.

Bought combination rice which was supposed to have been, chicken and shrimp. There were additional "mystery meats" in my rice and the beef was undercooked. Will NEVER buy from them again!

Hin's Garden is our go to for chinese food. Food always tastes good and is of the best quality. The price is very reasonable and the portions are very generous! Since the pandemic Hin's is now only take-out or delivery, but either option works well for us. Delivery is free with an $18 minimum and is very prompt. Everything we have eaten from Hin's is delicious. Give this local family owned restaurant a try!

We have dined here many many times. We have loved there food but they dropped their Vietnam egg rolls. We could not eat their regular rolls, horrible?. Quality over all is gone. Sad but after many years, we are done.

We tried this place for the first time and the food was good. We did a takeout for 2 people. We really enjoyed the food. However it seemed kinda pricey for takeout. Other than that it was fast and the food was hot.

This was fairly expensive, and the food was sugary/ spicy yet bland? The three chicken dishes were made with breast meat that was dry. The beef dish we ordered had some sort of hard bits in the meat (cartilage?). The sizes of the dishes we also small for the high price.

This Chinese restaurant is our family go-to for quick, tasty Chinese food. We typically order & share the lunch specials and can feed a group of 10 for $50. I like that Hin's will make mild dishes spicy if asked, and my husband & kids love their sesame chicken. The won ton soup is also a hit.

This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. There was nothing but cabbage in the egg rolls. The fried rice was sticky and flavorless the chicken was dry and flavorless. We didn't even finish it because it was so bad. The fact that people like this place is shocking.
