So I decide to go to this Waffle House for breakfast. I walk in no one greets me. I take a seat at the counter. The people behind the counter sees me walk in and sit down. No one brings me a glass a water says they will get back to or anything until I been seated for 10. Each time white patrons walked through the door they were greeted. A white couple came in and sat at the bar and one of the employees quickly greeted them wiped up the area they were sitting at and commenced to serving them. All while I'm still waiting. I felt this was very discriminatory as I am a black male. Once I complained they said i had to wait on my server. However, that still does not take away from the fact I sat there all that time and no one said anything to me. All while greeting every white patron that came in the door. I will never eat at this or any other Waffle House. The sickening part is the most of the workers were black. They need to be taught customer service and that everyone should be treated the same.

Service has gotten much better and the food is pretty good and you get a good amount for the price. I dined in and the workers seemed happy to be there and got along great.

An amazing place to order breakfast and enjoy the American breakfast. The place is getting more crowded early morning in weekends. Will definitely come again and recommend this place to people around me.

I just quit this morning, DO NOT WORK HERE, you guys are free to do whatever you want in your life, but please reconsider! I was looking for a job close to my home. Not worth it. First of all the I don’t understand why my manager was a ‘server’ meanwhile when I was training I was requested to not only clean her tables, but other server tables as ‘training’ as well. I’d understand if it was a few tables, or even hell, if I was being shared the tip! Secondly, once someone gave me a tip for helping a server, the server would come up to me requesting the tip back! Some workers are fine and sweet, but majority are just weird and think bullying is cute? It’s not, you just look miserable.

This Waffle House is my all time favorite place to stop in the AM. The cooks and staff are ALWAYS on point. I’m very specific about my order and they never fail to please. 100% would recommend.

When we got there they weren’t allowing anyone inside so we had to make an order at the window they have. So after the order was placed we get all the way home to notice the sausage didn’t get included with the all star breakfast and the ham wasn’t included with the two egg breakfast. I called several times and received no answer the vm system said they were busy taking to go orders. I just spoke to someone over the phone finally all for her to tell me bring the food back so they can assist me. Ma’am if I could bring the food back I wouldn’t be calling you, that’s not a good practice for business as a business professional you offer a solution not just bring the food back. Sad to say I won’t be returning to this location as this has happened more than once, my suggestion is double check the orders before you hand them out. We as a community work hard for our money just like the business has to work for their money. If you can’t provide solutions you will continue to lose business.

I had the cheese steak sandwich and it was every thing I expected. Great crust and the sautéed onions made the sandwich. Staff was friendly.

It’s Waffle House! You always know what to expect here. The Pecan waffle was amazing as always, biscuit sandwich was a new item to me and is now a staple. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Quick and friendly

Security out front had designated spots for us motorcycle riders to park and even helped us back in. Staff was busy as hell but still attended to everything we needed and were kind. They even went as far as to remake my brother's food cause he didn't realize it had bacon. All in all one of the best waffle houses I've been too

I was here today around 7:30pm our server, I think her name was Linda, did a great job taking care of my boyfriend and I. She was sociable knowledgeable and quick with service. The cook ruined the experience he was behaving aggressively towards our server. I was extremely uncomfortable and I could tell she was too. At one point he got a paper towel and twisted it up and started to light it on fire while going up to talk to her. He seemed unhinged. Our server was very clearly trying to keep things from escalating. She was able to keep her cool and still did her best to keep a smile on her face while she was talking to us and put her job first even with this man acting like a crazy person. No one should have to deal with their coworkers behaving that way and the fact that there was no manager there to help her out is ridiculous.

I loved everything about this location! First off, I had just gotten off work; worked a 12hr shift, had been up since 4:30am and I was exhausted by the time I placed my order online and picked it up! The only thing that I was a little disappointed with Waffle House was the fact that they don’t accept Apple Pay! Waffle House, I know you are a family chain; and you might not want to spend the money to get your locations up to date with the new Apple Pay; but I promise you; if you sit down and do your Math; this would be a HUGE benefit to your business as a whole! The customers and money that you’ve lost already has paid for the installation of the new system and every bit of money afterwards is ALL profit for your corporation and your employees(then they can receive a raise for all of their hard work) and I am very certain they would appreciate the raise! Your employees at this location were excellent and you couldn’t ask for greater customer service when ordering your dinner! My food was prepared exactly how I would have prepared it myself at home! Your night manager was a Peach and I will be visiting this location again and again and again! When I was pregnant with my now 27 year old; the meal I ordered…Steak, eggs, grits and raisin toast…everyday I could only have this for breakfast or I would be so sick! So, this is what I ate at the Waffle House in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! God Bless The World!

