    The room was nice but the parking cost me my catalytic converter. There are no cameras covering the parking by the front entrance. No signs saying as much either. No response from Corporate either. Edit: If the lack of security/surveillance is "out of hotel control" then it would be something that should be noted on the parking form I signed.

    I travel a lot and used to be manage a parking management company that hired many shuttle drivers. Derrick, who was my shuttle driver this morning was the best I’ve seen. Attention to detail and customer service was top notch! I appreciate you Derrick!

    I called twice before arriving to make sure there was an airport shuttle available. I was told there was. When I arrived and called for the shuttle as directed, I was told that traffic was too bad to pick me up at my terminal, but I would have to walk to a different terminal. I arrived at 10 PM, traffic was very light. After making my own way to the hotel and checking in, I asked for the complementary water based on my platinum elite status with bonvoy. The desk agent shook his head that they don’t do that, not even for ambassador.

    Great place to stay if on a business trip. About 5 minutes from the airport. Clean rooms and clean bathrooms. Spacious rooms. I like how they put the sticker on the door letting you know it's been clean and sanitized. Professional and friendly staff. Airport shuttles come every 30 minutes so was very convenient and displayed airport flight times in lobby. I like their business room. The bathroom tub was stopped up a Lil but they sent someone to come fix asap.

    Staff wasn’t friendly from the start at check in. The room I requested to accommodate myself and my disabled mother they didn’t have it ready. It took a while before they could correct the situation. We requested the hotel shuttle bus to pick us up when we dropped off our rental car. They never showed up and left us stranded at night. We had to walk to get help. Thank goodness for the Hilton employee that was very helpful and found us a ride back to our hotel. When we got back the hotel staff at the front desk showed no concern and weren’t apologetic. I would never stay at Marriott Courtyard hotels again

    The Dual Director of Sales name Stephanie Castillo is very unprofessional, liar and wasted our time and money. I called to speak to her about renting the meeting room/venue for my aunt anniversary. I left a message and never got a call back and it’s been a week so I had to call again but she was on vacation. Then never heard anything from her after 2 weeks later. I had my sister go there to finally meet her in person. Before booking the venue, she told my sister that she would let us know 5 days before the event if we can set up the venue the night before the event. She gave us hope and very convincing so we decided to book the venue and room. Finally, 5 days before the event, she said she would give me call but she never did. I had to email her the next day to ask. She emailed me back saying the venue is not available to set up because their meeting room is booked at the moment. We checked in Friday night and ask the front desk if the meeting is being use and the lady in the front said that no one is using it. Stephanie Castillo is a liar and took our money when we could’ve had book it somewhere else. This is a waste of time especially we are coming from out of town!!! Never will book a room and meeting room again! Go book a room and meeting room somewhere else! Someone that is honest and straightforward.

    I never got to stay there.Their ‘Welcome’ was bad enough to go elsewhere .We were told by them,on the phone ,where to wait for the free shuttle.we ended up waiting over 40 minutes in 40c weather,105f,and no shuttle showed up.Calling the hotel was worse,the receptionist kept saying it’s coming” or even worse,that it had been there already…and then she would just hang up on you.And she did it to a few guests who called her. I finally took a cab for 25$, I was too tired after flying 20 hours to continue their silly game. When I arrived at the hotel,the same ‘ nice receptionist Was just too happy to announce that they are short in cleaning staff,and waiting for a room can take a few hours…at that point I crossed the street and booked myself into a hotel that it’s employees know what customer care,caring,and the truth means.

    Ada at the front desk went above and beyond to find the keys left behind. She made it her mission to find our keys! Also, this was time sensitive as we were about to leave on our flight. It is refreshing to receive stellar service! Thank you, Ada

    Consistent. The quality is consistent. I love that about Courtyard, no surprises and the best they have to offer in staffing, amenities and rooms. I needed to be at the airport so that I didn't have to take a costly taxi over. I wanted a little luxury (great bed and towels) and a few extra amenities (a bar and Starbucks coffee). So the Courtyard was the place. Next morning after meeting the pleasant shuttle driver, I was at the terminal in 10 minutes. I couldn't have been more pleased with the stay!!

    I frequent this hotel when travelling for work to Houston. 2 min down the road from the airport. The rooms are large and always clean. I was here on two separate occasions the week of Oct 22nd and I had the pleasure of dealing with Madelyn. She accommodated my requests without hesitation and remembered me on my return. A very nice touch for a 3 star property, nonetheless. She was fantastic and I hope management acknowledges her for her customer service.

    I booked a last minute room the night before my flight. The gentleman working the desk was very accommodating and super nice to myself and my party. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our short stay, including a ride to the airport on the shuttle. The rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom was updated, clean, and very nice. I will be staying here next time I visit and highly recommend staying here.

