I have been going to common bond as a regular ordering my favorite biscuits and gravy for about a year now and it used to be great quality but over the past 3 months i have decreased my ordering from there due to the very noticeable decline of quality on my order. In the past few months i have been getting my order like in the picture i took yesturday , not good ! They do not give you the full 2 eggs only practically the yolk as if they are using the white of the eggs to make eggwhites for other orders , biscuits burned , and also the gravy is less than what they used to give. I went yesturday to see if the quality had got back to normal now that the price of eggs has gone down to normal but no they are still doing this smh ,sad to say i no longer will be ordering from common bond anymore. I also do not like how they are now demanding to pay over the phone when ordering to pickup. I do not feel comftable giving my card information over the phone .

Went here for brunch! The experience was incredible! I absolutely love the attention to detail on their desserts. I had the lemon tarte and it was to die for! I also had the scrambler breakfast menu item and everything on my plate was go greatly appreciated. The homemade biscuit with strawberry jam was scrumptious & the eggs were probably some of the best I’ve ever eaten! I highly recommended that you come try this place out & I will definitely be coming back again & again!!

2023 update - just because some friends like the closeness of location, but they are focusing to increase profits impacting customer experience. Now they keep charging premium prices and in the rise while they took out the actual silverware, leaving just thin as a can forks, no knife or spoons. Really?!?!? The best option is getting you some plastic ones. If you are reviewing how to make things cheaper, then adjust your prices accordingly. 2022-Sorry that this place, once was my favorite, and it’s coming down on quality, plates taste and rising prices. Croque Madam it has became a sandwich in a box bread with an overcooked egg and a hint of sauce, no the way their artisan breads and well presented it was. Being a chain yo make profit is part of business and I like for them to keep for a long run, but there are limits. The last part, paying at the cashier they ask to sign with an automatic preselected 22% tip!! And options for 20% or 25%, they didn’t take the order at the table, do you really you worth it?

I ordered a gender reveal cake for my party! I picked up the cake and double checked the order slip that the frosting inside the cake is the color I asked for. Btw adding the colored frosting is 60% more expensive than the regular cake. At night when I cut the cake it was just vanilla with white frosting. What a disaster. I went to talk to the manager the next day and apparently the order was right, but the baker decided not to do any colored frosting on the inside. I didn’t get a call or anything about it. The manager refunded me 53% of what I paid… what a joke. They ruined my party and I still basically paid for the a cake that I didn’t want. Don’t trust Commonbond with your gender reveal cake! Very disappointed.

The Common Bond - Heights is the best bakery ever!!! The service is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the food is spectacular! But before talking about the food, I need to talk about service! Miguel is the best! I was on my way to the airport, to a long flight, and Miguel was so great that he made my request happen!! He has no idea how he made my day! Besides that, he was very kind and warm. So I need to say thank you so much to him again! The food was delightful, the scrambled eggs were the best I ever ate! It's in the simple things we can see the high quality. I highly recommend this bakery and enjoy the great service of Miguel!

Came in for dinner late and was unclear where to order at first. Two sandwiches, large French onion soup (6.99) and two sodas was $42. Counter service yet the app suggested 18% tip. So wrong. The sandwiches were so delicious! Dreaming about roast beef! The onion soup was a big bust - lukewarm, one thin slice of cheese floating and not cooked on top. For $7? Go for the sandwiches!
