People travel from all over to come to Houston because we offer the best medical care. My son was in a motorcycle accident about two weeks ago and was taken by ambulance to Memorial Hermann Med Center downtown.I thought and was assured he would get the best medical care possible. Unfortunately, thatā€™s not what happened. He had a large laceration on his head, which required stitches, much of his skin was covered in road rash, and his hand was broken. He had to lay there and suffer in pain, covered in blood waiting for treatment. The stitches that they placed in his head looks so bad that he will need plastic surgery to repair the horrible scar. Only partial areas of the road rash was treated and he was sent home with NO MEDICATION!!!! With modern medicine, no one should have to suffer in pain, but he did for days while we made calls begging for help to get him some medication to ease his pain. We ended up having to go to an urgent emergency care center to have his hand evaluated and found out it was broken!! How could that be an oversight?? No excuses people! Your emergency care department is the lowest of lows!! I hope this review reaches the hospital administrator and I hope you think about how you would feel if that were son, brother, father?? Absolutely mortified šŸ’” What a disgrace! If you need emergency care go to Methodist (any location) they have a stellar reputation.

I fell down, not able to stand up due to extreme pain so I called an ambulance and was brought to Memorial Hermann Medical Center. I can barely move, and have been here for 3 days. They did multiple MRIs and saw that I have herniated discs. They refuse to do surgery because they don't know which disc is causing the pain, and instead they're discharging me while I'm still in pain and can barely move. One of the doctors came in for the first time and said "if you can see the herniation on an x-ray, then it's definitely bad". Then after the hospital decided not to treat me, the 2nd time he came in was to say that they weren't able to identify what was causing the pain so I was being discharged... This hospital is a joke, and they got their money from me I guess. Hopefully I can find a lawyer to do something about this... Edit: And yes, along with the other reviews I was also waiting while in serious pain in the ER waiting room for 7 hours because they were Full, but one of the nurses told me they were understaffed when I finally got to a room. I was also present when they did a role-call because people had been there longer than I had and left...

TEXAS!!! DONā€™T SEND YOUR FAMILY TO MEMORIAL HERMANN!!! A one star is being kind! If only google had negative stars. Their neuro ICU is a joke! Stacey, the charge nurse, is rude - Ms ā€˜I only work on weekendsā€™. She should be schooled on what an ICU is. When families have their loved ones in ICU, thereā€™s already anxiety. The night receptionist or front desk lady (inside the ICU) needs to go and get an education in reception - I was there for 4 nights, I know what I am talking about. Nurse Stacey, ā€˜Ms I only work on weekendā€™ charge nurse did not show any compassion to my family. Of course, Ms ā€˜I only work on weekendā€™ charge nurse, Stacey, did not know the patients or their family and thought she knew something (Ms Privilege). Stacey has no business being a charge nurse in any unit, let alone being a nurse. She is short with people and very quick to escalate situations. What threat did my family who had just come from out of town to see family in ICU going to pose in that tiny ICU room. My family heard that I was freezing in the ICU room at night and came to give me some time off. They donā€™t know anywhere in that maze of a hospital and I had to show them the way. We were all going to leave and have 1 person stay the night. I was tired of the arctic-like, freezing ICU that none of the staff seemed to show concern for, going on my 4th night. Shame that she is an ICU nurse - she should not be a nurse. Yes, this is Stacey, Ms ā€˜I only work on weekendā€™ charge nurse on August 26th in Jones Pavillon 7th floor. Shame that they would let a weekender treat family this way. Coming to The Medical Center definitely wasnā€™t our choice. We live an hour away. No compassion for a family whoā€™d rather be close to home - We were forced to come to Texas Medical Center. I now can confirm that Memorial Hermann is definitely NOT the hospital to send your family or friends to. Patients have been complaining about their reputation. We can tell Texas - DONT SEND YOUR FAMILY TO MEMORIAL HERMANN. I have more horror stories!!!! Houston Methodist, we are needing you to move up the opening of the hospital in Cypress to sooner.