We went during the day and there were only 2 other tables and the staff was AMAZING. Everyone on the night shift was so kind and the food was rather exceptional. The morning crew is lazy as all get out. They were sitting down before it was time to leave and on top of that left the place a mess. For older women they are lazy and nasty. Shout out to that incoming night crew that gave great service while cleaning up and coming in to a nasty restaurant.

I walk in and the employees are having a conversation so loud i can barely here the waitress asking questions about my order and the manager was there and only said something presumably because the waitress couldn't call out the order to the cook. It went on for at least 5 minutes while i was there, but it started before then. My scrambled eggs had a weird texture and look to them, maybe more butter than usual was used, but i can't be sure. I couldn't even finish them. The waitress at no point came and checked on me or the other table she was servicing. And the cooks burned the ham of the other table, and so was my toast. I don't ever have to come back to this location.

Came here for an interview. Immediately got dismissed and lied to saying they didn’t have any positions open. When I applied for the position off their website. Asked for other open positions and they dismissed me still saying they have to call corporate to see if they can. Didn’t even talk to me the time I was there, just immediate dismissed me without looking at my Resume. Very homophobic. I consider myself to be more than qualified, especially because I’ve been in this industry for quite a while. This was gonna be just a job on the side. I have better places that wanted me. Just disappointed and surprised how they rudely dismissed me with no valid explanation. Waste of time. Do not come here if you are gay/trans.

The one lady had a whole attitude in the front when asking for to- go utensils the cooks were cool but they didn’t know how to cook the grits were hard and the hash browns taste like burnt grill smh I’ll never if u want bad service and a bad meal just pull up here you’ll love !

First time going to Waffle House in Houston, Tx. It was a amazing experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced only spent less the $30 for two people. The servers were kind, helpful and has us laughing a lot. If I ever in Houston again I will definitely go back.

The vibe is always immaculate at this Waffle House. The hash browns slap, the eggs are cooked to perfection, and their waffles are crisp and fresh.

I love waffle house no matter what, I always have the texas bacon cheesesteak every time I am near a waffle house ! This visit was one of my best visits. We were seated within 10 minutes, our server was on point, asked for our drinks, and if we had happened to know what we wanted, which we did ! Placed our order, and it was out in no time ! And it was delicious as always ! All them workers were on it ! So was our server. She was very attentive. The place was a bit messy, but they're always busy and at least cleaned up tables and immediately sat the next ! This location was a good one !

Great cooks and staff. I love how their prices always stayed the same for years! I always get the all star special with the giant waffle. Delicious breakfast and great service.

I have been to various different waffle houses. And this one was top notch. The Atmosphere was inviting. The food was delicious. And our waitress was wonderful 😊

The waitress Tarshia is fabulous. Bustling around serving several tables at once, attitude super helpful and friendly. For this alone, I'll come back to this location :) The music was only slightly too loud but they turned it off after a while. I'm not one to complain about much so I didn't say anything. Overall, great experience here. 😊👍

You must come here for a great time having breakfast. The menu is small, but it has everything you want. Great service and fast.

Its good if you want straight up breakfast. It may not have the bloated menu of a Dennys but with their minimal menu they can make it consistent and fast

If your not from the "SOUTH" or never eaten at the "Waffle House", you can't imagine how or why some people are crazy for this place. First you have to been eating here since you were a kid or for at least two decades. Then you have to understand this isn't the other places, where it's cut and dry service or whom you'll be seating next too. Sometimes starting out, eating at Waffle House could be by default cause the lines and wait at the other breakfast places are too long. You try it again and you start to realize not only the food is better but you are also entertain by watching the cooks cook or how the waitresses are getting along with each other. they also might try to include you into the conversation. Now the service might not be "Chick Fil A" level, but you can't go into everywhere expecting to be worship and kissing up to you. Waffle House is fun and they do have the best "cheese n eggs", and their patty melt is worth trying too.