    Admazing staff and a super clean hotel. Rooms are very modern and clean. Excellent place to stay if you want to be near the airport with easy transportation to and from. Will definitely stay again when I am passing through Houston.

    I must say this is the nicest Courtyard by Marriott I've ever stayed at. The gentleman who checked me in was so nice and courteous. The room and bathroom are gorgeous and spacious. Everything is clean and smells clean. It's also close to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here.

    The hotel is close to IAH, but the staff here male you feel unwelcome. They close the front doors all the time, so you have to be knocking to be let inside the hotel. Also, this is the only marriot family hotels that doesn't give complimentary water to their status guest. The only option was a 5$ tiny water bottle that they leave in your room. Moreover, marriot gives you the option to request things for your room and not a single request was fulfilled. I'm definitely pitting this place in the black list. Update, I just saw that this is a recurring problem, but management refuses to do anything about it. Please don't reply if your "apology" is gonna be generic with nonreal solution.

    This stay was planned for quick access to IAH airport early in the morning. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were very timely delivering the additional bath linen that we requested at check in. The room appeared to be clean, updated, and well organized. All of the equipment functioned properly. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were severely lacking. You have to fold them in half to get any support. Room cleaning service should be a little more meticulous about checking the levels of the bath products. There was just one squirt of bath wash left in the bottle and the level could be clearly seen. Good idea to have two toilet paper dispensers but both rolls of tp were partially used and there was no spare. Whoever built the hotel did not insulate the water pipes or the floors. They installed headboards that are a piece of foam covered by material. We were hopeful that they were washed on a regular basis. They look cheap and tacky. They have a guest store and a bistro cafe to get coffee or food. We didn’t use either of these. There was a Keurig machine in the room. Coffee and tea k-cup pods were provided along with a sealed bag containing condiments. There is a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room as well. Just be aware that the airport is close by so you will hear the planes as they take off and land. The hotel has no control over that.

    Horrible experience. Won’t let you back into your room 5 minutes after check out to retrieve your belongings. Have to make a scene to get any meaningful help. And still to no avail. Scam.

    The hotel, service and staff are awesome. The rooms are huge and very clean. The lobby is warm and inviting. Staff is super nice. The rental car facility & airport is only 5 minutes away. Totally recommend this hotel.

    The girl that checked me in was brand new and didn't seem to know how to do anything without the assistance of her trainer who was very busy. A little lax on the professionalism and no recognition of my elite status. The rooms are nice, and decently sound proof. I'd come back despite the few negatives.

    I didn't stay at Courtyard/Mariott this trip but had an unfortunate problem with a car rental agency that runs their business in the hotel lobby. I felt that the hotel should know the reputation of the agency, which turned out to be even worse than I thought. Wow. I was stunned when I met the manager on duty. Few people make a worse first impression than the two I spoke to that day. But I guess if you hire those types of people, it really doesn't matter who is scamming your clients in the lobby.

    Marriott Courtyard's shuttle service to the airport was made exceptionally pleasant thanks to "Derrick," who didn't care that I couldn't tip him since I didn't have any cash. He was just pleased to take me to the airport and was cheerful and kind. Thank you to Derrick for being a great service provider!

    Such friendly services. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Shuttle to airport always on time. A little breakfast bistro inside a little expensive but very great food and service. Has your favorite Starbucks coffee

    This hotel was awesome. Customer service was provided by Shannon and she was very helpful and informative. The hotel itself is clean and places to eat inside. They are a little short staffed but still did a great job. The room looked up to date, cozy, and more importantly very clean. The room had everything you needed and the bathroom and shower was very clean and spacious.

    This one star review has nothing to do with my actual stay at this hotel, but the parking lot…My boyfriend and I stayed here for a drift event and woke up to our driver’s side window SMASHED IN and ALL of his tools and our things were stolen. The hotel and staff are amazing, but the area is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here as they have no security or surveillance in the parking lot.

    Room was nice, clean, and modern. King room had small fridge and microwave. Was told to park in front of hotel instead of back for safety reasons. Thankfully there was plenty of front of hotel parking. Requested "feather free" pillows when reservation made. Unfortunately, 2 of 4 had feathers. Called front desk to swap out and was told they didn't have any. That was very disappointing because allergic to feathers. Bed is pretty firm so wasn't that comfortable. Hotel is right by airport so you will hear planes but it's not bad.

    I just came home from Texas and am truly amazed at how immaculate this hotel was! Since Covid I know standards above anything else the cleaning standards have diminished. Not here! From the time I walked in the guest services representative was kind and professional. I tried to tip her and and she refused it. The lobby smells so fresh and clean. The air freshener in the lobby is a great choice and lets you know youve come to the right place. The room was spotless! Bed=perfect! The amenities were good too. Overall I loved loved loved my room and enjoyed my stay . Will definitely return