This was the dirtiest emergency room I've been to in my life they never sanitize anything was in waiting room for 6 hours no one.. I mean not one janitor or staff wipe spray or bleach anything not even the restrooms homeless come in to sleep and take up space in waiting room with bags and asking for blankets this is crazy to pay a Co pay here I was scared and ready to go especially after not receiving proper assistance during my time there.. they keep doing roll call and taking attendance to make sure to bill your insurance for doing absolutely nothing for you.. if you see this place run run run fast to a different hospital

My wife was admitted 7 months pregnant. For a week they did not say anything to us that they'll do an emergency c-section after a week a day that she was alone, they took her yo operation room and did c-section. After the operation was done they send her to another room, and when she wakes up she is asking for her prescription glasses and it's nowhere to be find. She had her glasses with her on that bed that they took to operation room, after the operation they shifter her to a new bed, her bed left in the operation room. We went there asked the nurses but they kept ignoring us and kept saying they'll look into it and let us know. Which it's over 10 days but still nothing. Some of the nurses were very rude. I don't wanna mention names but they need to treat the patients with patience. And they also lost a pacifier that i bought my son in the babies department where they keep all the babies.the pacifier is not much important but my wife couldn't see without her glasses. She couldn't even see her son that she gave birth šŸ˜¢

Needed updates on a patient condition but only had one phone number to call which always ends up with me getting transferred over 3 times. And sometime the line get disconnect before I can talk to anyone so I have to repeat the first two steps in explaining myself. I just need an update on a patient that is admitted there and itā€™s so hard to get information about the patient and what is going on. Been to all the hospitals in Houston including Ben taub which is across the street and even they have better service for family members.

Had my daughter at this hospital about 6 years ago and will never come to this location again due to the rudeness of the nurses and the ob on shift. Staff treated me like I was suppose to know what I was doing even though it was my first pregnancy. Donā€™t recommend going to this location to give birth if you like being treated inhuman like for first time moms. Iā€™m honestly scared to even get pregnant again cause I was a high risk pregnancy this time and they ā€œhadā€ to send me here to give birth instead of going to the locations closer to my home, and I donā€™t want to be sent here again.

I have been currently waiting eight hours in the emergency waiting room for my girlfriends symptoms of stroke. We have received little to no care and rude attitudes from the staff. We havenā€™t seen the Triage nurse at all. Every other hospital in the state of Texas would prioritize her from her symptoms. So weā€™re just waiting on the clock to see what happens. We canā€™t leave either because the front desk workers have refused to let us pay with our insurance. Help.

Oh I could write so muchā€¦ but what I will start with is the staff. I went in for an induction, I was in labor for 27 hours, had 12 rotating nurses during the whole process, and had only 2 who were dependable and/or kind. For example, I had a nurse who was changing my pads, and bedsheets because I am in active labor, and if you know, not exactly pleasant, picked up my pad like it had a disease, then out loud say for everyone in the room to hear ā€œugh this is disgustingā€ and then proceeded to toss it on the ground next to her, and once she had finished, picked it up again, like it was diseased and looked at my family and said ā€œIā€™m sorry guys I didnā€™t mean to gross you outā€ in which my mom replied ā€œitā€™s not disgusting, itā€™s naturalā€ and the nurse just half heartedly laughed and threw it away. When I tell you, the toll that took on me mentally and emotionally after being in labor at that point for 15 hours, was heart wrenching. Ex.2, they put the wrong size blood pressure cuff, so all day and night my blood pressure was sky high, so they were pumping medicine unnecessarily into my body trying to get it to go down, and Iā€™m not even joking an hour before surgery, the doctor comes in, looks at my cuff, realizes they have had me hooked up to the wrong size cuff that whole time, corrected it, and wouldnā€™t you know, my blood pressure was perfect and remained perfect for the remainder of my stay at the hospital. Likeā€¦ are you kidding me?? Ex.3, half the time when the nurses would tell me I needed to move into a different position, they would just stare at me expecting me to do it by myself while half of my body is literally dead weight because itā€™s numb so my mom and boyfriend would get up and help me move while they continued to just sit there and watchā€¦. What are you there for. Honestly. Ex 4. my night nurse, kept telling me to stop crying every-time Iā€™d cry over a contraction that Iā€™d feel completely because my epidural fell out and NO BODY was listening to me when I was quite literally begging them to please check to see if something went wrong, because this wasnā€™t normal, this pain wasnā€™t normal. And everyone kept ignoring me until my mom demanded they check and had to threaten to bring the charge nurse in, who later we had to call in and was completely useless btw, and biased to the main nurse who was ignoring my care, FINALLY they checked and sure enough, my epidural was completely out Of my back. In saying that, ex 5. i had 4 failed epidurals, from nothing I did, but lack of experience and/or pure incompetence. 4. FAILED. Epidurals. And not to mention on the 4th one I got that also failed btw, she stuck me with the epidural needle WITHOUT NUMBING ME FIRST. Which of course, caused me to jump and put me at risk of messing up my spine. MY SPINE. If thatā€™s not bad enough, I was practically given no choice in having a C-section because I was physically exhausted from all the many hours of labor, and the Pitocin kept causing my sons heart rate to drop drastically. I had to demand them give me a c-section because they kept trying to push me to go through with a vaginal birth that could lead me into having an emergency c-section anyways, which is far more dangerous for me and my baby, and kept connecting me to the Pitocin and watching my babies heart rate jump up and down, Iā€™m talking 150 to 130 in a matter of seconds, and I again, demanded they stop it and demanded they give me a c-section, we werenā€™t doing this their way anymore, it was going to cost me my sons life. And if that wasnā€™t the worst of the worst, I had to have my epidural redone right before my surgery, AGAIN, because it wasnā€™t working and I could feel everything that was being done to me. Not to mention whenever my boyfriend was in there right before we started, he witnessed the doctors and scrubs doing my surgery simply using freaking germ-x to disinfect their hands instead of washing them up to their elbows and properly sterilizing themselves before cutting into my body. Thereā€™s more, things that I have RECORDED btw Memorial Hermann. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE.

