Do not stay here!!!! These people charge a security deposit after you book a room online that’s no refundable and can’t give you any information as to why your card hadn’t been credited. I was told 2-4 days upon checkout on Sunday. By Thursday after verifying with my bank there was no credit issued, I called and the woman tells me 3-4 days but that she can’t verify because her manager isn’t there. Complete scam!!

First thing I noticed when walking into the room was that it was extremely hot and stuffy due to the A/C being turned off between stays. You have to turn it on yourself and it takes hours for the whole room to get cool. I opened the mini fridge and a cockroach crawled out. One was crawling on the floor and desk as well. Hair on the bedsheets. Mysterious white substance stained on the couch. Dirty handprints on the TV and the bed frame. My siblings said the bedsheets felt uncomfortable. Room was set up nicely but it did not feel clean. Went to get breakfast in the morning as well and the eggs looked grey and moldy. We were also charged on our card THREE times for two rooms. Went to get it cleared up but the receptionist said that "it will take while, my boss has to do it." I don't believe we will ever get it refunded.

I stayed here for my cousin’s birthday party. We were looking for our hotel and it stank all in the halls like weed. Than our card took forever to work so it took awhile to get in the hotel. The beds were smaller than we expected. Our fridge didn’t even work. We didn’t get no blow dryer. We woke up at 6 to get breakfast and they gave up brown bags and gave us sugary snacks for breakfast. And they had nothing in the breakfast place.

If your ever in Houston and need a place to stay for the night I would recommend this place here. I stayed here for a month while attending trucking school. Mr. Peter the manager is a blessing and a joy to be around. The workers here are very loving and nice you won’t be disappointed with your staff here. They keep the rooms very nice and clean fresh towels and all if you need anything they are very helpful. It’s a Walmart right across the street and close to the airport!!

Baymont - the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was just what we needed, and the price was budget friendly. The room and its amenities felt new - the AC, shower, and all parts worked as expected and looked clean. This Baymont is one of the better stays in this area, and I would go here again. Thank you Manager Shviam for the fast and easy check-in and check-out.

Hallelujah a CLEAN room! All other hotels at this price had dirty sheets, floor, tub, toilet, etc but this one was CLEAN! Service was great/friendly! Only prob i had was since the doors are outside & cleaning staff cleans with open doors due to covid, there were several mosquitoes in my room but I put the ac on super cold so they can't fly easily, turned on only 1light in bathroom to draw them away, put sheet over my head & slept great. No bites. They also had great breakfast with waffle maker if u can get there before 930am. If you need a low price place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

I'm not a fan of motels since many of them are not clean, but this one is definitely different. The bathroom is very nice. The room is big, clean, and quiet. In addition, there are many shopping centers nearby. To make a story short, 5 stars.

We stayed here the night before a morning flight out of Hobby Airport. The room was very nice, the location and breakfast were okay. It was cheap and nice enough that we would stay there again.

Get there early enough to set the thermostat!!! It’s right across from a Walmart so that’s convenient but the staff was not worried about customer care in any way. They acted like we were bothering them by checking in. Then we got to the room and it was 96 degrees!!!! Called the front desk after waiting to see if it’d cool down because clearly the air had been off all day during record breaking temperatures. She told me the ac worked fine and that she could only help if it was broken, otherwise we’d just have to wait for it to cool down. THEY LEAVE THE THERMOSTAT OFF AND YOU HAVE TO TURN IT ON WHEN YOU CHECK IN. Needless to say we went to bed about 6 hours later and it was only down to 78 degrees. Very uncomfortable stay.

Room was clean, show head was messed and the front desk staff was rude. Paid for a late check out which he said 2pm and at 1:30pm called and kept calling because housekeeping was ready to go in room. Very unprofessional, and then he came to room knocking on door talking about time to go.

Great place, have stayed here many times over the past couple of years. The rooms are wonderfully clean and comfortable. Staff is great, they seem to recognize me and always put me in my preferred room. It’s not for everybody: no pool and rooms open to the outside, but it is an amazing value at this price point. I look forward to staying again soon.

Everything in the room smelled new, looked new and probably was new. It's a quiet little spot with a several fast food restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was modest but good tasting and I liked it. I will definitely stay there again when I return. Short drive from Hobby airport.

Wife and 3 kids all loved this hotel. Our room had 3 queen beds, we were all very comfortable. The area was quiet, and the whole family compared this hotel very favorably to the last place we stayed. We will plan to stay here whenever in the area. Highly recommended.

Very clean and well managed!!! We visit the Houston area often for appointments at M.D Anderson and this has become our go to spot. Rooms are always clean and staff is super nice! We were even able to check-in hours early without having to pay an arm and leg!!

Rooms are nice and clean. The price is not terrible. Breakfast was ok but I've had better. The biggest issue is that they turn off the air conditioner between stays. So when you arrive the room is about 90 degrees and it takes hours to cool down. Would be better if they left it at like 80 degrees if they are trying to save money. Terrible if you want to go to sleep when you arrive. Also be prepared to get a phone call and knock on your door right at 11 am. I understand that's checkout time but they don't give you even a minute to spare.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The high ceilings gave the room an extra touch. Customer service was good, they give you a courtesy checkout call. They serve continental breakfast. The location is near the expressway, near shopping centers. There is a walmart right across the street. Parking lot seemed safe and room to park. Overall great stay.

Super comfortable hotel. Also Shivam his manager was super nice helping me, I was needing to wash my clothes and my Cc wasn’t working. He gave me free soap and coins to use washing and drying machine. Excelent customer service !

We recently stayed at this hotel on our family trip to Galveston. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and having a latest amenities. Staff was humble and helpful. Thank you for making our trip more enjoyable.

I’ve stayed here for quite some time and in my honest opinion it’s a great place to rest your head. The rooms are clean & they’re very nice. Shivam is the manager here and he is also great at helping out and doing whatever he can to get you a great price on the nights. I recommend staying here. If it’s for work or recreational it’s a 10/10

My fiancee and I stayed here one night in mid-June before embarking on our cruise the following morning. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely stay here again during any future trips to the Houston area!

Very well maintained and recently updated hotel. It's and excellent value for the price. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. The staff was friendly and polite. It is located very close to Hobby Airport. The breakfast was basic, but adequate. I highly recommend this place.