I checked into the emergency room at 4:10pm and itā€™s currently 4:38am and all they have done is take my blood and my urine. I am in excruciating pain and I feel so hopeless. Iā€™m in a hospital and Iā€™m receiving no care at all. Neglected. I will NEVER come back to this hospital. Hopefully I donā€™t die from infection before I get treated in the back. If you are in need a real emergency I suggest you go somewhere else.

My coworkers family had a horrible experience here and the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were more worried if they would receive payment over a humans life. I am so disheartened from the emt workers to the ER staff they had no sympathy at all. This behavior gives hospitals a bad stigma especially within the POC community.

You'd think doctors are excelent with problem solving and critical thinking. But they are all the same useless trash who are only in it for the money. Theres no compassion and nobody reads the reports. Nobody listens when someone tells them "this wont work" or "that'll hurt me if you do that" or even "im allergic to that" without constantly going back and forth. Not even the same doctor is providing your care. They seem to just wait it out for the next useless doctor to come and take over the dumpsterfire the last one created. Nurses are somewhat caring but for those who just walk around like useless machines and gossip about patients. All and all. Garbage hospital. Garbage customer service(patient care). Garbage social workers. Garbage in all areas. I wish i can give it negative stars. I hope this hospital crumbles in on itself with its "how much are we going to squeeze out of this skinwalker" attitude because they dont see patients as human.

Thank you for taking care of my mother and aunt. As far as CafĆØ goes !!! Embers Grill šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼female staff really rude ESPECIALLY THE TALL ONE. Terrible attitude this early AM. I felt very unwelcome. The only person that helped was a Gentleman when I asked for tater totā€™s and Jelly. After I told her what I wanted she walked to the back as I was not done speaking and wanted tater totā€™s. She seemed to feel bothered doing her job. Do better!!!!

My niece, who I take care of, is currently a patient on the Saropim unit. She was admitted yesterday 8/23/22, and when I came to visit her, I was greeted with extreme rudeness and very inappropriate behavior by a staff member/ desk clerk named Ebony. I arrived to the unit around 6:20pm & had to ring the doorbell for assistance. The bell was never answered, but someone leaving the unit opened the door & I was able to stick my head in to talk to someone. The nurse who answered the door turned to Ebony & let her know that I had been waiting about 15 minutes on the outside to see my niece, in room 9.... Ebony states "she already has a visitor signed in to her room." I then said that couldn't be possible because I'm her only family member that knows she's hospitalized, and she just got admitted. Ebony then says "Like I said, there's a name here already for that room, so oh well (with overuse of her hands & body while shrugging her shoulders to dismiss me as if she doesn't care about what I said). I was not allowed on the unit & the door was shut. So I called my niece, who confirms she doesn't have a visitor. Next I rang the doorbell again, which was answered this time by Ebony, & I let her know that my niece does not have a visitor & someone must have mistakenly signed- in on the wrong room line. She did not respond. Finally a nurse opened the door to allow me to visit and I said to Ebony that she was extremely rude about an issue that was easy to figure out if she wouldn't allow her negative attitude to get in the way. Ebony then turned to me & held up the peace sign āœŒļø with her two fingers & said "deuces." I was very upset & disappointed at this non- professional attitude and feel this character definitely should be reported. I asked the nurse and the charge nurse for a way to make a complaint but I was not assisted due to the fact they were extremely busy with my nieces IV issues. I very much appreciate the great nurses that cared for her.

Hospital is basically a nightmare, I donā€™t know if the nurses are overworked, understaffed or donā€™t care but the ā€œcareā€ isnā€™t there. They seem more focused on making money than anything else and putting up a fancy facade. They left my sister in law who had just given birth soiled and would take an eternity to come when she buzzed. 0/10 would not recommend.

I had to go to MH hospital ER because my blood sugar was nearly 500. They kept me in ICU for a few days as my blood sugar was out of control. They kept on giving me high doses of insulin but still my blood sugar couldnā€™t be stabilized. The main reason for this was the unhealthy food that they serve in the hospital cafeteria. Iā€™m highly diabetic and they donā€™t have a diabetic diet for patients like me. Every food item was hi carb , hi salt , and hi sugar. There was nothing healthy that I could eat. The hospital does not only treats diabetics but also must be treating heart patients and others with a lot of other diseases which requires a healthy diet. Iā€™m surprised that the hospital is trying to treat me for my high blood sugar at the same time feeding me that unhealthy diet and giving me a ton of insulin. I wonder how much damage that insulin did to my body. I wonder how many side effects do these insulin have. I feel like I have been abused at there hands constantly for a few days while I was there. How can they serve such poisonous food to all the sick people. Even their midnight snacks were high carb and high sugar and high salt. We go there to get better not to get sick. How can they compensate me for abusing me? I did send them an email and they said somebody would call me within 10 days but no response. They completely ignored me. I think there should be a class action lawsuit against them for serving such unhealthy food to sick people.

It was the most bizarre experience in my life. Complete lack of communication between departments. No one knew what was happening from one shift to the next. After 3 shift changes the trend became openly obvious. The nursing staff were 90% continental African. This was the nursing staff caring for my very elderly mother. She couldn't understand a word that any of them were speaking to her because their accents were so very thick. This was in a department that cares only for and specifically for the elderly. My mother had me as her interpreter (when I was present), but I can't imagine the fear and confusion of an elderly person all alone being faced with people they don't know, people they have no hope of understanding. And then it happened. On her last night in the hospital, a VERY large African man who barely spoke English was assigned as her nurse. He walks into the room and announces that he is her nurse for the night. After he leaves the room I had to explain to my mother what he had said and she was struck with fear. I intervened and requested that a female nurse be assigned to her. The female African nurse at the station looked at me like I had 3 heads, but agreed. I couldn't give a flying rat fart if others object to my account of the situation, but I see a serious lack of human kindness in the situation that the hospital created. Just imagine the fear, confusion, bewilderment and despair of other elderly who don't have the benefit of someone to assist, interpret and intervene on their behalf in that situation.

My daughter been waiting in the ER for 6 hrs waiting to be seen after she had seizures couple days before. Some nurses were pleasantly kind while some is so rude. I understand if youā€™re day is spent with people attitudes and rudeness but that donā€™t mean you take it out on someone who wasnā€™t rude to you. I use to love this hospital but now idk what happened. Wish there were another one closer.

Dr. John Chapman Neonatal Specialist at Memorial Hermann on Fannin came in to have a consult with me about my baby. My journey has been a little scary so far due to the fact that this is my first baby and I was brought in through the ER for fibroid pain. I am so blessed that I was privileged enough to meet Dr. Chapman during my stay. Dr. Chapman has an impeccable bedside manner, as well as a great amount of patience. Our conversation left me feeling prepared for all the just in cases that may arise throughout the remainder of my journey. Dr. Chapman, I am completely aware of how busy you were that day, but still took your time to make me feel important by explaining (in detail) what my baby and I could be facing. Thank you for being a great Doctor, Thank you for setting the example, but most of all..Thank you for being you.

Arrived with my grandma, who was in extreme pain, at 5 pmā€¦.itā€™s now 4:22 AM and still no further assistance. I never knew it took 12 hrs to receive X-ray results. The nurses shrugged us off and said ā€œthere are no rooms, sorryā€ and went about their day. Definitely the worst experience Iā€™ve had at any hospital in my life.

Iā€™ve been to memorial Hermannā€™s all my life, been to all of not almost all locations. This was by far the worst experience Iā€™ve ever had. I completely understand bigger traumas than a dislocated elbow coming in, or other patients being triaged ahead of us, but we literally spent 12 HOURS in the freaking hallway, waiting on the room, that we never got. My poor husband was moaning and crying in the hallway and no one even offered him pain meds or checked on him until we asked three different nurses, all of which were just sitting around almost the entire time. Not a single nurse was attentive, or even checked on him once an hour. I donā€™t expect luxury treatment, and I totally get that when you go to the hospital youā€™re looking at a wait time, but this was just stupid ridiculous.

Please donā€™t let this hospital be your go to for ER situations. Labor and delivery,Iā€™d say yes, because they were awesome when I had my child earlier this year. 9/17/23,I was feeling really bad,so I came to ER. My Bp was 181/123. I got several rounds of repeat vitals during my 12 hours in the waiting room, but never given anything in an effort to bring down my Bp and heart rate during those hours. Thatā€™s stroke level. Sheridan, one of the people that serviced me asked me if I thought it was a hypertensive crisis in a sarcastic manner after seeing what my numbers read. After midnight ,I was walking to valet to leave when 2 very kind night shift employees stopped me to talk. Brittany and Anthony. Anthony was front desk and Brittany was triage. Anthony took the time to explain things and not long after,I was finally in a room getting IV and meds. I called to speak with someone formally, but the voicemail came on. We understand this is a busy hospital, but peopleā€™s lives are in danger of there in any type of medical emergency, which is why they come. Anthony and Brittany are the reason for me giving any stars at all. They deserve 10 starā€™s personally.

I was scheduled for an induction Friday PM (apparently that means anytime from 12 noon til 11pm). However I didnā€™t receive a call by 3pm, so I called and spoke with the charge nurse Becky she let me know that they were busy and as soon as they had a bed available they would contact me. However 6pm came, I called again to make sure everything was okay and to also make sure I was getting a call that night. However Becky said ā€œyes I spoke with you 2 times already we will call you when a bed is ready. Iā€™ll try to get you in tonightā€ I said okay thank you. Following Monday. Saturday. I called and spoke to with a nurse she also told me that it was the same charge number and they really have no time frame of when they will call me. I got upset.. I mean it should be a better system on updating patients during this process. Weā€™re told a day, then weā€™re told a time frame 5am-11pm. So weā€™re suppose to sit around waiting all day and not even receive a courtesy call that we will have to wait the next day or days after then when we contact L & D and inquire with the process we get rude staff and educated guesses. However today is Sunday and itā€™s 4pm and no one have yet to contact me to let me know anything and Iā€™m actually scared to call and check in again because everyone is so rude! I understand you canā€™t rush babies and they come on their own but I feel as if we should get some kind of call keeping us updated.. I mean I was scheduled for Friday and today is Sunday!

This place is terrible , nurses are somewhat helpful but 1000% forgetful, had multiple fractures in my spine and had my discharge postponed because the nurse forgot to give me a brace for my back. Had to wait a minimum of 5 hours after I was supposed to leave. Just canā€™t believe a nurse would forget something like that!

I am beyond words at how my boyfriend was treated tonight by the PA in triage. She bullied us into being medically screened even though he was there for worsening abdominal pain and bragged about how sheā€™s leaving at 6am and it will no longer be her problem. Iā€™m not sure where she went to school but Iā€™ve never seen an abdominal pain that radiates to the back and is worsening be medically screened. This is very telling of her lack of training as well as empathy. If his condition worsens tonight we will definitely be seeking legal action for negligence as well as malpractice.

As a hospital respected so highly I beg to differ,my experience was horrible out of all of the hospitals in Texas. I have a spastic tetrapalegic son vent dependant. After 13 years of caregiving and nursing him with Baylor training, they refused to go by his MAR taking him off life threatening medication he's had 13 years even having to revive him 3 times or more. Then I tried my chain of command, nope that didn't work endless calls and rude very rude charge nurses on the seraphim tower 8 th floor, the house administrator would not even have one conversations with me after a week of messages.Sleepless days and nights I worry for his life .With no news issues they created them and guinea pigging him with taking him off his usual medications.I trusted them and they have horrible proven me wrong.I will not be coming back.

The Emergency Care from my ER Nurse, Danny Warshauer accompanied by the attending Resident Physician with the on call Optomologist were very attentive, and gentle when assessing. I appreciated their efforts. Upon my return to Louisville my eye specialist, DR Richard Eiferman indicated that The work on behalf of my right eye was text book perfect. My nurse, Danny was very thoughtful and caring, he explained everything throughout my visit His kind patience, and attention to detail, was appreciated. He made sure that I got back to the waiting room area where I was greeted by my sister.Thank you Memorial Hermann Hospitalfor the best care! Sincerely Impressed, Terri M Berg assistance. Danny was professional and he even walked with me to the waiting room area and helpful

The nursing staff have been very attentive to me. I came in for a heart procedure and I should have been monitored for 24 to 48 hours afterwards but I developed a bleed and I ended up being here a week now and all of the staff here have been great. Dr Hemetapours staff were excellent. Dr. Owen team has been on top of things.

My mother was brought to the ED (ED room 15 on 11/27, 11/28/23) at the Medical Center location. My mother has a device that catches her urine called a purewick. The device detached and was found on the floor. I asked several times for her nurse to replace it and waited about 30 minutes until her nurse Amanda arrived. Amanda said "you can place the purewick yourself if you like!". I immediately addressed my concerns with Amanda. I informed her I was a healthcare executive from a different hospital system and knew the device well and actually assisted her with placing the device. She soon backdown and apologized. I asked for the charge nurse Shar, who was busy in triage. The lead RN, Hieu, addressed my concerns and stated he would escalate it. My concern is how dare Amanda feel so emboldened to tell a family member that "you can do it if you liked to". I was once a nurse at the same hospital and was happy to return today knowing the care would be exceptional. Until I encountered the interaction with Amanda, RN in the ED. I expect a member from the admin team, Patient Relations, and/or ED Manager or ED Director to take this matter seriously and provide immediate service recovery. Memorial Hermann, you're absolutely much more better than one disgruntled employee. However, it only takes one disgruntled employee to spoil the overall patient experience. Please advise.

The staff at this hospital are world- class! They have taken such great care of my family member after a stroke. They consult and make decisions on care quickly and then follow through. Timing is critical with stoke victims and I contribute the rapid and continuing improvement in my family member, first to God, and second, to the amazing (God- given) skills and expertise of the Staff at MH.

I had a mammogram here a while back, and while the experience was fine (I've had them there before), I'm now having to deal out issues with a shady radiology provider they use, one that's sending me a bill for a totally covered preventive procedure months after the fact, one whose phone number (on the invoice) is DISCONNECTED. My insurance (and/or I) will be sorting this out, but I'm not getting my mammograms at MH anymore. I already had to pay ~$20 for parking for my "free" procedure. Now I have to fight this bill? I'll find somewhere else, even if it's clear across town. Nice knowing you, MH.

I was brought into the ER after an accident that happened while my husband and I were on vacation. I was brought in by EMS and as soon as I got there the Nurses and Doctors were all on board to help me. I had to have emergency surgery for a compound fracture of my Tibia and also have my head stapled due to a gash I had. Right before surgery they admitted me to the 6th floor of the Jones Pavilion. The Nurses up there were phenomenal. As soon as I got up there they took care of me before and after my surgery. Also the OR staff were phenomenal as well. They told me that they were here to help me get through this. Special thanks to Dr. Steven Warner for doing such a great job on fixing my leg. Also a special thank you to all of the nurses from the ER and the 6th floor Jones Pavilion for taking such good care of me and my husband. Being 4 1/2 hours away from home and my family, the Nurses and Doctors helped my husband and I pull through this tough time. I couldnā€™t be anymore thankful for everything that everyone has done. I was totally blessed that I got sent to Memorial Hermann.

Dr swinford was very professional and took the time to address my questions she always told me everything she was going to do and explained in detail before hand and what I should expect in the future. Her attitude was amazing and I felt as if she is really dedicated to help me. Definitely recommend.

I was treated kindly and with respect. Even senior staff spoke to me and not the wall. I last spent the night there in 1956 or 1957. Saved my life both times. I am usually filled with resentment when I leave a hospital. I don't like to be treated as an inconvenience, but I had come to expect it. This visit to Hermann Memorial was the best hospital stay that I have had anywhere and I have had more than a few for a variety of reasons. In spite of the pressure of the pandemic all of the staff from the ER to the cardiac unit never left any doubt that the patient was the most important thing.

I had surgery with the OMFS department here and I had an amazing experience. Thank you to all of the nurses and to my surgery and anesthesia team for the excellent care I received. I highly recommend coming here for care.

This hospital is allegedly keeping a patient Danny Groom (a Veteran) from seeing his family and depriving him of basic medical care. No food or water.....a prisoner! He refused Remdesivir & intubation thus depriving the Dr. of his bonus and the hospital of their $40,000 payment for ventilation. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!

It's a bit confusing figuring out where to go. Luckily everyone is very friendly and helpful. My daughter had a wonderful experience with James during her pediatric ultrasound.
